[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was trying to replace a Tempur-pedic side sleeping pillow I bought with our first Tempur-pedic mattress. I always loved that pillow and it helped me have less neck pain and sleep better however at this pillow is absolutely nothing like that pillow. It is very dense with what appears to be no give even when it is warmed by my body heat. And the shape is just not right for the shape of my body. Sadly, I thought I was getting a good deal by buying one getting another 1/2 off but it ends up I wasted all my money because returns are not possible.

This is my second Tempurpedic pillow. The first one I bought years ago at the Relax the Back Store. They let me take one home over night to try it out. Due to Covid I bought the replacement on line. I measured the distance from my shoulder to my neck, which basically said that the old pillow was too thin. So I got the size that the chart recommended. This pillow does not "give" like my previous one. It is stiff, and does not seem to conform to my neck and head. I keep thinking that I will adjust to it, but it still is really uncomfortable after a few weeks. I feel like they changed the material.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pillow looking for more support, i have back and neck problems that cause me to have headaches so i need something that is supportive, this pillos is too small and low and just too narrow for me, just not right for what i needed, its a good pillow solid built pillow but not what i needed.

I really like the firmness but need something in between, like a half shoe size! If there is any way that I can get a pillow that is between a small and medium, please let me know. This is the best pillow I have found for me in the last 20 years. Thanks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I both bought the medium size based on the measurement chart. He thinks his is perfect, but I could have probably gone to the large- when sleeping on my side I sometimes feel like I need a little more support. The first couple nights my husband was raving about how much better his neck felt, but I had a hard time sleeping on my pillow, it just felt way too hard and I kept switching back to my old pillow. After a week or two of hearing how much better my husband's neck felt, I decided to give my tempur pedic pillow a try again. The first couple nights were rough, it still felt too hard, but after that I have slept great! I am definitely sleeping better at night and waking up with less back and neck pain. All this to say- give it a week or so if it feels too hard, eventually it will soften and give you amazing sleep.

I'm sorry but you compromised the quality. I have cervical degeneration in my C4,5,6, and 7. And need support for me neck.sorry but this is just awful and I'm someone who knows better! I wasn't going to leave a review but decided I better. I remember I had one 30 years ago. It was exceptional, but this time around awful hard as a rick and m6 neck felt worse after sleeping on it. Migraines got worse. This is no5 the quality you use to stand for. Better step up your game. I see you have more than your fair share of one stars!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You guys were terrible. I ordered the pillows And the next day I called to say I changed my mind. I was told I needed to do that in the first two hours of ordering. I had bought a tempur pedicure mattress years ago I loved it. But the one pillow was too big . The other one was ok. All these years later I ordered the two pillows again I measured with a tape measure and still ended up with a pillow that was too big My neck was in terrible pain and I couldn't move it had to go to Chiropractor. I'm stuck with this pillow since I was told I could not return it.

I'm 6 foot tall, 190 pounds and I bought the medium neck pillow. The pillow is too narrow. My head didn't fit in the curve of the pillow and the bump that goes under your neck forces you to sleep on your side always, that is, you can't sleep on your back because the bump is too big and pushes your neck up too much. I took advantage of the two for one deal and gave the other pillow to a friend. He had the same problems. It's just not a comfortable pillow. What's worse is that there are no returns on pillows :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to get the pillow. I saw some reviews stating it was too hard but I like firm pillows. This is a rock with a cover over it! Since they don't do returns I would not buy this pillow unless you like EXTREMELY firm pillows. I will not try any other pillow because of their no return policy.
