With an adjustable pillow, I believe the firmness would be provided and I could adjust to a softer feeling. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

I have to say our necks don’t hurt as much but it’s still to soft for us even though I love the cooing aspect where it stays cold all night

I love my pillow they last forever I have had 2 pillows we also have the matress I don’t like any other bed but mine .. worth it ..

For the amount of money, i woild think it at least kept some kind of form. It falls flat and the "cooling" is a joke.

I had to take out some of the stuffing and if was much more comfortable then. Its hard to keep pillowcases on them as the material is pretty slick.

I frequently change positions due to some nerve pain, it is helpful have the ability to adjust height and firmness as needed
