[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Tempur-Neck Pillow for decades. Since my old pillow needed replacement, I ordered again. The one I received is very stiff, more so than any other I have purchased. While I am disappointed, I am trying to get used to this pillow. I will not buy this type again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the travel neck pillow and love it! I was expecting these to be the same but larger. Simply put, they are rock hard! I've been trying to do anything and everything to have them give just a little and nothing. They are the correct size for me and as a side sleeper I need support but this is like having a rock wedged in that space. After two months of trying them I'm abandoning them and looking for some new. Very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a replacement neck pillow and was incredibly disappointed to find the size of the pillow has decreased by -25%. As a tempurpedic customer for over ten years who has bought many tempurpedic pillows of other types and sizes, and a tempurpedic queen size bed, I was extremely disappointed and felt ripped off. I was even more disappointed at the return policy which did not accept unopened returns. I will seriously consider alternative options in the future.

I suppose that is where the support comes from, but I wish it was plush.... I love going to a hotel and having a pillow just mold around me.

After only a month, I gave up on it. Too expensive to do this! Pillow seemed short in width, too. I expected better from Temperpedic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After cervical fusion surgery two years ago it constantly felt like I had pulled neck muscles--until I got this pillow. Neck pain gone in a week. I notice I sleep through the night without waking up.

It provides better support, but this is something I needed to get used to. My old pillow was worn out and didn't provide much support and the new one felt hard at first. I needed to adjust to the new firmness. I sleep hot and this pillow does not add to or improve the problem, but I am happy with it being neutral. I don't love the fact that no pillow cases fit this pillow.

This pillow helps keep your head in position, unlike a typical pillow which gives no support. I no longer suffer from a painful neck thanks to this pillow. I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hoping this pillow would help with neck pain being a side sleeping. It's a very flat low pillow. Much smaller than I expected making a pillow case fit forget it, they slide all over for standard fit. Given the shape I was hopeful it would help my neck issues but nope. It's too flat and I was getting headaches laying so flat. Maybe if I elevated it on another pillow but that defeats the purpose of this shape that contours to back and side sleepers if it's elevated I'd imagine. Overall I regret buying this and wasting that much money as these are a no return. I've owned pillows in the past from tempurpedic and figured this was going to be just as good a product but I just don't think it is by any means. I do not recommend this product.
