[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Visited the store during Mass Tax Day and liked the neck pillow with cooling (with blue beads) product at the store. They didn't have the large at store and was recommended to order online but received totally different product where after paying extra for cooling cover sent different product than what was shown at the store. Recommend purchasing at store and not from online.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Researched and purchased the Tempur-Pedic Neck pillow as a means to alleviate a neck injury. I was skeptical about it but was amazed how comfortable it was after first use. I believe I sleep much better and my neck feels great. I'm looking forward to securing a new one as a gift for my wife.
