Smaller than expected and not firm at all. Despite taking head/neck measurements, it really offers no support, even for a small individual. Perhaps it would be acceptable for a child. Fortunately, we got this pillow as a BOGO. Unfortunately, we wasted our BOGO on this pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The large neck pillow provides a lot of support for my neck. It's comfortable, and even more so after a few weeks of sleeping on it. I had very bad neck pain when my previous generic pillow was wearing out. The pain I had before soon vanished once I started using this product. I think the neck pillow is great. I just wish it was a little wider because I am a side sleeper and I roll over multiple times a night and I have to be careful about not accidentally rolling off the pillow sometimes. :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have three protruding discs in my neck due to an accident. The only pillow that lets me wake up without neck pain is the Tempur wave neck pillow. I used to have an even firmer one in Germany; alas, they don't make them any more. I even take the pillow on my annual trips to Europe, though it's quite heavy for the suitcase. But it is worth it having no neck pain. Best pillow ever!

And the price was higher. I tried to work with customer service and they were less than helpful, only saying "that is the correct item@ and not answering questions on the size difference for the exact same pillow. Very disappointed here, Tempur-Pedic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used really soft pillows in the past to support the back of my neck but it never felt quite right due to lack of support. A friend recommended this pillow to me that was shaped exactly like what I was trying to get my soft pillows to be! My only concern in the beginning was that it looked too firm and might feel too hard for the back of my head. After using this pillow for several months now, I'm one satisfied customer! The contour of the pillow fits the back of my neck comfortably. And while firmer than other pillows I've used in the past, the material of the pillow molds around your head so it is the perfect balance of comfort and support that I need to get a good night's sleep without getting neck pain when I wake up.

When I got my pillow, the smell was very bad and strong. So I let it sit in my living room for three days try to let the smell run out. But it did not! So I take off the cover and washed it hope the smell disappears. It did get a bit better, at least I can sleep on it without getting a bad headache.

The pillow is smaller than I expect but man this pillow is great it's comfy for me and I don't snore anymore my throat, doesn't hurt and my wife is happy she gets to sleep comfortably again.
