[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I'm really happy with the pillow. I'm a side sleeper and frequently woke up with neck pain and this definitely helps a lot. But the pillow is quite hard (needs to be to keep its shape I guess) so wasn't super comfortable BUT I put a very thin regular pillow on top of it and that fixed the issue. I recommend this approach, with a pillow topper, so to speak, it's 5 stats.

In 2000 I purchased both the original TemperPedic bed and pillows. It was time to replace pillows and this one said it was like the original. It is not! It is over 6 inches shorter and is not as heavy or firm as the original pillows. This pillow is the same shape and is comfortable but not the quality I was expecting. I have recommended TemperPedic to many people over the years. With this purchase it is clear that quality has significantly decreased and is not the original product I fell in love with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased over two months ago and have been using nightly since. I predominantly fall asleep on my side and wake on my back. I am 5 ft 6 inches with bigger shoulders. Make sure you measure your shoulder as suggested in the product. This helped eliminate/reduce my neck pain and subsequent headaches. However it was quite firm bordering on hard and after a few months of use, the pillow is not as relieving or comfortable as it was initially. Also, the pillow is incredibly small and you will need a specific special pillow case for it. Our regular non-king size pillowcases are much too large.

Put your head on a rock outside - it's the best way to simulate the experience so you don't waste your money. Basically felt like my ear was bleeding midway through the night. And no - it doesn't "soften up".

Having just had surgery on my spine, the top vertebra in my neck, I was concerned about taking care of that while I slept, in light of all the different exercises I was doing to strengthen the muscles that had been severed so that the arthritis in my spinal column might get dug out. I had a similar pillow which I hadn't used in years and I broke it out to try. I was just beginning when my son, a physician, gave me my Tempur-pedic. It could not have been a finer gift.

This pillow did not look comfortable to me. In the last 2 years I have bought several pillows to help with neck pain. Due to 2 neck surgeries. This pillow went on sale. I was desperate and hoped it was going to be a good purchase. Unable to return and the high price. Along with previous failed attempts in the past to find a good pillow for me. This pillow is so amazing! So glad that I tried it. Would like to see it available in king size in the future. Other than that it is perfect! And due to the sale at the time my husband got a new pillow also. Super happy!

I Measured as directed and ordered a medium as indicated by the chart. The pillow itself is tiny. I'm a side sleeper and the pillow barely touches my neck, let alone give it support. The pillow is also hard as a rock and crushes my ear. I wake up with a headache everytime I use this pillow.

I suffer from extreme next pain and felt numbness in my quads for the past five years. I also suffer from early morning anxiety which I never knew was being caused by my neck and not sleeping good. The first week of using this pillow I noticed an 80% reduction in my leg numbness, my morning anxiety was greatly reduced, I didn't wake up with a stiff neck and slept better overall. If suffer from any of the above, try this pillow!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this neck pillow for more than a decade. I've tried other brands that are memory foams and contours but it doesn't give the same sleep quality as tempurpedic so I switched back to tempurpedic and there's no other pillow I would use!
