We also have a Tempurpedic bed and with just normal pillows we were not as comfortable. The neck pillow really cradles the neck it's amazing. People have issues of it being "too firm" but this pillow is really for side sleeper who need neck support.

I am 5 ft tall with a short neck. I bought one of these pillows years ago at Brookstone in what they referred to as a pediatric size and is was wonderful! The current tempurpedic website did not appear to have that option so I bought the small size which just doesn't fit. I passed my pillow on to my adult daughter who likes it very much

I have used this pillow for years. This pillow has been outstanding for both back and side sleeping. It has been a miracle for both my husband and I offering great support. My husband has sinus issues that are alleviated by keeping his head supported at a slight tilt. I have neck arthritis that requires proper support while sleeping. All other pillows I have used were not sturdy enough to properly support my neck during sleep. We have both been very happy with the quality of the neck pillow.

I was extremely excited to know that we could buy one and get one free where I found them online. We ordered a total of 4 of these and just love them. They are just the right size pillows and excellent for side sleepers. If you are looking for a BIG pillow, this is not the one; however, (in our opinion) they are the most comfortable pillow!

I splurged on this pillow based on tempurpedics reputation and the fact that it states it's extra firm..it's awful and very very disappointing..I really needed an extra firm for my neck issues and As it was described as being extra firm I was hopeful..at least other companies will allow time trials or at least let you return a pillow...I guess I just gullibly had too high of hopes and misguided confidence in what I thought was a reputable company...I would of rather you just take my money and just say "sucker" instead of sending me this unfortunate disappointment of a pillow.

I've been using this pillow for 30 years after getting a pinched nerve in my neck as a result of a job injury. Was recommended to me by my MD. This is the only pillow I ve used that doesn't give me extreme neck pain. I've tried less expensive knock off brands but they aren't the same quality. Thank you tempur-pedic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to wake up with a little pain in my lower back. Since I started using this pillow is gone. I didn't realize how high I was using the pillow for a side sleeping creating unnecessary pressure on my lower back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a side sleeper and had been having neck pain every morning. I was desperate for a solution and the neck pillow was it for me! The contour supports my neck while I sleep and makes more space for my shoulder. It's very firm and doesn't smoosh down during the night. I mostly sleep on my side, but the pillow is also very comfortable for sleeping on my back. Don't get this pillow if you're a stomach sleeper. Definitely take the time to measure yourself so you get the correct size- I am 5'9" and needed a large based on the measurements.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Around 2004, we bought queen size tempurpedic pillows in NH at a furniture store and they were comfortable and conducive to excellent sleep. This year we bought new pillows online after searching locally for the same design, with no success. The new pillows look the same and were labeled "large" but they are smaller than our original pillows, less comfortable and totally unsatisfactory. The only large thing about them was the large price tag!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After measuring I managed to order the medium- when I clearly needed the small:( When I called I was told they are not returnable. So I would NOT buy any pillows by tempurpedic unless you try in a store.
