[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first purchased this pillow it was great. It was very supportive and malleable, conforming to my head and neck shape and keeping my neck stable overnight. After about a month of use however, my pillow has gone very flat. Even with constant fluffing and punching my head now bottoms out and it feels like I'm not using a pillow at all.

This pillow is not great at all, the website description is nothing like the actual product because once you take the stuffing out, it makes a huge mess and there's nowhere to put the stuffing to refill at once. The memory foam goes down so the product and all just doesn't even make sense, and I had a terrible experience even receiving my pillow. They were not very helpful in the beginning and then once I finally received it and tried it out I had no idea that you weren't able to return or exchange, I was then told you had to click on an external link to be able to see that, which I think that you should have to click something to acknowledge that it's not refundable. I am usually a great customer of tempurpedic as all the other pillows in my house are from there, but now I am pregnant and needed a pillow for side sleeping and this one was recommended by the survey. I'm just overall dissatisfied with the whole tempurpedic experience this go around.

The '3.9 out of 5' star rating at the top of the page should have warned me: this is far from a sure-fire purchase. Being a stomach sleeper, I was already armed with a healthy skepticism of pillows deemed fit for 'all sleeping positions'; yet I let the brand recognition of Tempur-pedic sway me. A mistake I've come to help readers like you avoid. I've been using this pillow nightly for one year. I enjoy the removable and washable cover. I enjoy, in principle, the adjust-to-your-liking fill. But in the end, the filling simply feels exceedingly unnatural. It really can't be overstated. It has an unmistakable feeling of 'packaging' material against the cheek. It's also terribly warm on your skin and only grows hotter through the night. Since I sleep on my stomach, I prefer my pillows to have some 'give', and to be more on the thinner side. That means you'll be removing an awful lot of 'stuffing' from this adjustable pillow, which in turn means the filling material will feel to you more like individual pieces rather than a uniform whole (like a beloved, traditional pillow from your past). Even if a sleeper preferred this filling, the removable, zipped liner that encases the experience is also quite thick and has a quilted texture: it's just too much 'material' between your head and what is supposed to be the 'heart' of the product. I certainly recommend looking elsewhere for your pillow needs.

I've tried many pillows through the years and now have the adjustable pillow which I absolutely love! I've been using it for over a month and it is perfect for me. It is perfect softness without becoming hard, perfect support, and I don't have a morning headache like I've had for years. I've tried different amount of the foam and have added a bit more from the second pillow. I don't have a short neck, so this is now the right amount. I'm a very light sleeper but even this is improving. I have finally found my pillow!!

I bought this product because of all the great reviews. I was suffering from neck pain from other pillows so thought I should try these out. I followed some of the recommendations that said to take some of the stuffing out. Now there is just an empty spot for where my head was all night and all the stuffing moved to the top. Every time I change the pillow around it does this. Not as comfortable as I wanted. Will try moving the stuffing around and see if this helps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to receive these pillows as my old ones were not very supportive and I often had neck pain. While these new ones are super comfortable as soon as I opened them there was a terrible off-gassing/chemical smell. I let them sit out - uncovered for over a week and they still smelled terrible. It's now been 3 weeks and I can't sleep on them as the Oder permeates through both the pillow cover and the pillow case !

Friends, I am a Tempur-Pedic fan and have been fore about 15 years. We bought the pillows that are adjustable with shredded material within them. In theory, this was great because my wife and I could adjust to our own specific needs for sleeping. I wish I had bought another pillow and will but these were a let down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've battled with pillows for the 8 years I've had to use CPAP therapy. I've tried pillows designed for CPAP users but are actually worse. The TEMPUR-Cloud Adjustable Pillow is soft and easy to form the filler density to accommodate the CPAP mask. I can sleep normally now!

I thought this pillow would be great, but it's not. It's lumpy and doesn't seem to have the quality of most Tempur-Pedic products. After adjusting the fill to my liking and trying it out, I noticed that after a short time of laying in a certain position, my head and neck wouldn't feel at all supported. I repositioned it over and over again that night, but in the end, I had an awful sleep and woke with neck pain and a headache. What a disappointing waste of money.
