The Tempur pillow helped resolve serious neck pain & generally reduced tossing & turning at night. You may wish to consider the smaller profile pillow than recommended for your size if you are combining with a wedge or other item (eg after surgery or remaining upright for other reasons).

This was Not nearly the quality of Tempurpedic pillows from earlier years. Flimsy, cheap ... no real density or memory foam features. I still have a few tempurpedic pillows from a decade ago, and this new one couldn't hold a candle to the ancient ones. Sorry. What happened to your pillow manufacturing?

I was interested in this pillow because my roommate had the original version. She said she bought it long time ago. So I made sure I got the "original" TEMPUR-Neck Pillow. When I received the product, there was a noticeable difference between my roommates pillow and the pillow I ordered. Her TEMPUR-Neck Pillow was much firmer than the ones I got despite of it being older/used longer. Her pillow supported my neck really nicely. The one I ordered were softer and still left some tension after sleeping on it from the past few months. Nevertheless, I decided to keep it because it's better than not having "any" neck support. Overall, I'm ok with the TEMPUR-Neck Pillow I have. Wish it was firmer like the older version.

I slept on it once with a sheet covering it and found it to be really uncomfortable. I put it back in the box where it is just sitting in my house. I get that others may really like this pillow. I wasn't bothered that it wasn't the right pillow for me. What bothers me is that I can't return it. For that reason alone I'll never buy Tempur-pedic products again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I both bought the medium size based on the measurement chart. He thinks his is perfect, but I could have probably gone to the large- when sleeping on my side I sometimes feel like I need a little more support. The first couple nights my husband was raving about how much better his neck felt, but I had a hard time sleeping on my pillow, it just felt way too hard and I kept switching back to my old pillow. After a week or two of hearing how much better my husband's neck felt, I decided to give my tempur pedic pillow a try again. The first couple nights were rough, it still felt too hard, but after that I have slept great! I am definitely sleeping better at night and waking up with less back and neck pain. All this to say- give it a week or so if it feels too hard, eventually it will soften and give you amazing sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my husband starting complaining about his neck when he woke up in the morning I knew it was time to replace his Tempur-Neck pillow. This is probably the sixth one we have purchased for him. He had neck surgery many years ago and the Tempur-Neck pillow is the only one that keeps him comfortable so he can wake up without neck pain. Even when we travel, anywhere we spend a night in another bed, this pillow is with him. It provides him the support and comfort he needs. We have been and will be repeat customers.

Still experiencing neck and shoulder discomfort while using this pillow. The lower side is too low and strains my neck. So my head feels like it's on an angle. I had a Tempur-Pedic pillow in the past that was amazing! But it became old and needed replacing. I've tried two different Tempur-Pedic pillows to find one like I had that was amazing. No luck.

It provides better support, but this is something I needed to get used to. My old pillow was worn out and didn't provide much support and the new one felt hard at first. I needed to adjust to the new firmness. I sleep hot and this pillow does not add to or improve the problem, but I am happy with it being neutral. I don't love the fact that no pillow cases fit this pillow.
