I can't say I was impressed when my pillows first arrived-it was a bit stiff. But I remembered that Tempur-Pedic pillows need time to become more attuned to your sleeping needs. So I gave my pillow to my grandchildren, for them to sit on it, stand on it or throw it. I might add that the pillow was super tough to put up with such conditions. Once I started using it as MY pillow it took a few days for both the pillow and me to adjust and now my neck sleeps more comfy. Recommended!!

My husband and I have been using tempur-neck pillows for at least 10+ years. They afford us a great nights sleep. Recently our grand daughter visited and she used one of our pillows for a nap and could not get over how comfortable her neck felt. She hinted her birthday was approaching. Of course, we treated her to her very own temper-neck pillow. We will give our grandson a tempur-neck pillow for his upcoming birthday too. GREAT PRODUCT!!!!

You've saved my neck..! I had just purchased a pair of new pillows that I thought would support my head in a comfortable position. Boy was I wrong..! My neck was just traumatized..! As soon as possible I ordered two TEMPUR-Neck Pillows and after having a seamstress trim down my pillowcases they look great and support my head with style..!

My wife and I had been flipping from one pillow to another for years without finding the neck support we needed for restful sleep without tossing and turning.. An older brother, who had slept on the same Tempu-Neck pillow for nine straight years, raved about the great neck support it had given him. What better way to celebrate American independence than by getting the great night of sleep that had so long eluded us! We can't thank you enough!!

I have been using Tempur-neck pillows for 35 years. Although there are many great pillow out there, and I have tried many, there is nothing like the Tempur design for truly resting your neck and upper back. So when it came time to replace mine, after many years, I went back to Tempurpedic. As an additional bonus, they are now certified by CertiPUR-US, an important confirmation of the excellence of the product for me.

If you like firm, and I mean firm firm, this is the pillow for you. It definitely offers support, but I have never experienced a pillow that is this firm. Very little give. I'm giving it the stars because while I feel it is hard and uncomfortable, it does offer contoured support, so it's doing its job, I suppose. So if you're looking for something that supports and doesn't really have and “give”, and you don't like soft pillows, then go with this.

I've slept on contour pillows for years. Decided to treat myself to some new ones. The foam isn't nearly as responsive to body heat & weight as the old ones have ever been. Not comfortable! And worse, the cover fabric is slick. The pillows slide around inside the pillow case. Won't be keeping. Will use old ones while I search for different product.

The pillow is incredibly hard and uncomfortable. I gave it a fair chance and used it for a couple of weeks, hoping it would eventually adjust to my head and become more comfortable, but unfortunately, that never happened. In fact, I feel that my neck pain actually worsened while using it. Unfortunately, due to the company’s non-refundable policy, I’m unable to return it and feel that I wasted my money. I’m very disappointed with this purchase.

This was described as "firm", so I anticipated firm... But this pillow is rock hard. It basically has no give when you put your head on it, and goes as far as to make your ear hurt if you're laying on your side. Maybe okay if you are exclusively a back sleeper, but otherwise do not recommend.

The pillow is too firm and too hard for my neck. I felt neck pain and dizzy after using it. I wish they allow me to return it but unfortunately it is nonreturnable. The pillow is not a good fit for my neck. I wish I did more research by reviewing the while reviews instead of reading the several best reviews shown by its website. Lessons learned.
