Not what I expected the new version is cut up inside & I really wanted the old version I can't sleep well so you can say I threw away money on this pillow.

I ordered 2, for my husband and I. It was a bit too firm for me, and it says it's adjustable, so I decided to try adjusting it. What's when I learned it's essentially a bunch of chopped up memory foam. I took some out and the it was better for me.

I got this pillow to try for the first time and I absolutely love it! As soon as I lay my head down I feel the cooling technology and it helps me get a good nights rest.

One of the best pillows I've had so far. Have had some neck issues and since sleeping on this pillow, my neck has been feeling great. Don't hesitate ordering.

I had hoped that since the fill is foam you wouldn't be able to feel the blockiness of the shreds, but it's very lumpy and not comfortable at all. Even unopened, returns are not accepted. Would not recommend.

I was really hoping this would be the pillow but it's not. Even after taking more than half the stuffing out, its still uncomfortable. The material smashes down and becomes rock hard. Should have saved my money. Keep looking!

Love that it is a cooling pillow but I have not fully adjusted to the firmness of the pillow. I understand that I can take some of the filling out of it but have not done so yet.

The quality of the pillow is great for someone who likes a more fun pillow. I honestly got 2 different types to try them out and this one just wasn't for me personally.
