I was very excited about the new pillow, only to find out that it is as hard as a rock. If your looking for a very stiff pillow then this is for you. I tried it out for one night and woke up the next morning very tired, with poor rest along with a stiff neck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first purchased this same model pillow 14 years ago in 2009, loved it starting day one... had it for 14 years and finally decided to buy new pillows for whole family including my two children for Christmas! I bought the same model for my wife and myself and other models for my two kids. Love this particular model, still the same quality and gives you great neck support which is very important to me because I work on computer all day and always needed good neck support at night and this model was perfect fit for me. The sweet dream continues and looking forward to more sweet dream for next ten plus years!! Thank you for making great product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is firm, but does have some give. We bought the middle size and it is small. It is certainly big enough to support the neck and head, it is just small compared to our other regular pillows.

We ordered Tempur-Neck pillow size medium and after 2 nights came to the conclusion that we should have bought small. When I contacted Tempur pedic to exchange them they informed me that because they had been used, they could not be exchanged. We had been using Tempur pillow for many years so new that with the correct size we would like them so decided to buy small pillow. So, if in doubt about which size to buy, go to a store and don't buy online. 5 stars for the pillow - 1 stars for the exchange/return policy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Too hard. Wake up every morning with a headache. An item this expensive should have an option for return. Extremely disappointed!!! We purchased because we had one previously that was very comfortable. Did you change the material? We bought two based on liking the first one. BIG MISTAKE! Neither one of us can use these. Will never buy anything this expensive that cannot be returned.

When comparing my new neck pillow to my 10 yr old neck pillow, the new pillow was MUCH thinner than the 10 yr old pillow of the same design. With postage, i paid over $90 for this horrible pillow which had the FOWLEST ODOUR for months. VERY DISSAPPOINTED and will NEVER buy Tempur Pedic again.

When I get a headache from the muscles in my neck I just take a short nap and the pillow eases my aches. I love it so much that I insist it come with me when staying overnight away from home! The pillow is sturdy, the fabric on the custom made cover is soft and fits well, the zipper works great. All my senses are heightened including sense of smell. There was a slight odor from the pillow for the first few weeks but not the overwhelming chemical odor I've smelled from other foam products. I'm very happy to have found this pillow!!

I can also use it to prop up myself. The pillow is very firm but I'm breaking it in and it feels like someone is holding my head which is perfect for me.

When evaluating cervical pillows for the first time, I was told that it would likely take time to adjust to sleeping on that pillow. But the first time I slept on the first pillow I bought, I slept better than I had in years and woke up the next morning without neck pain for the first time in years!

A doctor recommended a few things to do and at the end said, "many of my patients have said they find the Tempur-Pedic pillow really helps them". I tried it and had great results. Over the years I started buying cheaper knock-offs and had no issues until I reinjured it. My knock-off didn't help. So I found their website and ordered a new one. It worked wonders. The pain was barely noticeable the first night and the pain was gone within a few days. I won't be buying any more cheaper look-alike pillows.
