Not comfortable when I turn and sleep on my back during the night. It would be perfect the design can also support that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tempur Neck Pillow provides solid support, especially around the neck. I have the medium one. Because of this pillow, I no longer wake up with neck or back pain! However, it is a little hard on the head. So sometimes, I wake up with headaches because of how hard it is. It sometimes hurts so much that I often have to switch between pillows in the middle of my sleep. But perhaps, this is because I have only had the pillow for a short while (~2 months)? Hoping it gets softer in time.

I recommend the Tempur-pedic neck pillow because it provides excellent support whether I sleep on my side or my back. The pillow even prodives good support when I switch to sleeping on my stomach.

But unfortunately, we had neck pain after the first night of sleep. My wife switched back to her old pillow in the middle of the night. I gave it another chance and tried it for the second night. My neck hurt so bad the next morning and the pain didn't go away for about two weeks! I'm not sure if it's the quality of the product or the pillows are too big for us. Either way I would suggest caution when buying tempur-pedic pillows. Because there's no return for pillows!

Was having neck issues, so bought two of these pillows. Tried them for over a week and saw some neck pain improvement, but unclear if it was the pillows or just healing. Unfortunately, the pillows are just too hard for comfortable sleep long-term, and I couldn't return or exchange.

I used the measuring table provided on the product page to choose the proper size for us. After a month, we both found that we were feeling more pain and discomfort than before. Either the sizing is not accurate or the product is not all they make it out to be. This wouldn't be so bad as Tempur-Pedic has a great return policy, right? Well not for pillows. So it doesn't matter what issues you have or that the pillows don't do as they say, Tempur-Pedic doesn't care so much about how well you sleep, just that you buy their next product.

A good night's sleep goes a long a way and this means I am a better person during the day because of it. I no longer have that tired after lunch slump, or walk around rubbing my neck due to residual pain from last nights "rest." I encourage anyone who suffers from minor neck pain, and sleepless nights to try this pillow for a better night's rest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is good for when you first lay on it, and instantly can feel pressure/tension release at the neck and base of the skull. However, after a while, the firmness of the pillow becomes too much and starts to be uncomfortable. This is my experience with the medium sized pillow. Also not too happy that the pillow cannot be returned or exchanged. I would like to try the small sized pillow as that might be the better fit for me, but don't want to spend that kind of money on another pillow! Lastly, the length of the pillow is rather short.

This was the best pillow I ever used- for about a week. Then it broke down and has no firmness to it at all. I'm pretty disappointed because Tempur-Pedic's products have been very good to me in the past. Sorry to say I will probably not be buying in the future.
