My husband and I both use these pillows for our necks problems. I have stenosis and he had disc surgery. We are both tall and got the medium height. The pillow gives great support. It took a little getting used to but now it's like my Temperpedic mattress- I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first purchased this same model pillow 14 years ago in 2009, loved it starting day one... had it for 14 years and finally decided to buy new pillows for whole family including my two children for Christmas! I bought the same model for my wife and myself and other models for my two kids. Love this particular model, still the same quality and gives you great neck support which is very important to me because I work on computer all day and always needed good neck support at night and this model was perfect fit for me. The sweet dream continues and looking forward to more sweet dream for next ten plus years!! Thank you for making great product!!

After measuring to make sure I ordered the right size, I was concerned ordering a medium, but the size has been perfect for me. I see a chiropractor every other month, and he commented how I have been taking care of my neck! That is all due to this pillow.

I was injured during the Vietnam war and could never sleep well after the incident . A friend said buy tempur-pedicure pillow. I bought a king size mattress & Neck pillow and never regretted it. for all the years i have been buying these pillows, this was the first time i was so disappointed. I needed one and my daughter needed one so i bought the buy one get one free. these pillows are much too soft, I can't imagine what happened. All of my previous neck pillows have been firm, supportive and quite comfortable. These two are soft, weak and totally disappointing. I know I can't return them, so now I am wondering if i will be purchasing them again. Even my older tempurpedic neck pillow has more to offer than what I purchased. i have used these pillows in the past to support my neck and shoulders while i sleep. until now it had made it easier for me to sleep, helped my adjustments hold better and so on. Very disappointed in the new pillows
