Very much did not enjoy the pillow and it was much too firm. I was unable to return the product due to me opening the packaging and now don't know what to do with it. It was very painful as a side sleeper as there was not nearly enough support for my shoulder.

He was changing pillows multiple times at night and was still waking up with pain. Since he changed his pillows to this one he sleeps through entire night like a baby and almost stopped snoring. I was very disappointed with the pillow. The pillow was not firm and lacked the support I need for my neck. I've been using this type of pillow for many years and have always been happy. I have never had issues like I described above. I'm not sure if this is an isolated problem or I was given an inadequate product because it was a BOGO offer. I expect better quality considering the cost of this pillow and the Tempurpedic name.

Unfortunately, when I needed to replace my pillow, I purchased an off brand pillows. After suffering from neck pain for months now, I purchased a new tempurpedic pillow and immediately my neck felt better.

While keeping me informed of their whereabouts. After receiving them they were everything I've come to expect of Tempur Pedic. I'm sleeping like a baby thanks to these pillows.

I had to return these pillows. I bought as an extra since my current temper-pedic pillow is still working fine. I have used the very special Tempur-Pedic Pillow (small) for 15 years via the advice of my chiropractor. I cannot move my head if I don't sleep on this type pillow. Unfortunately, these pillows were different than the previous 3 I have owned. They were very soft and my neck collapsed on them. I had to send them back...............very sad. I am unsure what I will buy in the future.

This is the only pillow I will ever use from now on. It supports my neck and I no longer wake up with headaches and tension in my neck. I sleep on my side, stomach, and sometimes back. The pillow is heavy and doesn't move around as I toss and turn. Absolutely LOVE this pillow!

I got this pillow for myself first, and then he started stealing it from me and wanted his own. The sizing helps keep us aligned for our necks, and our sleep has been outstanding. We are both combination sleepers who sleep mainly on our sides.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow works well for its purpose, but the length of the pillow is so very small. I have a queen sized bed and it looks like a child sized pillow on my bed. I ordered one for my daughter, who has a king sized bed - she gave it back to me. I was surprised that while I was able to select the size of the neck area of the pillow, I wasn't able to select the bed size for that particular pillow. At the time I ordered it, I assumed that was because it was going to be a relatively standard sized pillow. It really is almost too small. Other than that, the pillow is comfortable and provides the support for my neck as intended. As long as you are okay with a fairly small pillow, it works well.
