Despite the hefty price tag, I decided to invest in them, hoping for a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, my sleep problems persisted. It was only after a conversation with a friend, who suggested I specifically try a Tempur pillow, that I took note of the brand. Initially, I was skeptical, and when I didn't see an improvement, I expressed my frustration to him. He clarified, suggesting the Tempur Neck pillow, emphasizing that not every model from the brand was suitable for everyone. Following his tailored advice, I tried the Tempur Neck pillow, and to my relief, I started experiencing restful sleep every night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before I bought this pillow I had recently got a different new pillow I used it for awhile then one day I had crippling neck pain. I had a bulging disk and spinal stenosis in 4 cervical vertebra it was excruciating I literally didn't sleep for 4 days. After that I managed to sleep but not well. After about a week I was talking with a friend who had been through neck surgery he recommended this pillow. It was an expensive purchase to me but I was in so much agony I had to try something. I received my pillows the first night was the best I had slept in 2 weeks but still not good it took about 3 days with this pillow for my neck to relax. I think it's been about a month now my neck pain has subsided and I am sleeping well again. This was a fantastic purchase for me definitely worth the price. I would definitely share my experience and recommended this pillow to everyone who will listen.

It is not even the size that is the problem, it is the actual shape of the pillow that does not fit the contour of my neck and shoulders. Gave it a month try, makes my neck hurt. Horrible product, no return policy. It is already in the trash. Don't bother.

The Tempur pillow helped resolve serious neck pain & generally reduced tossing & turning at night. You may wish to consider the smaller profile pillow than recommended for your size if you are combining with a wedge or other item (eg after surgery or remaining upright for other reasons).

It has started causing me neck and shoulder pain so I have to stop using it. In addition there is no return policy and i basically threw money down the drain. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

I have a neck injury and have always used a contoured neck pillow. When I couldn't get the same one I had, I thought a tempurpedic would be the best option. It was horrible. It hurt my neck horribly, and is unusable. It didn't hold it's shape to support by neck.

My husband & I purchased our very first Tempurpedic pillows 20 years ago. After my husband tried a number of different pillows from other manufacturers, we decided to go back and get 2 new Tempurpedic pillows for each of us, these 2 large neck pillows. After the first night, I thought it might be that the large was just too tall for me but my husband's was too hard - not really contouring to him according to his shape/weight or not really being memory foam as our original ones used to be. Thought maybe it was just too high for him as well so we ordered a pair of mediums that very next day. Sad to say, the issue was indeed the foam not being as contouring as the original ones, and we're just very disappointed with the quality of the memory foam Tempurpedic is making/selling now. We also had a Tempurpedic mattress 18 years ago but we're definitely not going to get another one from Tempurpedic due to these experiences. In a matter of 2-3 weeks, 4 unusable pillows & a week of neck pain later, no more Tempurpedic for us.

The neck pillow helps me in having a comfortable sleep. With this pillow, my neck sits comfortably on the arch. because it follows the contour of my head and neck while in a supine or side sleeper position I wake up without any stiffness or discomfort. Hotel pillows are not comfortable for me so I try my best to bring my neck pillow when I travel. I think I should get the large size next time. I have had a larger neck pillow from a different brand and that fits more comfortably.

I had a tempur-neck pillow for 10 years and want to buy a new one to replace the old one. But the quality is totally difference from the previous pillow. They are not as comfort as before, I can't sleep on that for a minute and my neck hurt. The worst thing is that the pillow is non-returnable. The pillow is so expensive and you can't return it even though you are not satisfy with the product. Don't try your luck!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a few months of neck pain, which included getting massage to try to address it, it came to me, "You need to return to using the TEMPUR-Neck contour pillow." (About a year ago, after I simply had to toss my old contour pillow from too many years of use, I switched to a different type of pillow.) So, following my intuition, I bought a new contour pillow. After some effort to break in the pillow a bit (e.g., sitting. on the pillow for a while), I slept on the new pillow. The next morning, my neck felt much better and after the second or third night, it was completely gone.
