Why am I excited about my Tempur-Neck Pillow? 1. My neck is FINALLY supported! 2. The whole pillow does not mush down after a night's sleep. 3. I haven't had neck pain in over a month. 4. When I read in bed, I can lean into this pillow with my back and I am supported.

Unfortunately, this neck pillow has caused me more pain and discomfort than I was already having! I have arthritic bone spurs in my neck and really hoped that this neck pillow would help me have less neck pain and keep me safely aligned while sleeping but did not work out for me. I'm so disappointed!

I've been using the pillow since May 2026. I wanted something supportive than a regular pillow. I've been using triangles, etc and they didn't seem to be stiff enough. My concern was the thickness of this pillow and how much it'll raise my head awkwardly with regards to my shoulders. However, it's been working great. The only gripe is that it seems to slide around quite a bit on the bed sheet. It would be good to find a way to better anchor it.

I have owned tempuredic neck pillows in the past They were true memory foam and very comfy. However the ones I recently ordered do not seem to be memory foam just a cheaper foam that doesn't form to your neck like those from years ago Bring back the memory foam please

I have an artificial disk at C5/C6. I used this original Tempur-Pedic design pillow after neck surgery. As time went on I migrated to a different version tempurpedic pillow and began having terrible knots and pain in my traps. I went back to the OG pillow and have not regretted it. If you can train yourself to sleep on your back most of the night, the payoff is immense! Since switching back to this pillow I've woken up with neck pain once (because I used my old pillow instead). Get this pillow if you are tired of waking up with a stiff neck. Just remember it will take time for your body to adjust to the difference in pillow

I use a neck pillow at home and looked into buying a travel size one. I have been spending two weeks each month helping my daughter with our first grandson in a different state. I decided to just buy another one that I can leave at my daughter's house. It has made a world of a difference. Also, because of a mix up I ended up with another one that I used to replace a very old tired one at the beach cabin as I started to bring the one from home. I still plan to look into a travel one possibly.

I got the large model and a pillow protector as well. I love this pillow! It's very comfortable but also very supportive. My head never gets hot, it never bunches up because of the wonderful foam they use, and it feels like it will last forever. Highly recommend!

I like the product but this particular model of Tempur-Pedic is NOT as comfortable /restful as the Tempur-Pedic pillow I had at a hotel during my trip to Turkey April 2026. I don't know what model that was but I hope to rediscover it with a different version -( cooling Queen size pillow) purchased today.

This pillow was ordered on line. I thought I had bought a cheap copy but the one at the store was the same. At the time I purchased this pillow, my neck was hurting so bad. I was going to the doctor and to the chiropractor and physical therapy and I was having a lot of pain. The pillow save my life, but I still don't like it. It's a hard little curvy thing it's kind of like a platform you put your head on like the Egyptians did, but I tell you it saved me. My neck is better so much better.

My neck and head were not comfortable on this pillow at all. It was like sleeping with your head in a ditch. The pillow is also much smaller than a standard size pillow, so it does not fit well in a pillowcase. It's also not returnable. All other companies I have purchased pillows from will accept returns on a pillow.
