The pillow doesn't disappoint it's sturdy and adjustable. One small issue is it's a bit too firm.

Pillow does not preform like the other products I’ve purchased over the years. Love my mattress but this pillow was a waste of my money.

It didn’t “ mold” to my head, I feel like it didn’t give support to my neck. The cooling aspect was nice though.

I have another tempur pedic pillow I wanted to replace but I didn't like this one at all. Too stiff.

I enjoy how well these pillows conform to my neck and head whether laying on my back or side. Plus they remain comfortably cool during the night.
