I bought this pillow to encourage a sleeping position -- whether back or side -- that keeps my neck aligned. Since switching to this pillow, my neck pain has not improved and possibly has gotten worse. I still have trouble falling asleep due to discomfort, and I still wake up in pain. I'm giving it 2 stars because I don't have any evidence to blame the pillow for my pain, but it certainly has not helped fix the problem that I purchased it to help resolve. The quality of material is fine, but I bought it to serve a function that it has failed to serve.

This pillow is much smaller than expected. About half of a queen size. Thought the sizing would be standard like others I'd ordered in the past but I guess that's not a thing with tempur-pedic. Disappointed. I hope it's comfortable because I cannot return it.

I'm so happy to have a firm cervical pillow! All the cervical pillows on the market are too squishy to provide support for my neck. So if you're looking for a firm pillow, this is the one. My only complaint is the small size of it. I have a cooling, cervical Tempur-pedic I purchased last year that was deeper. I also wish they made these pillows in a King size pillow.

I was excited to get my new pillow but receiving this pillow was disappointed to say the least. The small side did not support my neck at all and the larger side was too high on my head (,way up to my ears). I followed the instructions on how to measure but something was right.

Thought i would like it since i do prefer firm pillows but it honestly made my shoulder and neck pain even worse. i wish i could leave a positive comment but there's nothing positive i got from this pillow other than giving me dopamine rush when it arrived

I was in a car accident over a year ago that left me with permanent injuries in my cervical spine, I knew I needed a supportive orthopedic pillow but I put off buying one for fear I'd spend big $$ on something gimmicky that I wasn't going to find comfortable and wasn't going to help my pain. I eventually ordered this pillow and immediately felt so stupid I'd waited so long. It was the first pillow I'd used that I actually felt supported by, and not only do I feel comfortable while I sleep I wake up in less pain then when I use any other pillow. I don't think I'll ever use a different one. One thing to note is you need a pillow case with stretch in order to get the full benefits, whenever I try to use a cotton or silk one that doesn't have any stretch the pillow feels more stiff and I don't sink into it in the same way.

This pillow was extremely stiff.. like the hardest pillow I've ever laid on. Also I got the large size and didn't notice any difference in size from a normal pillow, although I don't have the smaller size to compare. lastly, you can't return… so now I have this pillow that was expensive and I will never use it..

I followed Tempur-Pedic's sizing guidance, which recommended Medium for my sleeping style. Across two separate trial periods of several nights each, I woke up with significant neck tension and severe headaches. The symptoms resolved when I switched back to my regular pillow and returned every time I went back to the Neck pillow. Warning to other buyers: the sizing chart may not be right, and if you follow it and it doesn't work you're stuck with it and no trial period. I would not recommend taking the gamble, even if you measure and follow the sizing chart.

This was described as "firm", so I anticipated firm... But this pillow is rock hard. It basically has no give when you put your head on it, and goes as far as to make your ear hurt if you're laying on your side. Maybe okay if you are exclusively a back sleeper, but otherwise do not recommend.

The pillow is incredibly hard and uncomfortable. I gave it a fair chance and used it for a couple of weeks, hoping it would eventually adjust to my head and become more comfortable, but unfortunately, that never happened. In fact, I feel that my neck pain actually worsened while using it. Unfortunately, due to the company’s non-refundable policy, I’m unable to return it and feel that I wasted my money. I’m very disappointed with this purchase.
