[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow has brought back full nights of sleep after a herniated disc in my neck caused some interruptions to restful nights. I fully endorse it with the utmost faith in its ability to treat you right.

I accidentally bought the wrong level of comfort and, I understand an open box may not be sanitary (although we had a similar experience with an online mattress company (who I should have bought a pillow from, in hindsight). Still, they not only gave me a new mattress but, took the old one back to dump (sadly, but it gave me such back pain). One of these pillows is still in the box, and they refused even to exchange them. I usually am very thorough in my investigation of return policy but, must have missed this one! They are not budging. I think this is a very poor choice as we will NEVER buy from them again...and will spread the word for sure! I think this is ridiculous. Especially considering it is objectively hard...like a rock! And, they say it is for side and back sleepers.....impossible!

The cost of these pillows is cheap compared to all the chiropractor visits I used to have to make before I send these pillows, I use 2 for the proper height for my neck, great product!!
