I purchased the cloud breeze pillow for when I sleep on my stomach. I purchased the neck pillow for side and back sleeping. Seriously, they changed my life. I'll be the weirdo who brings their pillow with them on vacation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I heard good reviews about this pillow from a friend, so I bought this pillow in hopes of eliminating my neck pain. I purchased the medium-sized contour. The space between my shoulder and neck measures about 5.5 inches. The pillow is extremely soft. However, when I lay down my head, the pillow puts too much pressure on the back of my neck and I cannot sleep. This is the weirdest thing because I've never had this happen before. I have tried using both sides of the contour but no luck. Unfortunately, because this product is a pillow, I cannot return the item or get my money back. I realize this is likely a unique situation, but because I cannot sleep while using this pillow I am only rating this pillow 3 stars.

I needed a hard pillow but this pillow did not fit the shape of my neck, and only made things worse. Plus one cannot receive a refund, which is not advertised clearly on the website. I was extremely disappointed, and absolute do NOT recommend this product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this pillow for several years and periodically replace. It helps support my neck in ways other pillows do not. I take it with me when I travel and it is able to be packed because it is memory foam and "smushes."

This pillow is only 20 inches wide/long. They used to be 24 inches. They decided, regardless of what "size" you buy, they are 20 inches wide/long. Returned as I got the buy one/get one. I had the original style and it was 24 inches very disappointed in product. When you have a King size bed you want a larger pillow. Tempur makes the best mattress, just wich they would reconsider their pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1st off - just let me say that I am madly in love with my 10(+ ??) year old tempurpedic mattress. If/when we need a new one, we will definitely be getting another Tempur-pedic. That said, I'm far less in love with the tempurpedic pillow. It is just too hard & too heavy. I ended up putting it in a giveaway pile & getting a more maleable one from Sleepnumber which is fine (but ideally, I'd like one in between!) I wish there was a return option w/ the tempurpedic (with a short window or a special disposable slipcover - to protect the pillow but still allow for a prompt return - but sadly there is not.)

I forced myself to use this pillow for a week since it was recommended to break in for a few days and my neck and back pain only got worse. I woke up with headaches every morning. Worst of all is Tempur-Pedic does not allow you to return their product for a refund if you are not satisfied. Do not buy this pillow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My neck was locked up and I could barely move side-to-side. The Tempur-Neck pillow keeps your neck and head in a proper alignment and relaxes your neck muscles. Best pillow for sleeping on your back or either side!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered a large, thinking it would be best on our king sized bed. Then I saw it should be based on my measurements... I had ordered on Sunday, called first thing Monday morning to change to medium. Customer Service (not available on Sunday) said I had to call within 2 hours of ordering (even though they weren't there???). The pillow is too large for me, not returnable. It is hard and having difficulty adjusting to it.
