[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously purchased another (cheaper) Tempurpedic pillow and was not satisfied with performance, even though it had excellent reviews, then decided to purchase this one, and I have no regrets!!! As a morning migraine sufferer, I have to be picky with my pillows. I recommend to bite the bullet, and get the best.
