[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used a Tempur-Neck Pillow since the 90's due to cervical spine issues. When evaluating cervical pillows for the first time, I was told that it would likely take time to adjust to sleeping on that pillow. But the first time I slept on the first pillow I bought, I slept better than I had in years and woke up the next morning without neck pain for the first time in years!

i have been using this pillow for over 10 years. I needed to replace it and bought the same pillow as before but i found it to be softer than the previous one. I liked the density and stiffness of the old pillows. This one goes flat on me (i run very hot at night). I am disappointed

Despite taking measurements, the pillow does not provide enough height. Its also not as long as i expected and does not fit in standard pillowcases. Return or exchange policy is much needed. Other pillow companies offer trials, tempur-pedic should too

I measured my shoulder, just as instructed. But my pillow doesn't fit my neck. When lying down on my side, it's the right height for my shoulder. But the fat edge is too wide for my neck. Does that make sense? Another way to explain is: the thinnest part of the pillow is about 1/3 across. It should be abound 1/2 way across.

I was so excited to try this pillow offering neck support. I slowly incorporated it into my bedtime because it was awkward at first. After trying it a few times a week, my neck could not take it anymore. It's been about 4 weeks now and I still have the worst pain in my neck and shoulders from laying on this pillow. I wish there was a better return/exchange policy. This was the most expensive and uncomfortable pillow I have a ever purchased.

The pillow had only been in my possession about 10 minutes at that point, but I was told that pillows could not be returned. I had seen the "90-Night Trial" guarantee that said, "If you don't love it in the first 90 nights, you can send it back"--but only after the fact saw that there is an asterisk there, and this does not include pillows. Caveat emptor!

I originally bought this pillow 1 year ago and loved it. I recently bought one for my husband, and yes the shape was the same but the firmness was completely different. It is extremely soft and doesn't give any support. I contacted tempur pedic about it, who said that they stand by their products and will not exchange the pillow..very disappointing.... The first pillow helped my neck, b by the second has no support. It's just sitting in the box still in our living room for over a month. It's so expensive that it hurts to just throw it out. the reason we liked this pillow was for the support but the quality is not the same at all! The one star is for the lack of consistency with the product..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pillow is extremely small. Followed their direction on size to order. Doesn't even fit in a pillow case. The day after I received it I attempted to return it but was told that pillows are non returnable items. This was not clear during purchase. I donated the pillow. Will never shop here again.

We've been tempurpedic owners since 2001 but decided to get new pillows (and mattresses as it turned out!). We've had our new standard neck/shoulder pillows for about a month now and the improvements from 2001 are great. The pillows feel lighter so I was worried about them for support but shouldn't have been concerned. The new ones hold up just as well as our old ones. These new ones feel lighter (not as dense) and cooler. The new covers are nice and easy to wash.
