[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried half a dozen pillows and none of them were comfortable for a long stretch of time. But this Tempur pillow is different. It has the perfect form that supports my neck and shoulders properly (I'm a side sleeper) and the material is well made so it holds its shape after many months. I would like the material to be just a tad softer. But overall, I don't have any complaints.

From the first night I slept with this pillow instead of my traditional pillow, I slept so much better. I was told by my chiropractor that I would need a medium. The fit is not perfect for side sleeping for me but it is wonderful for sleeping on my back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased over two months ago and have been using nightly since. I predominantly fall asleep on my side and wake on my back. I am 5 ft 6 inches with bigger shoulders. Make sure you measure your shoulder as suggested in the product. This helped eliminate/reduce my neck pain and subsequent headaches. However it was quite firm bordering on hard and after a few months of use, the pillow is not as relieving or comfortable as it was initially. Also, the pillow is incredibly small and you will need a specific special pillow case for it. Our regular non-king size pillowcases are much too large.

After measuring to make sure I ordered the right size, I was concerned ordering a medium, but the size has been perfect for me. I see a chiropractor every other month, and he commented how I have been taking care of my neck! That is all due to this pillow.

I was injured during the Vietnam war and could never sleep well after the incident . A friend said buy tempur-pedicure pillow. I bought a king size mattress & Neck pillow and never regretted it. After the first couple of nights, I felt my Neck & Back supported and have never been without it since. It's the only mattress or pillow ever for me. Thank you!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So this pillow works and is comfortable in the foam firmness it just is way too small, I ordered the small after going off the measurements, wish I would have bought a medium or large. Tempurpedic does not accept returns on pillows so I'm stuck with an ok pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great pillow for those of us needing neck support. Feels like it will last a long time and also cushion-y. My only suggestion is that the information about measuring the pillow left me between 2 sizes. I am a back and side sleeper so I chose a medium and it ended up being too big which is uncomfortable. The pillow is not returnable so I had to purchase another $100+ pillow in small (which is perfect!). Measuring for this pillow is not easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to suffer from torticolis and was in and out of the chiropractor and orthopedic office. Ever since I got this ergonomic pillow I haven't had any flare ups. Takes a few nights to get used to, but highly recommended.

It's worth every penny, I love it! I have pain in the back for a long time and this pillow somehow does help a little. Every morning wake up, my neck won't feel tight anymore. One pity is I bought the small size cause I have a small head, however, I do feel medium size could support my neck better, because the higher side is supposed to hold your neck, not your head, and the small size has a low "high side" that is not enough for my neck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In regards to the pillow height and how it holds my head, this pillow is perfect, but I had to stop using it because it was so firm that it was giving me headaches to lay on it for too long. It was great when I slept on my side, but I sleep mostly on my back so the firmness did not allow me to get comfortable for the full night. Perfect for people looking for a firm option.
