I have had several of these pillows for over 20 years and have always been very happy with them until this one. It is like sleeping on a cement block. What happened to the softness of the old ones? I am really disappointed. It is so firm that I cannot use it. Hopefully it is just a bad lot. Next time I will go to a store that has them and check them out first. I really don't want to sleep without one.

The shape of the neck pillow is a perfect fit to raise my head and keep it in that position! My shoulder has room and doesn't ache at all!! I feel blessed to have found this pillow!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have horrible neck and shoulder pains from using the wrong pillows in the past. This small one is for my back sleeping position. It's not quite the right height for my side sleeping so I also purchased a medium for that. However, I still use it for both side and back sleeping since I switch back and forth throughout the night. It's super comfy but one con is that sometimes it does get kinda hot.

I love my firm Temperpedic mattress and have used the neck-style pillow in other brands for years. This one is a huge disappointment. It is too firm and because it is so narrow, my pillow case huge on it and the extra fabric gets bunched up and creates lumps.

I was house sitting for a friend and she had the tempurpedic pillow and I have never slept better! So of course I bought one. Still sleeping like a champ! I love how firm it is and I don't have to sleep on my elbow under the pillow to help my neck anymore.

The fact that there is no way to do a return is very frustrating because it's an expensive pillow. Other pillow companies like Dozase have really great return policies which makes sense because everyone is different. I think the idea of this pillow is good in terms of the shape of it. But I found it to be very hard and it never felt like memory foam to me where you eventually kind of settle in. Every night I tried to sleep on it, I ended up giving up after a few hours of tossing and turning.

Discovered it was extremely uncomfortable for me, and my spouse. Tried to return unopened pillow for store credit and was refused. I understand why they don't accept returns of opened products, but a pillow sealed in plastic cannot be contaminated. I will avoid this company in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow keeps my neck in a position that is supportive of the cervical vertebrae. When I get a headache from the muscles in my neck I just take a short nap and the pillow eases my aches. I love it so much that I insist it come with me when staying overnight away from home! The pillow is sturdy, the fabric on the custom made cover is soft and fits well, the zipper works great. All my senses are heightened including sense of smell. There was a slight odor from the pillow for the first few weeks but not the overwhelming chemical odor I've smelled from other foam products. I'm very happy to have found this pillow!!
