[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I have tried multiple pillows, and this is the only one that has worked for us! I got this pillow for myself first, and then he started stealing it from me and wanted his own. The sizing helps keep us aligned for our necks, and our sleep has been outstanding. We are both combination sleepers who sleep mainly on our sides.

I've been using the pillow for 2 months and honestly this hard pillow didn't really alleviate my neck pain much (maybe it's not too severe anyway). The package arrived with one side open already and there's only a plastic bag between the pillow and the outside.

At first, the pillow seems very comfortable and adjusts to your neck and seems just right, but after several nights sleep, I started to get sore neck muscles due to the pillow's firmness. Found this pillow very incompatible with stomach and side sleeping also. I turn a lot in my sleep and would wake in the morning with sore neck muscles and headaches. If you just sleep only on your back, in one position, it might work for you. If this pillow were offered in a softer version, yet still supportive, it would work much better for the way I sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After thoroughly measuring my neck to shoulder distance just as you suggest on your site, and having someone else doing it for me as well, how could this hump still be too large? The neck pillow which I have in medium causes my reflux to worsen and my neck to hurt. I really wanted it to work.

He measured right at 6inches so I got the lower one as described, but I feel it would have been best to go with the larger one. Im not sure if the size was the issue for him, but since he didn't like it, I just gave it to my son. There is not returns on pillows, so you can regift it if needed. Otherwise, I sleep with it every night and my neck has stopped hurting . I am very satisfied with the product.

This pillow is not the same, it actually was painful to lay upon and was discarded after one hour of trying to find a fit. I ordered the large, yet the curvature was awful. I truly wish there was a better option with this manufacture. I ordered two and both are left useless.

My neck would always hurt and I would toss and turn all night long. I bought so many kinds, shapes and brands. After so many options and brands, I tested this one 12+ years ago and fell in love with it from the very beginning! A little pricey but it is a wonderful 5-year investment! I immediately bought one for my husband as he started stealing it from me. His is a medium; mine a small. We both love them and totally recommend it!

Now he too can only sleep with this neck pillow. It is wonderful but you will definitely feel that just after 3 years, it starts to looks it support and you will soon need to buy a new one.

While keeping me informed of their whereabouts. After receiving them they were everything I've come to expect of Tempur Pedic. I'm sleeping like a baby thanks to these pillows.

While the customer service was exceptional, the quality of these pillows not so much. I tried 3x to get a pillow that actually supported my neck and all of them arrived relatively flat and quickly lost the little bit of support they had. I have had these pillows before but as of late they have been horrible!
