[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before purchasing this pillow, I slept over at a friends house, where he had some tempur pedic pillows. After I woke up feeling refreshed, I had to buy some for my husband and I! They have not been a disappointment and have reduced our neck and back pain. I sleep with the large part under my neck, but my husband prefers it upside down. It's comfy both ways!! Sometimes I use it for lumbar support on the couch as well, so comfy!

I am a side sleeper, and (as a result of a lifetime of contact sports and poor judgement) I have had multiple shoulder injuries that often make side sleeping uncomfortable. As such, I have been searching for a comfortably firm pillow for years, and this is the pillow I have been looking for. In the week I have had it, I have slept better and woken up with less pain. I recognize that every body is different, and every person has different preferences when it comes to sleep comfort. For me, this is the absolute perfect pillow and by far the best pillow that I have ever used. This pillow is so good that I am going to buy two more today incase the pillows are discontinued and I ever need to replace my current pillow in the future.

The pillow provides great support for my neck and head and allows me to sleep and rest more comfortably than with a more conventional pillow. I have had two neck surgeries and four shoulder surgeries, and this pillow provides the type of support I need. The material and construction are of high quality, so I expect this pillow will be in service for many years. Initially, the pillow seems hard, but once your body transfers heat, it "softens" up.

While I do enjoy the shape and firmness and that this pillow doesn't flatten as I sleep, I don't feel that it justifies the large price tag. Still have neck pain, so the search continues!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My chiropractor recommended this pillow to help with months of neck and shoulder pain. While it seemed low and firm, it took a week and the pain disappeared. If I use a regular pillow it returns in one night. My daughter has had the same experience, although her pain disappeared in one night. I now take it with me if I will be sleeping over somewhere.

The pillow is very comfortable and helped a ton with my neck pain the first few weeks of use. Now that I've had it a month, I am starting to notice the pillow sinking and it does not seem to be as supportive as it was at the start. I'm a bit disappointed in this based on the price spent and the short time it lasted.

Not being able to sleep well prompted me to try the pillow and I am so very glad I did. I know sleep pain free!, thank you Tempurpedic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The neck part is fine. It supports me better than the former Temper-Neck pillow which was probably worn out after ten years. I am disappointed that the new pillow, though a larger, is shorter lenghth-wise than the old one. It doesn't look as good on my bed when it's made, and the shorter length is sometimes not as supportive as the old one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought the Tempur-neck pillow for use with with my CPAP mask for sleep apnea and find the pillow to be very effective for this purpose. The pillow itself is very comfortable, has very firm feel to it, making my CPAP mask to stay put as I sleep on my sides. Even laying on my back feels very comfortable. I feels like a very hight-quality material that could last for a long time wht little degradation.

They have all seen a lot of the world. I used to have serious neck problems, causing terrible headaches. I credit my pillow for being now headache free.
