[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My sister in law heard that I had trouble with severe neck pain when turning side to side in bed. She happened to have an older Tempur-neck pillow. She gave it to me and it completely relieved my night time neck pain. My wife has developed an even more severe neck issue so I bought 2 of the newer pillows with the cooling covers on sale BOGO. It is really helping her as well and the cooling covers are the bomb!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow has been mostly good so far and has helped with my neck issues, but I didn't realize it was so small when I ordered it. It's smaller than any normal sized pillow so it's impossible to find a pillow case that actually fits it well. Also, for the price they should be able to make this thing a normal size.

I accidentally bought the wrong level of comfort and, I understand an open box may not be sanitary (although we had a similar experience with an online mattress company (who I should have bought a pillow from, in hindsight). Still, they not only gave me a new mattress but, took the old one back to dump (sadly, but it gave me such back pain). One of these pillows is still in the box, and they refused even to exchange them. I usually am very thorough in my investigation of return policy but, must have missed this one! They are not budging. I think this is a very poor choice as we will NEVER buy from them again...and will spread the word for sure! I think this is ridiculous. Especially considering it is objectively hard...like a rock! And, they say it is for side and back sleepers.....impossible!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used a Tempur-Pedic-neck for years and needed to replace it. However, I shouldn't have order it on line. The new neck pillow is slightly smaller than the one I've had for years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only issue is that the small size pillow is still a tiny bit too tall for me. Otherwise this pillow is great. Having size options is wonderful, and being able to get a cooling cover is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are looking for the old style Tempur-Pedic pillow do not get this one. It is too high and too hard for your neck. I try it for a week and my neck was in so much pain that I finally give-up.
