[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A lot of companies do something great (i.e. make a great product) and then they change, pivot to something else, cheapen it, or just stop producing it. TEMPUR-Neck Pillow has been my pillow for over 20 years, still essentially the same great pillow, where I rest my head, my rock, metaphorically speaking. TEMPUR-Neck Pillow has been there for me, outlasted jobs, homes, relationships. It's delivered me thru thick and thin, thru life's proverbial ups and downs. There is no other product or company that I can think of that has given me more value or has been there as an essential part of my life for longer. I'm grateful, Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pillow seems to be made well, but it's way too firm for my liking and the size did not match up with what I needed. So I have a hard pillow that puts my neck at an awkward angle and defeats the therapeutic purpose of the pillow. I would not recommend.

I've had nothing but tempurpedic pillows since 2002. The one I just bought is 4" shorter than I expected. Granted, I should have looked. But the pillows I got together make one long pillow. Not much better, but really. These are more like the little travel pillows I've had since 2002.

After following the how to choose your pillow instructions, I was torn between the small & medium size neck pillow. It says if you are a side sleeper, the medium would be the better fit. The medium is too high for me. I emailed Tempurpedic & asked if I could return it for a medium. The answer was no, due to the policies of all states. Pillows are considered personal items, but you have 90 days to return a mattress if you don't like it. Very disappointing -

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried a variety of pillows and always wake up with neck and upper shoulder pain. This pillow took a little bit to get used too since I feel my head doesn't touch but it has been the best sleep with no neck or upper shoulder pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is a replacement for my previous Tempurpedic neck pillow. It was more firm which is fine for the support. I haven't had any issues with this new one. It also didn't need the "airing out" like the other pillows required-which was nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been on quest to find a good, comfortable pillow that has a medium firmness and provides excellent neck support. I had ordered this pillow online so I didn't have an opportunity to try it beforehand or I never would have bought it. The quality of the pillow itself is excellent, however I found the sizing of the pillow itself to be way too small (I'm only 5 foot 2 inches). The pillow is designed to have a large contour hump and a smaller contour hump on the opposite end. When laying on my back using the smaller contour, my head lays on top of the larger hump on the other side of the pillow and it is extremely uncomfortable. This is because the pillow is so small it doesn't allow room for my head to lay in the middle of the pillow as it should. This might be a great pillow for a younger child but the size of it is just too small to accomodate both a big contour and a smaller contour. When I compared this pillow to my other standard sized pillows, this was 3/4 of the size both in length and width. With that said, the larger contour is very supportive and comfortable however for the price I paid, I want a pillow that allows more versatility. Expand the width and length by another 4-5 inches and you may have an almost perfect pillow.

This is not a "squishy" pillow you love to curl up with but my chiropractor recommended I purchase one. It is expensive but it does hold up. (This is my second one since my son grabbed the first one a few years ago and is still using it.) I purchased it because I was waking up each morning with headaches. Since I have been using it, I think the number of headaches have gone down. I still get them but not as much. Would I purchase it again, probably, if I had the extra money.

Sadly to say that the quality of the pillow is not the same as it used to be. I would really appreciate it if they maintain the integrity of the quality. I would pay double the amount for the same quality it used to be. Please consider bringing back the top notch quality it used to be..... your customers like me would be more than happy to pay more for the quality. Everytime there is a sale for pillows I always receive defective pillows. I don't know what that is about..... I hope my sincere comments can help in improving the quality of your wonderful pillows that I 'used' to love so much. I am not the only customer who feels this way. All my family members, and friends that I have introduced this pillow to feel the same. Please bring back the quality of your Tempur-Pedic neck pillows. Your loyal customer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this pillow to be way too hard. It actually made my neck pain worse. The fact that there is no way to do a return is very frustrating because it's an expensive pillow. Other pillow companies like Dozase have really great return policies which makes sense because everyone is different. I think the idea of this pillow is good in terms of the shape of it. But I found it to be very hard and it never felt like memory foam to me where you eventually kind of settle in. Every night I tried to sleep on it, I ended up giving up after a few hours of tossing and turning.
