I started getting headaches every morning after I started using this pillow. I didn't realize it was from the pillow, but I have speaking to ChatGPT. It had asked if I had gotten a new pillow and told me to stop for a few days. I stopped using the pillow the headaches went away. I started using it again just to see if the headaches would come back and they did. The size of the pillow with the incline was putting my neck in a position that caused headaches would not recommend. It was expensive too, and now I can never use it

I am not able to use this pillow as a neck pillow, as it is way too firm and neither of the curves fits my neck. The pillow case is 100% poliester, the old ones had some cotton in them. The foam material is similar to a firm matress memory foam. Overall a big step down in quality. I am repurposing this as a really expensive knee pillow.

I got the large model and a pillow protector as well. I love this pillow! It's very comfortable but also very supportive. My head never gets hot, it never bunches up because of the wonderful foam they use, and it feels like it will last forever. Highly recommend!

This came exactly as described. If you are looking for a good firm pillow, this fits the bill. I know that's not for everyone, but for those like me who need the neck support, it is perfect. The materials and construction seem first-rate so it looks like I'll get many good years out of the pillow.

I loved my tempur-pedic neck supporting pillow. Had it for 10 years, but was getting too soft. Bought a new one if same type and size…happy with it, but note that it is much much firmer than what I had before. Maybe I'm just not used to the new firmness and it will soften a tiny bit. Hope so.

The product is well made but I'm not sure yet if the style works for me as a back sleeper. There are nights when the pillow feels great under my neck and head, and other nights when I wake up with a little neck ache. I'm not sure if it's user error or if I have the wrong size. However, it works great for the nights I want to side sleep. Thankfully, I also have the TEMPUR-Cloud to alternate with.

My neck and head were not comfortable on this pillow at all. It was like sleeping with your head in a ditch. The pillow is also much smaller than a standard size pillow, so it does not fit well in a pillowcase. It's also not returnable. All other companies I have purchased pillows from will accept returns on a pillow.

I think I should have ordered the small rather than the medium as it raises my head too far up. But I went with their measurements. It also is made of some material that is not as soft as my previous tempurpedic pillow which was too old to keep. I may keep trying to use it to see if it softens up. Otherwise I will need to gift it.

Tempur-pedic should be shamed for having absolutely no options to exchange a return unopened product. Obviously the company has gotten too big and arrogant. I bought two using the current special - they won't exchange the second one nor provide any discount toward a better/different pillow. This pillow is absolutely horrible. It's hard (different from firm) it hurts my face when I sleep on my side. It's actually oddly small in footprint so no normal pillowcase fits on it. I've tried it for over a week now and can't do it. My PT recommended this pillow as a way to avoid neck pain and tension. Now I get no sleep, much worse.

I have been using the Tempu-Pedic Pillow for any any years and I really can NOT be without it. I change it about evey 2 years. I also have the Travel Size, THE BEST PRODUCT EVER !! I am about to get a new Tempur-pedic Matress , just waiting for a great Sale !!!
