Not a good pillow and customer support (really corporate is at fault) is no help. It is a flat pillow and they do not offer the filling. I ordered two pillows and the density is different in both.

I am so sad about these pillows, I have had neck pain since ordering them because they are way too fluffy. It can't be good for your neck to sleep on pillows that large.

I really liked this pillow, maybe even a little more than their regular. Very comfortable. Hubby felt it was a little hot but I have not found it to be so.

Cooling works. Just not enough support and it's lumpy as it's just seemingly a bunch of left over foam pieces stuffed into a pillow. Love all my other Tempur products, this one misses the mark by a fair amount however.

I bought 2 kings and they won't good at all for me or my wife.worst 175.00 I ever spent and got no where with customer service after one night of sleeping on them.they would do nothing for me.i took some of the feel out and was still terrible

Finding the right pillow is a task in itself. FINALLY I tried this pillow and I hit the jackpot! The exact firmness and comfort I have long been searching for. I am sleeping so much better now since I got this pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that I can remove some filling to adjust this pillow to my liking! I didn't like that the filling was very small and when removing it, it was kinda messy.

The first night I removed a good portion of the "fill-fluff" to meet my comfort requiremnent. Love it!,,

I loved I was able to adjust the pillow. I've had my original pillow for about 10 years and am just now needing to replace it.
