Very firm but adjustable pillow, so it'll form to your neck and head, and if it's too firm being able to remove some insert makes it more adjustable to your needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this pillow for about a week, but I really like the feel of it. Hopefully it will keep up its shape for a while! It seems like a well-made pillow worth the money I spent on it.

I thought this was going to be like the old pillows when they first came out, thick and comfortable but not this one sucks. Since its little pieces of foam it gets all bunched up while youre sleeping and if you move alot the pillow deforms.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best purchase i've ever made on a really good quality pillow. I was having really bad shoulder and neck pain and my doctor and told me to change up my pillow and I'm glad that I did to Tempur-pedic

Can not adjust/redistribute inside filling due to both pillows having poor inside zippers. Wont unzip without possibly damaging the zipper. This leaves 1 pillow with 2" gap & filling can fall out.

The pillow is extremely hard and not easy to get it to contour to my neck. Then for the ridiculous price of this pillow, they won't let you return it! Rude customer service reps.

Never expected pillows like these would ever be sold by Tempur-Pedic. The company should not be selling these pillows. We wound up using these on the sofas since they are worthless for sleep. They work half the time for a back rest.

I do not recommend buying these pillows at all! Me and my wife both regret the purchase! They are too hard even after you adjust . We both woke up with sore necks !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow feels like a plastic sack filled with slightly spongy rubber balls. Free with purchase is the only way to get rid of these things.

This pillow is just chopped up pieces of mattress or something stuffed into a case. There's no shape or anything. I bought the regular cloud pillow and it was amazing. This is garbage and they refused to let me return it.
