bought my first Tempur-Pedic neck pillow 15 years ago. It lasted about 10 years. I bought a replacement neck pillow from a competitor - junk! Finally bought a Tempur-Pedic medium pillow again. Brilliant! The perfect pillow. Don't mess around with cheaper pillows - buy the Tempur-Pedic. Your neck and back will thank you!

I tried for years to replace a neck pillow that was stained, likely full of dust mites, etc. Nothing worked until I bought the tempurpedic. Not only was it an improvement but for the first time in years I can sleep many hours without waking. It is more firm than I was use to so it is an acclimation process. I am so happy that I think on the next BOGO I will buy again so I can have it for the future in case they change the design. Strongly recommend

Because of this pillow, I no longer wake up with neck or back pain! However, it is a little hard on the head. So sometimes, I wake up with headaches because of how hard it is. It sometimes hurts so much that I often have to switch between pillows in the middle of my sleep. But perhaps, this is because I have only had the pillow for a short while (~2 months)? Hoping it gets softer in time.

She could not even make it through the first night of sleep with this pillow. She tried multiple times to use it but could never get through a single nights sleep. Worst of all is Tempur-Pedic does not allow you to return their product for a refund if you are not satisfied. Do not buy this pillow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The contoured pillow provides great support for the neck whether you're a side or back sleeper. I dread sleeping without it when I'm traveling. I would've given it 5 stars except it feels a tiny bit too firm. And it would be helpful on the website to have dimensions for the different sizes. I guessed the sizes had to do with whether they'd fit a twin, queen, or king-size bed. I ordered a medium and realize now that the size may refer to the height of the neck support. I'd probably be more comfortable with a small, but it's too late to exchange it and I can't afford to order another one.

Only difference is getting it soft and broken in the way I like it. It's seems to be taking too long...still not as pliable as I like. It's been about 2 months now. Maybe I'll run over it a couple times with my car...like we used to do with brand new jeans back in the day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a back sleeper, I did the measurements on the sizing chart, but I think it's just ever so slightly too tall for me. It works if I kinda scrunch it up over my shoulders, so I still use it, but I do often wish I had bought a small instead of a medium. It is firm enough to be supportive (my last pillow was rock hard and I loved it), but it's also pretty soft on the outside, so I think it'll work for people on both sides of the firmness debate. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase, I might just buy another size down when I eventually replace it.

This is my second pillow, they last a long time. Great for anything that ales neck and shoulders. Been looking for a couple of years for a good pillow. I remembered how well it works for in the past. My neck is so much better. It is worth every penny it cost. Please try these pillows I promise your neck will be so happy!
