I love them we have not had them very long but I hope they stay the same way for a long time to come I am tired of looking for the right pillows so far so good

Lumpy, not comfortable. I wish I could return it but their policy does not allow for returning pillows, so definitely try in store before you order it.

I'm truly stunned. This pillow amounts to an exorbitantly priced bag of chopped up foam, but it's the most comfortable pillow I've ever used. I prefer flatter pillows; I removed about 2/5ths of the fill and it's great. Soft, lean and supportive.

I expected more from this pillow. I am a fan of tempur pedic mattresses and one day I hope I can afford one. This pillow, even if it's adjustable, is firm. It provides support, but I still wake up with neck pain.

Pillow is uncomfortable. I ordered without realizing I could not return this product. Would not have done so if I had known. Very expensive to not work out and have as a throw pillow....

This pillow is crunchy and not the memory foam pillow I was wanting. They also will not allow me to return even though I did not use. If you like lumpy crunchy pillows then this is for you.
