They're labeled as memory foam but they're a bit stiff and don't seem to hold their impressioned shape for a duration comparable to other memory foam pillows I've used. Not a bad product though. I like the ergonomic form and they serve the purpose they were purchased for. If I were to suggest improvements to the manufacturer, it would be to soften then slightly and use a more viscous memory foam.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 4 herniated disc in my cervical area and I have been in excruciating pain for months! I have spent a lot of money buying pillows and nothing seems to work so far. This one was one of the best so far, but unfortunately is too hard for me, probably due to the pain. I'm waiting to see if the pain subsided to give it another try! I still have hope! I believe that before buying a pillow that is so important for yourself it should be tried before purchasing especially when there's no return!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used similar pillows for years, but this is the first time I have tried Tempurpedic. This pillow is unfortunately far too firm for me and hurt my ears between the weight of my head and no give with the pillow; I had to keep moving to relieve pressure. It might soften with time, but sleep was so poor with it, I could not wait it out. I was disappointed, especially given the inability to return pillows. I will stick with other brands moving forward. I gave it 3 stars because my spouse is fine with theirs.

This is the only pillow I will ever use from now on. It supports my neck and I no longer wake up with headaches and tension in my neck. I sleep on my side, stomach, and sometimes back. The pillow is heavy and doesn't move around as I toss and turn. Absolutely LOVE this pillow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will preface this with the fact that I'm a petite person. Short and fairly light and frail. This pillow was way too solid for me and had almost no give, even after roughing it up and sitting on it and violently squishing it quite a few times. When I put my head on it (on my back or side), it started cutting off circulation in my body from the positioning (SOMEHOW) and had negative effects overall. I couldn't get comfortable and definitely couldn't sleep. To get this pillow to squish at all, I actually have to sit on it. I've used contour pillows before, but they were all softer than this. I would recommend this for someone with a much larger frame or heavier build than mine--the pillow might squish/conform to your shape the way it's supposed to in that case. Otherwise, this might be great for folks who want no give at all. If you can get it to fit your size/shape perfectly, that might work well to provide ample support. The pillow's construction itself is excellent, and I can tell it would last a while if I were to actually use it. It's high quality and solid material. Again, maybe a little TOO solid for this tiny person.

I have 3 of these bad boys - one fer sleep, one for travel, one BRAND NEW one I just bought in FEB 24. Worth it for future use just in case. I have tried a few others. Then tried recent Sleep Number forget it - OOPS, didn't work for me. Neck still hurt. Waste of money now. I tried it. My 1st one, I still have from way back and STILL works fine for travel. Looks funky. works! So, I will stick with TEMPUR till I goto Glory. I am totally sold on TEMPUR pillows. DO I recommend it? Bet your sweet bippy I do. Buy one u be glad too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the small version of the pillow which is actually just enough to keep your head even with your body if you're a woman who is about five five. At first it felt a little hard but after about 2 weeks totally comfortable. I'll actually sleep for long periods of time and not even know how long it has been till I look at the clock - this has never happened before! I had a TempurPedic about 30 years ago, so instead of the cheap invitations I decided to go back, and glad I did!

I was searching for good pillows that could give me relief from neck pain and my decision to choose tempur pedic was totally wrong. I think there is a lot that can be improved in this pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are suffering from neck pain I would strongly recommend this pillow. My neck pain was gone after a day using TEMPUR-Neck Pillow. I was suffering from neck pain for weeks and was looking for a standard pillow to help me sleep at least an hour. Not only my neck pain was gone but also I have deeper sleep after I started using the pillow.

The pillow is smaller than I expect but man this pillow is great it's comfy for me and I don't snore anymore my throat, doesn't hurt and my wife is happy she gets to sleep comfortably again.
