I purchased one when they first came out. Unfortunately I forgot it at a hotel. I loved it and my neck pain and stiffness was no more. Because of the expense I delayed replacing it and tried a battery of other brands before I recently replaced it with new design. looked the same but was very HARD. I couldn’t even fall asleep with it. Went back to a down pillow. At least I could fluff it into shape during the night without fully waking up.

Both my wife and I bought one of these pillows because we had tried it all!!! I bought many different brands, styles, firmness levels, and all from different stores and nothing would help solve our neck pain issues until this magical pillow. From night one we both felt a huge difference. I swear I am about to throw out about stack of about 10 pillows all stored in my closet that never helped

After almost 10 years with daily neck and shoulder pain, i tried this pillow out of desperation. I can safely say now a year later, i have no regular neck or shoulder pain! It is a very firm pillow- how else would it support your neck at night if it wasn't firm. It's true- it's like sleeping on a brick. But you have to stick with it. It took me about 2 weeks to adjust to it and now i take it everywhere with me! It is not a “comfy” pillow but it does what it's supposed to. It's also not the most esthetic pillow. I'd also recommend measuring correctly and order the right size. I'm in my late 30s and wish i had tried this sooner.

Before buying this pillow, I was spending a small fortune trying to relieve ongoing neck and shoulder pain. I tried everything: physical therapy, acupuncture, massages, even upgrading my desk chair and computer setup. Then my mom suggested what moms always seem to know instinctively: “Maybe it’s your pillow.” I honestly thought my old pillow was perfectly fine, but I decided to take a chance on this one, and the difference was immediate. The moment I laid my head down, I genuinely thought, “Oh… this must be what proper support is supposed to feel like.” Within just a few days, I noticed I was sleeping more soundly and waking up with far less tension. Now, after a full month of using it, the neck and shoulder pain I had been dealing with is essentially gone. I truly did not expect a pillow to make this much of a difference. I’m already planning to buy a second one for travel because I honestly never want to sleep without it again!

This pillow has the neck support which is really nice, but the overall height of the pillow I feel is too low. I think another 2 inches maybe 3 in the overall height would have made it better. This is my primary pillow I use. I'm a back and side sleeper. More so on my side. I would still recommend because the neck support is nice. But as an overall score I gave three stars. It could be better.

I got a TemperPedic mattress a few years ago and love it, so I'm not sure what took me so long to try this pillow. I must have bought at least 5 different 'regular' pillows in the past year trying to find one that wouldn't leave me with neck pain most days. This pillow is simply amazing. It's the exact shape I was trying to smash my other pillows into, but they wouldn't stay in place. Neck pain is gone. I only wish it was a little bigger simply for aesthetic reasons...looks so tiny next to the rest of the king pillows on the bed.

I purchased this pillow a few weeks ago and have been pleasantly surprised. It provides good neck and head support without feeling too firm, and it doesn’t go flat overnight. It took a couple of nights to get used to, but once I did, my sleep improved noticeably. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, supportive pillow with neck issues.

I am a back sleeper and needed a pillow to help support my neck. Unfortunately this was not the pillow for me. Ended up with headache to go with the neck pain. I thought that maybe I had to break it in but after 3 weeks, gave up and went back to my previous pillow. Headaches gone.

For the money, I was really expecting great results but this pillow hurts really bad! It's extremely hard. It's uncomfortable to the neck and back. My 3 year old even pushed it back on my side of the bed when I tried to switch it for the cloud pillow I also purchased. Very disappointed

The pillow is extremely hard. Don't get me wrong, I like a firm pillow, but this is mattress-firm not pillow-firm. I would return it for a refund but in my excitement for the new pillow, I tore off the manufacturer labels so now I'm stuck with two very expensive and unusable pillows.
