The pillow is very unique shape and great quality, but I move around during my sleep and in the morning, my head rested on top of the highest point of the pillow and tense up my neck. I love the quality (!!), but the shape is not for me... I would like to exchange the pillow to regular shape one, if possible. :-)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a neck injury and surgery recently and was having trouble sleeping comfortably. This pillow is wonderful. At first I wondered if it would be too firm but it is just perfect. I'm so happy with my purchase.

We have owned neck pillows in the past. After purchasing our mattress and loving it we decided to try the pillows. We purchased 2 neck pillows and we were very disappointed. First one on her chest was a medium sized neck pillow and it was way too small and very stiff and hard. The second one we purchased was the large neck pillow just to try it out thinking maybe it would be better than the medium. The large neck pillow also was much smaller than what we thought a large pillow would be and it was definitely way too stiff and hard. We have had them for about two months now and still they are very uncomfortable. We have tried numerous occasions sleeping with the pillows and they are very uncomfortable and We end up waking up in more pain than when we went to bed.

After my trip was done I ordered a set of pillows as soon as I got home. The pillow continues to be a blessing.

Now two years into my marriage, learning I was, indeed, a snorer of equal caliber, I was scared yo. My wife would have to sleep in another room sometimes and my throat would be thrashed. But dude. Night one of this pillow - zero snoring. Nada. Zip. Zilch on the sleeping throat thunder. Is the pillow like a cloud? I can't say that it is. But it is comfortable and gets the job done. If you too are a Snoozeville lion who needs taming, this pillow is the person in safari gear with a chair (but, you know, in a nice way) you're looking for.

But for side sleepers like my spouse, the medium size is too small & not to his liking. Luckily we got the BOGO deal so we have 1 unused pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like your pillows, had several. BUT, my fault, I ordered the wrong size. After opening the delivery box, I recognized the mistake. And did not open the plastic covering. I called to exchange the 2 pillows for the right size, but I was told because they were delivered, could not exchange them. Still sealed in the plastic but can't use them. So sad. Not happy.

At the time I was shocked on how small the pillow was compared to a (standard pillow ) but I still gave it a chance and found it to work well. Since then I used other pillows from different brands and they all caused neck and ear pain. Because the ear and neck pain became to much to handle I broke down and purchased another Tempur-neck pillow. It really works great to reduce/eliminate ear and neck pain. I like the pillow, for me it works great. I do however have one complaint: During the ordering process I found it difficult to determine what size (s,m,l) pillow to purchase. I made the recommended measurements and found that a LARGE size is what Tempur recommend BUT I decided to order the MEDIUM size instead. I sleep on both my sides and my back and felt that the medium would better suit my needs. I was correct, the medium is what worked for me (By the way im 5'10" and 200lbs (As a refer)).
