Unfortunately it's too thick and they don't take returns on anything but mattresses (used it two nights), so I have a pillow that hurts my neck. When ordering keep in mind that even if it hurts it's yours to enjoy. If your feeling lucky, order a pillow and maybe... just maybe you'll get the correct thickness.

But ever since I have tempurpedic neck pillow. It's game changer. I have medium and large size. You just have to get used to it. And if you suggest to return it very rare chance. But so far I have three tempurpedic neck pillow I never return it. Definitely worth buy one get second free!

I was waking up every morning with a sore neck and headaches. A friend told me about this pillow and wow. I wish I had done it sooner! It does take some getting used to as it feels weird with the lip but you overlook that when your sleep is so improved!

I purchased this pillow to replace an original Tempur-Pedic neck pillow; I was very disappointed in this pillow which is described as being firm but definitely is not. And once you get the pillow you are stuck with a pricey piece of foam that can't be returned. Don't waste your money if you are looking for a supportive neck pillow.

My shredded foam pillow had been working pretty well up until the time I started feeling daily neck aches in the morning. I tried adjusting the fill softer and firmer but it never seemed quite right. I decided maybe my neck just needed more structured, firm support than I realized and bought this pillow. Fortunately, it was just what I needed! Between this pillow and my new ergonomic desk chair, I swear my life has changed dramatically with hardly any headaches. If you are searching it is worth a try. It will be firmer support than most pillows but sometimes that helps. I don't have any issues sleeping on it due to the firmness but it did take 1-2 weeks to really get used to it so hang in there my fellow humans with neck pain.
