I have vestibular migraines due to neck issues my specialist has been telling you need a pillow to support your neck when you sleep . So been looking at these pillows just so expensive but little did I know it was all worth every penny that I spent for these Neck cooling pillows. It's been 2 days and the comfort and the support needed is amazing . Thank you Julissa for your help in helping me pick the right pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pillow Comfort: I liked the shape of the pillow and how it was cool to the touch. I did feel that it helped me breathe better while sleeping. However, I also felt like I developed a pinched nerve in my shoulder but worked on stretching each day. Pillow Construction Quality: Excellent manufacturing quality. Really good materials.

I tried the neck pillow 2 years ago and didn't like it. I'm a big guy. Not overweight, just big. I figured a big guy needs a big pillow. Well, seems my neck is also big. I went to a Tempurpedic store and tried a medium and small. The small was perfect. My head stays flat, not picked up in the back. I think sleeping on a foam mattress contributes to needing a smaller size as the body sinks and the head doesn't. If you need neck support, tried one and didn't like it, go into a store. You may need to go up or down in size. And small may be perfect.

I wanted to love this neck pillow and am so disappointed. The pillow has been off-gassing and smells toxic so I washed the cover in hot as I didn't know if it was the cooling pillow cover or the pillow itself that was smelly. Unfortunately, even though the pillow cover is not cotton, you can't wash it in hot or it will shrink. Mine did and now it barely fits. It seems that a pillow cover is something you'd want to wash in hot water over time? Unfortunately, this company doesn't make pillow covers for the Tempur-Neck pillow so it can't be replaced. Also, know that the cooling pillow cover is slippery so the pillow slips from under your head at night if you move around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always struggled with sleeping on my back, and the older I've gotten the bigger of an issue it's become. The design of this pillow really encourages me to sleep on my back, helping to reduce neck/back pain and improve my posture. I've never struggled with being a hot sleeper, but the cool temperature of the pillow is very noticeable. My biggest complaint is that I wish the pillow had an indentation more in the center. My neck feels almost too propped up when I'm sleeping, and it's a little uncomfortable. Personally, I do better sleeping on my back when my face is pointed straight towards the ceiling and there is something I can lean the side of my face/head on. I wouldn't casually recommend the pillow to someone, unless they said they had back/neck issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used it a few nights now and the main issues I have with the pillow is that is a little small in length and slightly too hard, not sure if it will break in slightly with time but hasn't seemed to yet.

It is super easy to pack up for a road trip, and holds its shape extremely well. Great gift for someone with neck/back problems!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome pillow for those who want the neck pillow but want it to be softer and cooler. You can get the soft feeling while also getting the neck support that the other neck pillow provides.

I purchased this pillow which, according to customer service is "similar to a King" pillow in size. This thing is very much NOT the same size, it is significantly shorter. I saw this when the box was delivered, and when I contacted customer service about the issue they said they do not accept refunds or exchanges. This is extremely disappointing. Do not buy any of their pillows online - because no returns allowed.
