[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried many pillows, in many different formations and in many different locations, to try and get comfortable at night. For years I woke up with neck/back pain from pillows just not made to slept on, honestly I feel like any other pillow is just a bed decoration at this point. Just because the pillows you buy at the store have a picture of someone sleeping on them really doesn't mean a thing. This tempur-pedic pillow is ACTUALLY designed for you to sleep on it! I cant stress that enough. Once you lay on this pillow you will be amazed that you spent years sleeping on literally anything else.

At the time I was shocked on how small the pillow was compared to a (standard pillow ) but I still gave it a chance and found it to work well. Since then I used other pillows from different brands and they all caused neck and ear pain. Because the ear and neck pain became to much to handle I broke down and purchased another Tempur-neck pillow. It really works great to reduce/eliminate ear and neck pain. I like the pillow, for me it works great. I do however have one complaint: During the ordering process I found it difficult to determine what size (s,m,l) pillow to purchase. I made the recommended measurements and found that a LARGE size is what Tempur recommend BUT I decided to order the MEDIUM size instead. I sleep on both my sides and my back and felt that the medium would better suit my needs. I was correct, the medium is what worked for me (By the way im 5'10" and 200lbs (As a refer)).

My wife and I bought purchased Tempur-neck pillows based on the company's sizing chart. Both of us experienced severe neck pain from using the pillows just one night. It hurt so much that neither of us decided to try a second night. The company's policy is no returns on pillows, so we are out a lot of money for a failed "trial". On the flip side, the family cat now has a posh bed for himself as he loves the neck pillow. No point in throwing it away if someone can use it.

Still experiencing neck and shoulder discomfort while using this pillow. The lower side is too low and strains my neck. So my head feels like it's on an angle. I had a Tempur-Pedic pillow in the past that was amazing! But it became old and needed replacing. I've tried two different Tempur-Pedic pillows to find one like I had that was amazing. No luck.

I have been using a Tempurpedic pillow for years. Being a computer programmer (retired now), my neck would kill me after a day and night's work! The pain would affect my sleep. Tempurpedic made a huge difference. I still use it. I just bought a new one. I even take it with me when I travel! I wouldn't be without it!

When I received the pillow, I was skeptical because the new one is shorter than my original one. I ordered the Large, firm pillow. It is pretty good, but no where did it say firm, just large. I like it but I wish you had kept the same size as my original one. I have had my original neck pillow since 1999 or 2000. I do love it though.

Last month I bought a new Tempur-Neck pillow to replace one I had purchased years ago. As soon as my new Tempur-neck pillow arrived, I threw out my old one. Unfortunately, the new one is This pillow is very very firm. I would go so far as to say "hard", so hard that I can't sleep using it.

Finally, ordered this pillow and slept better than I have in over a year. The support is excellent and the shape is perfect. I'm going to order another one.

I did yet another online search, finding this pillow which seemed to encompass all the characteristics I wanted. I was intrigued! I purchased it, and have no regrets! My sleep has only continued to improve! I needed its dual neck support options, and its firmness with comfort. Thank you so much!
