[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My sister in law heard that I had trouble with severe neck pain when turning side to side in bed. She happened to have an older Tempur-neck pillow. She gave it to me and it completely relieved my night time neck pain. My wife has developed an even more severe neck issue so I bought 2 of the newer pillows with the cooling covers on sale BOGO. It is really helping her as well and the cooling covers are the bomb!

I was skeptical about it but was amazed how comfortable it was after first use. I believe I sleep much better and my neck feels great. I'm looking forward to securing a new one as a gift for my wife.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow has been mostly good so far and has helped with my neck issues, but I didn't realize it was so small when I ordered it. It's smaller than any normal sized pillow so it's impossible to find a pillow case that actually fits it well. Also, for the price they should be able to make this thing a normal size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a small pillow with the cooling option included. I don't think there is any difference with the 'cooling' aspect. It is an ok pillow. It is a bit bigger than the prior small pillow so took some adjustment time.

Firmness is okay, Want to try the FIRM mattress before drawing any conclusions. The adjustable bed is great. Has met my expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been very picky when it comes to pillows, i have probably gone through a dozen different kinds of pillows to sleep on in 5 years. My husband loves his tempur-pedic pillow and has been trying to get me to get one, but i was hesitant due to the price. I finally gave it a go and love it. I usually sleep on soft and thin pillows, but tried something different with the firm and contour pillow, and it is just what my neck has been needing! It cradles my head perfectly and give me support from my head down to my shoulders considering I usually scrunch up my body to sleep at night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are ok but I was trying to get a pillow that was the same as my current Tempur pillow. They are a lot smaller. But I've forced myself to sleep on it but wish it was the same. The other unfortunate thing is no returns.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered a pillow to replace the Tempur-Pedic pillow I had owned for years. I clearly ordered a large, and that is what I seem to have received, but it's the smallest pillow I have ever seen. I paid a lot for it too. Very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Visited the store during Mass Tax Day and liked the neck pillow with cooling (with blue beads) product at the store. They didn't have the large at store and was recommended to order online but received totally different product where after paying extra for cooling cover sent different product than what was shown at the store. Recommend purchasing at store and not from online.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is the worst thing I've ever felt. I accidentally bought the wrong level of comfort and, I understand an open box may not be sanitary (although we had a similar experience with an online mattress company (who I should have bought a pillow from, in hindsight). Still, they not only gave me a new mattress but, took the old one back to dump (sadly, but it gave me such back pain). One of these pillows is still in the box, and they refused even to exchange them. I usually am very thorough in my investigation of return policy but, must have missed this one! They are not budging. I think this is a very poor choice as we will NEVER buy from them again...and will spread the word for sure! I think this is ridiculous. Especially considering it is objectively hard...like a rock! And, they say it is for side and back sleepers.....impossible!
