It's impossible to find this density in any other contour pillow and I need the support for my herniated cervical discs. This pillow travels EVERYWHERE with me because I get neck pain within 5 minutes of falling asleep without it.

Forgot my pillow last fall returned home with neck pain that lasted for months. I have used Tempur neck pillows for over 10 years. My main con with the pillows is their odor when they first arrive - it takes a couple months to completely dissipate. I have learned to purchase my next pillow 5 to 6 months before needed.

This is the second one I've bought, the first one lasted many years - very durable. Is comfortable with side and back sleeping. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I developed severe shoulder pain, and my orthopaedist told me it was a neck issue. At that point, I realized it had been caused by sleeping on my new Tempurpedic pillow. After discontinuing use of it for several days, the pain subsided.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Neck Pillow is terrible!!! It's more painful than comfortable. It's way too firm. I feel I have more back and neck problems from sleeping on it only after 3 nights. I would return it ASAP but Tempur-Pedic DOES NOT allow pillow returns, which is absurd. I would never recommend this to any friends or family, only to my enemies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a Tempurpedic mattress for 20 years and I love it. So, i bought one of these pillows thinking it would also be great. It is not. It's super stiff and very uncomfortable. It caused neck pain from the start and I had to abandon use after three days. You can't return it, so I am stuck with a very expensive pillow that I can't use. Totally unhappy with the experience.

After friends told us they purchased these and how much the loved them and all the benefits they were seeing, we decided to order one for each of us. We tried them and both of us hated them. They were too hard and not comfortable. Our friends said that it took a bit to get accustomed to them so we tried them again. They have now found a home under our bed.
