I do feel the flat side is already pretty flat. Takes some fluffing to get it right. Wish it came with extra fluff

Other household member sleeps with it every night and doesn't complain in the morning about a bad nights sleep.

I had to take out some of the stuffing and if was much more comfortable then. Its hard to keep pillowcases on them as the material is pretty slick.

For the amount of money, i woild think it at least kept some kind of form. It falls flat and the "cooling" is a joke.

I'd recommend a larger pillowcase for these pillows if they have the cooling element to them. They will slide out if they pillowcase is too small.
