[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 4th Temperpedic purchase over the last 20 years. I have enjoyed them thoroughly. But I ordered these pillows as Christmas gifts because I have raved over mine for years. I am so disappointed. They are so hard. We tried putting them in the sun, heating it, nothing helps. So now I have 2 pillows that my mom and daughter wont use. Not sure what changed with the pillow.

Despite taking measurements, the pillow does not provide enough height. Its also not as long as i expected and does not fit in standard pillowcases. Return or exchange policy is much needed. Other pillow companies offer trials, tempur-pedic should too

This pillow is only 20 inches wide/long. They used to be 24 inches. They decided, regardless of what "size" you buy, they are 20 inches wide/long. Returned as I got the buy one/get one. I had the original style and it was 24 inches very disappointed in product. When you have a King size bed you want a larger pillow. Tempur makes the best mattress, just wich they would reconsider their pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my old Temerapedic pillows with the more recent version of the original Temperapedic pillow, and I've been getting the best rest ever!! Before this, I was waking up through the night and not able to get back to sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tempur-pedic is certainly a good company, however I absolutely HATED this neck pillow. It was rock hard and incredibly uncomfortable. I had ear squish so bad my ears killed and my neck was worse. I wish I could return the pillows but they have a no return policy on pillows. If you like super, super hard pillows go for it. Otherwise stay away from this pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a side sleeper and was hoping based on reviews that this would help with my TMJ and neck issues, but it made it worse. The front elevated part put extreme pressure on my jaw. And of course I cannot return it...very disappointed.

This is my second Tempurpedic pillow. The first one I bought years ago at the Relax the Back Store. They let me take one home over night to try it out. Due to Covid I bought the replacement on line. I measured the distance from my shoulder to my neck, which basically said that the old pillow was too thin. So I got the size that the chart recommended. This pillow does not "give" like my previous one. It is stiff, and does not seem to conform to my neck and head. I keep thinking that I will adjust to it, but it still is really uncomfortable after a few weeks. I feel like they changed the material.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tempur Neck Pillow provides solid support, especially around the neck. I have the medium one. Because of this pillow, I no longer wake up with neck or back pain! However, it is a little hard on the head. So sometimes, I wake up with headaches because of how hard it is. It sometimes hurts so much that I often have to switch between pillows in the middle of my sleep. But perhaps, this is because I have only had the pillow for a short while (~2 months)? Hoping it gets softer in time.

I called Temper-pedic to report that new pillow, reported as delivered, had not arrived. Your rep. suggested I contact UPS, but I was "sure" the pillow had not been delivered. Later I was surprised to find out my neighbor had seen the package on my doorstep and took it home for safekeeping, but forgot to let me know. I was happy to get the pillow. I was even more surprised when a week later UPS delivered another pillow, which I assumed was Temper-pedic's very kind replacement for the "lost" pillow. I had the UPS driver return the pillow to you. Thanks for the extra mile of customer service. By the way, I am very pleased with the Temper-pedic pillow and would heartedly recommend your company and product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I love Tempur-pedic mattresses, this pillow is extremely firm. Like sleeping on a brick. We had a similar pillow from a competitor that is worn out and we just knew Tempur-pedic was the way to go. I hate to say we bought two of them and now I guess we'll have to donate them.
