[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am stuck with 2 extra pillows that I don't like. The pillow is too hard for my neck. Instead of getting relief from my neck pain, I get more tension. When I called to see if I could exchange the pillows, the person in charge would not help me. He was mean and insensitive. I will never purchase any item from them again. I will tell everyone I come in contact with about this. It's unfair I couldn't exchange the pillows when two of them were not even opened.

My only suggestion is that the information about measuring the pillow left me between 2 sizes. I am a back and side sleeper so I chose a medium and it ended up being too big which is uncomfortable. The pillow is not returnable so I had to purchase another $100+ pillow in small (which is perfect!). Measuring for this pillow is not easy.

I bought one with my last new Tempur-pedic pillow, and it kept the pillow in great condition over the years.

I had one of these pillows about 15 years ago and loved it, so I thought I'd get a new one. I was so excited when it was delivered! I got it out and thought why did they change it? It's ridiculously smaller (it's way to small for a normal pillow case) then it used to. My old pillow fit in a normal pillow case. Also this pillow is SO hard! I wish I could get my money back

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant at first because the height was lower than my last neck pillow, but I found this actually to be more comfortable! I prefer to sleep on the smaller side of the pillow, it just feels more comfortable on my neck. I also feared the foam was too bouncy and not "memory" enough, but it actually is nice to sleep on. This pillow rebounds relatively quickly after pressing it.

I have been buying this pillow for the past 20 years. One every year. I recently bought 2 for my husband and myself and was so disappointed. They are both so soft and feel like there is nothing to them. Not like the older ones at all. I don't know what I'll do now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am more than pleased with my purchase! I hadn't been sleeping good at all I had such severe neck pain I was seeing the chiropractor twice a week. It took me a few nights to get use to sleeping with a different pillow but since I have my neck pain has been almost non existent and I sleep so soundly! I 100% recommend this pillow!

I purchased neck pillow after going through how it will help the quality of sleep. I think as I have been sleeping on the traditional pillows, I am not comfortable sleeping on this pillow yet. I may need some more time to get used to it though I have been using it for a month. As I trust Tempurpedic as a brand, I still want to give it some more time.

If you buy any pillow, please check the stauts of tempur material inside. They sent me two defected(not even surface, cracked, stained) pillows. Such a higher price with lowest quality. Don't trust their products. The higher price seems to be coming from not quality, but marketing costs.

I used to have a tempur-pedic pillow years ago. I had it for more than 10 years which is the only reason I ever got rid of it. At the time I didn't have chronic pain or discomfort so I didn't buy another one. Now, I do have chronic shoulder and neck pain. After our current pillow seemed to be making things worse, I decided to invest again in Tempur-pedic. I bought two, one for me and one for my husband. Unfortunately I am disappointed in my purchase. These pillows are nonrefundable and my neck/shoulder pain has not improved since switching. My husband isn't a fan of his either. The product isn't as good quality as it was in the past. I should've researched the return policy prior to purchase.
