[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a Temper Pedic adjustable bed and pillows. I would not buy any other brand. Temper Pedic is the most comfortable and east to adjust bed and the pillows are also the best. I recently replaced my pillows because the ones I had were 20 years old and I love them. I am a reader and adjust my bed to read before sleep.

This might have to do with its small size, which I believe if bigger would provide better support. However because of its firmness I would not recommend, unless you prefer it that way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow was recommended to me by a friend. I have arthritis in my neck so getting comfortable while sleeping is important. Took a few days to find that sweet spot, but am now enjoying a good nights sleep with my new pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With the usual marshmallow pillow my head is too high and there is no consideration for the space between shoulder and head. However, the Tempur-Neck pillow is a bit thick. So the head is still elevated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to wake up with a little pain in my lower back. Since I started using this pillow is gone. I didn't realize how high I was using the pillow for a side sleeping creating unnecessary pressure on my lower back.

I lived with headaches until I found this pillow. It is the only pillow I can use. I've been using it for over 2 decades now! When one wears down eventually, I buy another one. I simply won't use anything else. I've tried a few imitations also (same style, different company), and they didn't compare. The TempurPedic medium neck pillow has changed my life! No more headaches.

I slept on it once with a sheet covering it and found it to be really uncomfortable. I put it back in the box where it is just sitting in my house. I get that others may really like this pillow. I wasn't bothered that it wasn't the right pillow for me. What bothers me is that I can't return it. For that reason alone I'll never buy Tempur-pedic products again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to getting the tempurpedic pillow, I was considering replacing my 4 year old mattress. Despite being firm, I was still waking up with back pain and I was restless throughout the night. Within one week of using the pillow, the back pain disappeared. I have slept through the night every night since and now I even take it with me on vacation!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased over two months ago and have been using nightly since. I predominantly fall asleep on my side and wake on my back. I am 5 ft 6 inches with bigger shoulders. Make sure you measure your shoulder as suggested in the product. This helped eliminate/reduce my neck pain and subsequent headaches. However it was quite firm bordering on hard and after a few months of use, the pillow is not as relieving or comfortable as it was initially. Also, the pillow is incredibly small and you will need a specific special pillow case for it. Our regular non-king size pillowcases are much too large.
