[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a wonderful pillow, great quality and comfort. The only negative was the packaging which should have been in a plain box. It was a surprise Christmas gift with the Tempur Pedic name all over the box which spoiled the surprise.

I have been using this pillow for over 15 years. 10 years ago experienced a severe neck injury and surgery. This pillow provides the support and comfort of none other. I have recommended and sold this pillow to over 50 people, all of which express greater comfort and better sleep. I never travel without my Tempur-Pedic pillow. Recommend washing pillowcase prior to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used tempo pillow before and I changed other brand pillow. Because I used tempo pillow long period time, so I wanted use other brand pillow. Then I felt neck pain and numbness on my right arm. Finally, I realized that pillow was problem. I changed pillow to tempo then all neck pain disappeared. I strongly recommend tempo brand.

I bought this thinking I was replacing our old neck pillow. It is smaller than the one we are replacing and does not feel the same. I saw that immediately on opening and of course, Tempurpedic will not accept a return for a pillow (even if unused). Bad policy for a purchase you make sight unseen, not well advertised consider the pricing, I really don't recommend buying from them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Taking advantage of a promotion, this pillow was purchased at the same time as the TEMPUR-Ergo Cooling Neck Pillow. Discovering the size was not appropriate for my body, this item has never been opened. The company was not responsive to exchanging it for the small size. The item remains unopened in the sealed box it arrived as I pursue options to recoup costs donating for a tax deduction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this pillow since the early 1990s per my chiropractor's suggestion. The improvement in my sleep was immediate: neck pain disappeared and sleep improved. I've never slept on a regular pillow since. Thank you Tempurpedic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is great for neck and shoulder pain but adjusting to the position for side sleepers and back sleepers is a bit difficult. The contour could have been a little more flexible and would have been even more amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this pillow and was shocked when I saw how short (in length) it was. I'm not kidding, the pillow is so short that when you roll your body over in the night, your head falls off the pillow. I'm used to much longer pillows that allow a person to roll back and forth during the night. And since Tempur-Pedic has a no-return policy, I now own a completely useless pillow. I will never again try and use a pillow from Tempur-Pedic.
