The pillow itself is very comfortable, has very firm feel to it, making my CPAP mask to stay put as I sleep on my sides. Even laying on my back feels very comfortable. I feels like a very hight-quality material that could last for a long time wht little degradation.

It is 4" high, making it great for broad shouldered side sleepers with neck problems, and also good for back sleepers who want a bit of head elevation. It is firm, but Tempur Pedic foam material makes it very comfortable. I do not find it to feel hot or cool. I am happy that I bought it, and have been using it nightly for about 2 months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The neck pillows are very comfortable but they need to be at least 10" longer. They are so small they look like baby pillows on out king size bed. As most side sleepers like to grab their pillow these jus don't have enough real estate. They are in our closet and we bought pillows from Sleep number that were 34" long vs 20".

I was wrong. His previous one was smaller. He is 5'11 and I assumed the large would fit but it has left him with neck & back pain. When I bought the pillow I saw there was a 90 day money back guarantee but missed the note below that said pillows were excluded. As 20 year owners of a Tempurpedic pillow and mattress, we have not had a good experience with the large size pillow, only because the size is not right. The quality is excellent but our review is three stars because the pillow is not the right fit, causes pain and it can not be exchanged.

Fortunately, my first pillow purchase was the Tempur Pedic contour pillow. It is the only pillow to give my neck support and comfort, insuring I do not wake up with neck pain.

I've been using a tempurpedic neck pillow for years and really can't sleep with a traditional pillow. I made the mistake of ordering the small and needed to order the next size up (hadn't measured my old pillow carefully enough) but once I got the right size, my neck was happy again. I need to replace them every 4-5 years because they lose their firmness, but I don't hesitate to do that because they make laying on my side or back very comfortable.

We purchased because we had one previously that was very comfortable. Did you change the material? We bought two based on liking the first one. BIG MISTAKE! Neither one of us can use these. Will never buy anything this expensive that cannot be returned.
