[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two family members that swear by this product, but it is a bit too tall for me, even though I measured. The pillow is very firm, which is helpful, as I don't wake up with neck pain, but it's not very comfortable to sleep on. I've used it for a month and it hasn't really softened. I wish you could exchange pillows as even though I'm the correct size in shoulder width my neck is too short for the medium.

My only suggestion is that the information about measuring the pillow left me between 2 sizes. I am a back and side sleeper so I chose a medium and it ended up being too big which is uncomfortable. The pillow is not returnable so I had to purchase another $100+ pillow in small (which is perfect!). Measuring for this pillow is not easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant at first because the height was lower than my last neck pillow, but I found this actually to be more comfortable! I prefer to sleep on the smaller side of the pillow, it just feels more comfortable on my neck. I also feared the foam was too bouncy and not "memory" enough, but it actually is nice to sleep on. This pillow rebounds relatively quickly after pressing it.

A friend recommended this pillow to me that was shaped exactly like what I was trying to get my soft pillows to be! My only concern in the beginning was that it looked too firm and might feel too hard for the back of my head. After using this pillow for several months now, I'm one satisfied customer! The contour of the pillow fits the back of my neck comfortably. And while firmer than other pillows I've used in the past, the material of the pillow molds around your head so it is the perfect balance of comfort and support that I need to get a good night's sleep without getting neck pain when I wake up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my fourth TempurPedic pillow. I also have a travel size. For many years I have not gone anywhere without my pillow. They have all seen a lot of the world. I used to have serious neck problems, causing terrible headaches. I credit my pillow for being now headache free.

I had the same pillow years ago and the quality was great, and lasted all these years. But this new pillow is so cheap, after just a few days it's already flattened and has no support whatsoever so it's not even usable. Expensive price for a cheap worthless pillow!!! Wish I could get my money back!!

I've had nothing but tempurpedic pillows since 2002. The one I just bought is 4" shorter than I expected. Granted, I should have looked. But the pillows I got together make one long pillow. Not much better, but really. These are more like the little travel pillows I've had since 2002.

Ventured away from Tempur-Pedic till recently. I was experiencing neck issues. Too much computer work, sleeping on inexpensive pillows. Then I remembered the comfort I experienced with my Tempur-Pedic pillow. Decided to order one for myself again. It is wonderful. My neck pain had gone away. It is comforting whether I sleep on my back or side. So glad Tempur-Pedic is still available for an 81 yr old youngster like me. It takes a bit of getting used to after sleeping on inferior pillows. Don't get discouraged. It is worth the effort. Happy Sleeping!

Before I purchased the neck pillow I was having trouble every night with my arms usually one or the other going completely numb. Now after using this pillow I have not experienced any numbness and have great support with my neck and definitely a betters night sleep.

I have been through neck surgery several years ago, and still suffer from neck pain. My physician said, the only thing I could do long term was to find the right supportive pillow. Well, Friends, this is the pillow!! It has firm support that I have been looking for and my awful pain is gone. I am finally sleeping better through the nights where I was waking up several times a night.
