Unfortunately it appears that pillow is irreplaceable. This pillow is absolutely awful. It is rock hard, even after weeks of attempts to soften it (warming, beating, standing, walking, sitting). I wish I had read the negative reviews before I made this purchase and saved my money.

Our quality of sleep has improved greatly, due to the support that this pillow provides. Before our pillows were soft and fluffy or too firm and tall. Imagine the neck and back pain (ugh). I've tried tons of pillows but now the trial period has ended since I purchased the TempurPedic. When purchasing I loved that the company provided an option for height. This helped build support in my neck, alignment in my skin, and decreased pain overall. It worked for me! I hope it can work for you!!

I am a back and sometimes side sleeper, was surprised that after measuring the small pillow was recommended. After 2 weeks of trying to get acclimated to the pillow my neck pain has worsened and I am experiencing headaches in the back of my head daily. I understand that neck pillows require greater support, but this pillow feels uncomfortably hard. Even the small pillow feels too large, my neck is supported at a steep angle particularly when sleeping on my back. I have to abandon it, which sucks because it was expensive and cannot be returned. Proceed with caution.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this pillow maybe 7 or 8 years ago and decided it was time for a fresh one while there was a sale. I love the shape of this pillow and it has helped so much with my neck and back pain, as well as my scoliosis. However, the new one I purchased is so extremely firm that it's almost painful. I don't remember the original one I had being so firm at the beginning. I'm not sure if I remembered wrong or if they changed the way it's made. I'm going to try and get it to soften a bit so it's usable, but beware it is extremely firm.

I recently had two more cervical fusions and really needed to purchase another pillow. This pillow is perfect to place my neck in a proper position. I love it!

Since night one, I've not had any neck pain. This is by far the most comfortable pillow I've ever had and is well worth it if you're on the fence about this purchase.

So got the new one and quit using it after that first night - it is harder than the old one. The new one is now on my living room chair and used as a arm rest or back rest or on the living room floor for my head when doing exercises.

However using the guide online it told me to get the incorrect size pillow. This incorrect size pillow causes more discomfort than relief. Been using it for months in hope I will "break" it in but nothing is changing. Very expensive and a waste of money. Don't buy. If you do buy don't buy online buy in store since they don't offer returns.

I Measured as directed and ordered a medium as indicated by the chart. The pillow itself is tiny. I'm a side sleeper and the pillow barely touches my neck, let alone give it support. The pillow is also hard as a rock and crushes my ear. I wake up with a headache everytime I use this pillow.
