When I ordered our bed, I asked for two pillows. Representative did NOT tell me there are different sized pillows. She sent regular and it was too high for me and it hurt my neck. I called and very accommodating customer service rep offered me a courtesy exchange and sent me a smaller pillow and gave me free shipping to return the larger one. It all worked out well in the end. Just be sure to order the size pillow you think you'll need so you won't have to return a pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the medium based on suggested measurements. Overall, the pillow was too hard and too small. It was not comfortable for me to sleep on. Because Tempurpedic does not accept returns of these kinds of items, I had to just get rid of it and did so after a week of owning it.

I thought that I ordered the same foam pillow that I have always used for added, firmer support. However, the new one looks white and clean, but is very soft and mushy. I did not return it because of COVID-time courtesy, but it is not firm enough for me to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Be sure to CHOOSE a pillow size when ordering your pillow. The website automatically chooses the SMALL size, which is VERY small for any adult. There is a helpful size chart, so use it, and choose the correct size. You have to scroll down to see the chart (there should be a link to it next to the size choice box). Small refers to the height of the pillow, not the length. They will not allow returns of even unopened boxes, so get it right. We have used Tempur-pedic for years, before they had choice of types. This Temper-NECK pillow seems harder than others we've had (I too wish it was slightly softer) but it does the job- it gives me correct alignment and therefore no neck or upper back pain. Regarding customer service: I had an issue which was resolved after I contacted them the second time. They were very apologetic and they generously made good on the issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is sooo comfortable. You'll wake up feeling refreshed. But be careful, the bottom big cushion is not meant to rest your head on. Though it's tempting. You might be thinking, "well obviously, the directions don't show that's how you're supposed to use this." And you would be right. But you come home after a long day, and you go right to bed, and you're only focused on going to sleep, the second your head hits the pillow your eyes are closed, and next thing you know you have to get up. Then you have this weird neck pain all until the middle of the day because you used it wrong. BUT if you use it right, then, THEN, is this pillow amazing and comfortable. You'll wake up feeling refreshed. In all seriousness, if you use it the way the picture is displayed, you'll have no problem sleeping well. It's a great pillow, and I highly recommend

After I woke up feeling refreshed, I had to buy some for my husband and I! They have not been a disappointment and have reduced our neck and back pain. I sleep with the large part under my neck, but my husband prefers it upside down. It's comfy both ways!! Sometimes I use it for lumbar support on the couch as well, so comfy!

Temperpedic does not offer exchanges or returns so I would suggest going somewhere you can try it out in person before buying. The measuring didnt work for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for this pillow - I was careful to order the correct size, and to give the pillow time to "open up". It has been several weeks now, and the pillow is as uncomfortable as day one. It is hard as a rock and is like sleeping on the arm of your sofa. It seems that the back of the pillow - the "shallow end" if you will, always wants to slide back down between the headboard and my head which accentuates the discomfort. I have never loathed a pillow more than this one. It made my shoulder and neck worse. I have gone back to my 8 year old tempurpedic pillow that has the scooped out edges. Now THAT pillow is a miracle pillow. I wanted to order that one, but it seemed like the original design has changed based on the website descriptions.

It took a night or two to get used to the shape of this, but after that I slept SO well. And my headaches have minimized in frequency by a lot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THE Neck Pillow" is no more. For some reason, the size, quality and support has CHANGED. I've been using the neck pillow for decades. This new rollout and revamp is terrible. No support, the pillow flies all over the place because it's light as a feather and it is sized for a child. Worst of all, coming as a total curveball I am out the money. Tempur isn't doing anything to make this right. Don't make the mistake especially if you are familiar with the neck pillow and what it used to be. So sad because neck issues are a real thing and this pillow imo isn't going to help many people.
