[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the pillow based on the suggested size with my measurements and the pillow is to big. I called customer service to see about an exchange for a smaller size and I was told that that was not possible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Deeply disappointed with the product. I picked the "Small" profile based on the neck to shoulder distance as guided on the website. The neck profile is still too high and the back of my head was hanging in the air when I lay on it. Since the material is VERY stiff and NOT memory foam, it feels like my neck was hanging on a pointy edge. I attempted to shift the position of my head various ways and never got past 1 hour with it because it was so uncomfortable. Attempted many times and decided this is not for me. In reading some of the earlier posts, many commented that the product has changed in the material used. Not sure what I am going to do with it now -- it is not usable and the profile is not high enough to put under my knees.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would suggest getting the medium size, even if you can fit the large pillow between your shoulder / neck / head. Yes, they do indent a little from your head weight, but I find it's not enough and wake up with a stiff neck and/or having pushed the large edge of the pillow out from under my neck to under the very top of my head!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been buying these pillows ever since I was rearended in a car accident in 2002 (or close thereto. I don't remember the exact year). They are the best neck pillows, and helps my neck a lot. They will last close to five years. Your neck will let you know when you need a new one. I date when I purchased the pillow on the tag itself. There is nothing that I don't like about it. Thank you for making the best neck pillow.

It's impossible to find this density in any other contour pillow and I need the support for my herniated cervical discs. This pillow travels EVERYWHERE with me because I get neck pain within 5 minutes of falling asleep without it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Side sleeping is not as comfortable as before in the 2000s, from shoulder to top of the head needs and used to be higher and the pillows response IS NOT THE SAME AND THAT MAKES ME SAD, it's like no sinkage of the pillow conforming to my head anymore, the pillow is very dense no give (stiff, hard)

This pillow is not the same, it actually was painful to lay upon and was discarded after one hour of trying to find a fit. I ordered the large, yet the curvature was awful. I truly wish there was a better option with this manufacture. I ordered two and both are left useless.

Not only was the pillow too small - not the size I currently have - but the foam is different, and not as comfortable as the one I currently have. Read the fine print - the pillow is NOT returnable - so I have a pillow that I cannot use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Despite taking measurements to determine suggested pillow size (decided on Medium), it came as a tiny pillow. It doesn't even hold my whole head. And since Tempurpedic has generous return policies for their mattress I thought it was safe to splurge on such a pricy pillow only to learn that pillows are non-returnable because of their "personal nature".

Because of that, it stayed excessively lofty, which for me meant that even a medium was too high, as it wrenched my neck. Had I known any of this before ordering, I would've selected the small (assuming it's small/accommodating enough). So now, the only thing I use this medium for is as a backrest; sleeping on it simply kinks my neck.
