When comparing my new neck pillow to my 10 yr old neck pillow, the new pillow was MUCH thinner than the 10 yr old pillow of the same design. With postage, i paid over $90 for this horrible pillow which had the FOWLEST ODOUR for months. VERY DISSAPPOINTED and will NEVER buy Tempur Pedic again.

I have spent a lot of money buying pillows and nothing seems to work so far. This one was one of the best so far, but unfortunately is too hard for me, probably due to the pain. I'm waiting to see if the pain subsided to give it another try! I still have hope! I believe that before buying a pillow that is so important for yourself it should be tried before purchasing especially when there's no return!

I've been on the search for a good pillow that supports my neck and allows me to sleep through the night without waking up with a headache the next day. After a lot of research I tried out the Tempur-neck pillows (tried both small and medium) and unfortunately i haven't found the relief I was hoping for. The pillows are of good quality and don't have a strong odor like some of the other reviews mentioned but it runs hot and didn't help with alignment or headaches unfortunately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a long time user of Tempur-pedic products so when some of them reach their end stage of life after consistent usage, I found myself needing more support so I opted for the Large neck pillow instead of the one I've been using which was the normal size or medium. So when I got it delivered, and tried it for the first night, it took some getting used to as it was larger and there wasn't as much give to it as what I'm used to but as each night progressed, I found my support, more comfort, and generally more of a better sleep with this pillow than I have in a pretty long while. Cannot complain about Tempur-pedic being the industry standard for memory foam style sleep products!!!

The pillow is everything you would expect from a great tempurpedic pillow, but it was too thin and didn't support my neck properly. I tried to return it and was told that there is a no-return policy...even for the second, unopened pillow I purchased. I'm disappointed in the company's ability to stand behind its products and would urge you to purchase with caution.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried a variety of pillows and always wake up with neck and upper shoulder pain. This pillow took a little bit to get used too since I feel my head doesn't touch but it has been the best sleep with no neck or upper shoulder pain.

The pillow is very comfortable and helped a ton with my neck pain the first few weeks of use. Now that I've had it a month, I am starting to notice the pillow sinking and it does not seem to be as supportive as it was at the start. I'm a bit disappointed in this based on the price spent and the short time it lasted.

After years of neck pain, and tossing and turning I made a search for a pillow to help alleviate this. Looking back I should have gone to a store to try, but after the great reviews I figured I couldn't go wrong. I Measured, ordered a medium, and was really excited when my pillow arrived. It was much smaller than anticipated which didn't bother me too much, but the density and firmness are what did me in. I fell asleep fine after trying different positions, with the large side contoured in the crook of my neck. Waking in the night and turning over, the ear I'd been sleeping on was painful because of the pressure of my head on the pillow. I ended up switching back to my old pillow to try to finish sleeping. I was discouraged to find there is no return policy, which I understand, but I wish had been more evidently displayed. I'm out $100 and I know if I'd just gone to a store, one try on this pillow would have not had me purchasing it. I'm sure sure if you're a memory foam lover it's wonderful, as for me, I cannot give this a rave review.

So I purchased the TEMPUR-Neck Pillow. I put the tempur down first and on top of that a regular pillow and that extra support of the Tempur ended my morning neck aches.

Have a king tempurpedic bed love it bought a tempurpedic neck pillow over ten yrs ago loved it.one size! The ad did not show what small,Med. or large was.When I received my new neck pillow wanted to return it but no paper work or receipt was in box. Very disappointed I don't use it what a waste of $100.00.
