Conversation with representative revealed guarantee in confirmation email only applies to mattresses. Have not been able to break in or use the pillow. What a waste...

However after a couple weeks of use I am sleeping better. I notice I don't toss and turn as much at might. The neck pillow changed my life 20 years ago. I developed arthritis in my neck due to whiplash from a car accident and started getting migraines. This pillow helped tremendously with morning neck tension and helped lessen the amount of headaches I got. I went to another tempurpedic pillow about 10 years ago but wasn't fully happy with it and finally came back to the neck pillow again. I won't be using anything else going forward.

I thought they were talking about the length of the pillow that's why I measured my shoulder to head. Instead it was the thickness. I bought the small thinking it would still have a thickness to it to support My next and I felt like it was made for a toddler. I haven't used it one night. I'm still using my Old one. What sucks and I knew I shouldn't have bought it was no returns on pillows. Huge waste of money and I don't know anyone who would enjoy this thin of a pillow.

The pillow had only been in my possession about 10 minutes at that point, but I was told that pillows could not be returned. I had seen the "90-Night Trial" guarantee that said, "If you don't love it in the first 90 nights, you can send it back"--but only after the fact saw that there is an asterisk there, and this does not include pillows. Caveat emptor!

But Tempur pedic having multiple sizes specifically based on neck measurements made this pillow a wow pillow. It is far and away the best contoured pillow I have ever owned. I was even lucky enough to purchase during a sale so the price was beyond reasonable.

I don't know if we can get used to them or not. My wife is still not using hers. I am trying to get used to mine. They are not the same as we got from you the first time.
