[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pillow because after a couple of neck surgeries I needed a pillow that would help me sleep comfortably and provide support and alignment for my neck and back. My regular pillow just wasn't doing the job any more. I also sleep on a Tempur pedic bed for the same reason. My only complaint is that I feel the pillow should be longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow stabilizes my neck, properly supports my neck, and is shaped to accommodate the natural curves of my spine. I am very happy with this pillow. If you're looking for a fluffy pillow, this is definitely not it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first few nights of using my tempur-neck pillow was great, but then it became uncomfortable and even caused headaches. The pillow angles down at the back and I believe that was the issue. I was really hoping this was the perfect pillow I'd been looking for to ease my neck pain, but unfortunately after a few nights I realized it wasn't.

Love this pillow. I've had 2 neck surgeries and am often in pain. Bought and tried a "my pillow" brand and returned it the next day. The tempurpedic pillow is the best!!! Has a nice place to cradle your head and support your neck; especially if you are a back sleeper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The neck pillows are very comfortable but they need to be at least 10" longer. They are so small they look like baby pillows on out king size bed. As most side sleepers like to grab their pillow these jus don't have enough real estate. They are in our closet and we bought pillows from Sleep number that were 34" long vs 20".

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is fine, but I would suggest that you make it clear that 'large' refers to the height of the pillow and not the length. I assumed the later and was surprised to see a 'short' length pillow. If I had known this I would have probably ordered two 'Medium' pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow has improved my sleep. I now wake up with less neck pain and I'm able to sleep longer. I ordered both a small and medium pillow. I alternate between the two and that has worked great for me.

Since using this pillow I no longer get them! (It's been almost a month) More effective than meds and acupuncture!! Who knew a pillow could be so incredibly life-changing.

We also have a Tempurpedic bed and with just normal pillows we were not as comfortable. The neck pillow really cradles the neck it's amazing. People have issues of it being "too firm" but this pillow is really for side sleeper who need neck support.

This pillow works great for me! I highly recommend for anyone who makes noise at night. I didn't give it 5 Stars because it's so hard and it takes time to get used to.
