Transformed my sleep on night one. I sleep like a rock now and wake up without neck pain or strain. Have tried dozens of pillows. Anyone with broad shoulders, neck pain, or degenerating discs in their neck (my condition) is likely to benefit from this Tempur Pedic pillow. Wish I’d gotten one years ago. Getting one for my partner ASAP. For the cooling cover as well and it works.

I have been using Tempur-neck pillows for 35 years. Although there are many great pillow out there, and I have tried many, there is nothing like the Tempur design for truly resting your neck and upper back. So when it came time to replace mine, after many years, I went back to Tempurpedic. As an additional bonus, they are now certified by CertiPUR-US, an important confirmation of the excellence of the product for me.

My wife and I had been flipping from one pillow to another for years without finding the neck support we needed for restful sleep without tossing and turning.. An older brother, who had slept on the same Tempu-Neck pillow for nine straight years, raved about the great neck support it had given him. We immediately went on line looking and were welcomed by your patriotic 2-for-1 offer over the 4th of July weekend. What better way to celebrate American independence than by getting the great night of sleep that had so long eluded us! We can't thank you enough!!

I think I should have ordered the small rather than the medium as it raises my head too far up. But I went with their measurements. It also is made of some material that is not as soft as my previous tempurpedic pillow which was too old to keep. I may keep trying to use it to see if it softens up. Otherwise I will need to gift it.

If you like firm, and I mean firm firm, this is the pillow for you. It definitely offers support, but I have never experienced a pillow that is this firm. Very little give. I’m giving it the stars because while I feel it is hard and uncomfortable, it does offer contoured support, so it’s doing its job, I suppose. So if you’re looking for something that supports and doesn’t really have and “give”, and you don’t like soft pillows, then go with this.

Least comfortable pillow I have ever tried, because it is so hard. It gives me mugraines from the pressure. I do like that this pillow actually has an option for shorter necks/narrower shoulders, that part they got right. However, this pillow is totally unusable, as it is hard as a rock! Also not a good value

The older Tempur-Neck Pillow I’ve slept on for many years is far more comfortable than the new model I just received. I have neck problems, and need restful sleep. Because my new Tempur-Neck Pillow doesn’t provide the level of comfort and support of the older one, I don’t sleep as well. Tempur-Pedic doesn’t allow returns after a package has been opened, so I’m looking elsewhere for a good pillow.

I had at 4 tempurpedic pillows from 20 years ago and they were perfect and super comfortable. Finally decided to upgrade to new ones and these are super hard and nowhere as comfortable as the original ones. Disappointed that there are no returns or exchanges to try something else.

I’m surprised these pillows aren’t comfortable. I was expecting the same comfort of the bed we have. The pillows are way too firm. Support is one thing but no give at all. Made my neck hurt and I have another similar style pillow so I don’t think it was my posture needed to adjust. I purchased BOGO and see what they were on sale. Very disappointed.

I purchased this pillow because I used to have a tempur-pedic neck pillow and I loved it, but had to discard it after damaging it in a move. I purchased this as a replacement but it’s not the size of a normal pillow. It’s so small, if I roll over, I have to move my whole body so my head will stay on the pillow. I’m really disappointed.
