[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to have good neck support or I won't be able to sleep and will have neck pain. This is my 3rd tempur pedic neck pillow in about 30 years. I've tried others, even on from my chiropractor, but they don't compare to this one.

My grandson found it and tried it and didn't want to give it back. Ha! So finally got around to replacing it. I love the unique support that it provides.

I am a side sleeper most of the time, but even sleeping on my back this pillow is perfect. I have been using one of these for the last decade. I have tried others and have come back to Tempur-Neck pillow. It takes some breaking in but once it gets there it's the best sleep you can get.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used a neck pillow for years, in the 70's I was in a car that got hit from behind, my doctor told me to use one. Tempur- pedic neck pillow is the best I've used. I've had two smaller ones. I keep one in my suitcase for when I travel. Now that I bought this medium size one which I love, I use the smaller one between my knees for sleeping on my side, for my back.

Then I ordered several of these Tempur-Pedic pillows and felt such relief as these pillows provided the neck support I needed. I only gave it 4 stars because I had trouble finding pillow cases that fit these because of the pillow size-slightly smaller than other pillows. Still the support these pillows provided were well worth the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been having neck issues for years and tried numerous different pillows. The Tempur-neck pillow has seriously been a game changer for me. I bought the Tempur-symphony pillow and Tempur-neck pillow at the same time during a BOGO event but have not even used the Tempur-symphony pillow because I've had such a good experience with the Tempur-neck pillow. I've been waking up pain-free ever since switching to the Tempur-neck pillow and am only sad that I did not buy it sooner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With this pillow, my neck is supported in such a way that the pain and numbness in my right hand, due to a pinched nerve, is relieved. I had one before, went back to a regular pillow, but now I'm back for good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used guide online to determine which to buy, ordered 2 medium pillows. Both are sealed in plastic, so I only opened one. Discovered it was extremely uncomfortable for me, and my spouse. Tried to return unopened pillow for store credit and was refused. I understand why they don't accept returns of opened products, but a pillow sealed in plastic cannot be contaminated. I will avoid this company in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The neck part is fine. It supports me better than the former Temper-Neck pillow which was probably worn out after ten years. I am disappointed that the new pillow, though a larger, is shorter lenghth-wise than the old one. It doesn't look as good on my bed when it's made, and the shorter length is sometimes not as supportive as the old one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow was expensive and ordered to replace an older tempur neck pillow. Following the sizing guidelines I ordered a large size. The pillow was received in good shape, but proved to be extremely uncomfortable. It was too large and was very stiff - more so than my old pillow. I called to request an exchange, but was refused. I cannot use this pillow and am not happy with the poor customer service. I do not recommend this product or company.
