[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Tempur-Neck Pillow for decades. Since my old pillow needed replacement, I ordered again. The one I received is very stiff, more so than any other I have purchased. While I am disappointed, I am trying to get used to this pillow. I will not buy this type again.

We got one of these when we bought our Tempurpedic mattress over two years ago. My husband had been using the pillow and he absolutely loves it. There came a time when I needed a better pillow as I would get a stiff neck with our old pillows. He lent it to me and it was just great for my neck! I thought I could get away with just buying new (standard) pillows, but it wasn't long before they would make my neck hurt again and I'd even wake up with a headache. I did away with pillows altogether for a while until I decided to splurge on a new TempurPedic neck pillow. It is definitely worth the money, especially if you think about how much standard pillows cost and how often you'd have to get them to get the same level of comfort. The only thing I don't like about it (and other TempurPedic stuff like our mattress) is the smell. It goes away, yes, but it takes a while. It's been a month and my new one still smells. So I guess if you're planning on getting one, better plan ahead of time so that you can air it out in time. But even with this little annoyance, it is 100% worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It might take a night or two to get used to this pillow because it is much firmer than any other style of pillow but once you do you'll probably love it...I do and so does my husband. Our latest purchase is to replace our two old Tempur-neck pillows but those are being relegated to our camper van so we'll still get mileage out of them. I prefer my pillow to feel cool so I like to use a satin pillowcase which works well for me rather than a cotton pillow case which I find to be too warm with this kind of pillow.

Love this pillow. I've had 2 neck surgeries and am often in pain. Bought and tried a "my pillow" brand and returned it the next day. The tempurpedic pillow is the best!!! Has a nice place to cradle your head and support your neck; especially if you are a back sleeper.

So I ordered the Tempur-Neck pillow online, and it was love at first sleep. Primarily a side sleeper, I often put my hands under lesser pillows for height and support. However now, with the Tempur-Neck, I've got full support, even rolling over and adjusting positions. Look who's sleeping all through the night like a big girl! Life's too short for a bad night's sleep on an inferior pillow. Try the Tempur-Neck, Sleeping Beauty.

I have owned multiple Tempurpedic pillows. These were horrible. The material does not behave anything like my previous pillows. The pillows don't react to pressure the way previous Tempurpedic pillows reacted. I don't know if these were from a messed up bunch. Very disappointed with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used it.a few weeks now and still hasn't relieved neck pain. Measuring from the head to end of shoulder doesn't help when sleeping on your back. The bump is too big and does not cradle the neck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon receiving the pillows, I noticed they were so small, like for a child. Not medium at all. And the "hard" pillow is not so. Very soft and small. A complete waste of money. I'm really sad I spent that money on pillows I am not using.

I'm not sleeping on it yet, but it has been helpful for neck support while reading on my side in bed. And it's been a great neck support pillow for exercise sessions when I'm on my back on my yoga mat. So I'm not totally disappointed in buying it, and may eventually use it for sleeping once I adjust to it.

I recently had two more cervical fusions and really needed to purchase another pillow. This pillow is perfect to place my neck in a proper position. I love it!
