[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is much too soft and thin for me. This is the second set of pillows from this company that does not live up to it's reputation. The Mattress is fantastic but the pillows are not at all worth the money!!

I really like the firmness but need something in between, like a half shoe size! If there is any way that I can get a pillow that is between a small and medium, please let me know. This is the best pillow I have found for me in the last 20 years. Thanks

I decided that it was time to get a new one. I even bought two so I had one for my Camper. It has eliminated my neck problems while I sleep. Highly recommend it.

I recently had two more cervical fusions and really needed to purchase another pillow. This pillow is perfect to place my neck in a proper position. I love it!

I used to have a tempur-pedic pillow years ago. I had it for more than 10 years which is the only reason I ever got rid of it. At the time I didn't have chronic pain or discomfort so I didn't buy another one. Now, I do have chronic shoulder and neck pain. After our current pillow seemed to be making things worse, I decided to invest again in Tempur-pedic. I bought two, one for me and one for my husband. Unfortunately I am disappointed in my purchase. These pillows are nonrefundable and my neck/shoulder pain has not improved since switching. My husband isn't a fan of his either. The product isn't as good quality as it was in the past. I should've researched the return policy prior to purchase.

The quality of the product is excellent. I have severe neck issues and can only you this type of pillow. Overall the experience has been positive and I have been able to sleep better since purchasing this pillow. My condition is severe as mentioned earlier so it is hard to find a pillow that is perfect for my specific needs. This pillow has been an improvement over my previous one so in that regard I can say it is a good pillow. Is it perfect for me, not exactly but again my condition isn't the best. Overall I would recommend this pillow to those who suffer from neck pain while sleeping. It is firm enough but not to firm, it is actually quite comfortable compared to other pillows I've used.

I was wanting a good neck pillow as I go to the chiropractor already for issues and wearing orthotics for my TMJ. (FYI I'm 33 at 5'2 and weigh 113lbs) I got one size up from the smallest and they are right on how small this is. So if u change its direction there isn't a lot of space. But besides that this has no bounce back or cushion. It literally feels like cheap foam. I wish I would have opted for a completely different pillow instead. So im still using more mybold tempurpedic pillow from 6 yrs and using this as a filler pillow for my. Very disappointed

Before buying this pillow, I was spending a small fortune trying to relieve ongoing neck and shoulder pain. I tried everything: physical therapy, acupuncture, massages, even upgrading my desk chair and computer setup. Then my mom suggested what moms always seem to know instinctively: “Maybe it’s your pillow.” I honestly thought my old pillow was perfectly fine, but I decided to take a chance on this one, and the difference was immediate. The moment I laid my head down, I genuinely thought, “Oh… this must be what proper support is supposed to feel like.” Within just a few days, I noticed I was sleeping more soundly and waking up with far less tension. Now, after a full month of using it, the neck and shoulder pain I had been dealing with is essentially gone. I truly did not expect a pillow to make this much of a difference. I’m already planning to buy a second one for travel because I honestly never want to sleep without it again!

I called one day after I received it and they said it would soften after a few sleeps. We slept with it four more times, but it was causing headaches and worse neck pain than not sleeping with the pillow. Very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Depending on your body size, you can be a S, M or L. I used the med for side sleeping ONLY as it's too high to be used as back sleeping for me. Everyone is different so purchase the right size according to your sleeping position and body weight/size.
