[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For several years, I struggled with insomnia, which I attributed to my uncomfortable mattress and pillow. In search of a solution, I turned to numerous forums for advice, where I found a highly recommended premium mattress and pillow brand. Despite the hefty price tag, I decided to invest in them, hoping for a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, my sleep problems persisted. It was only after a conversation with a friend, who suggested I specifically try a Tempur pillow, that I took note of the brand. Initially, I was skeptical, and when I didn't see an improvement, I expressed my frustration to him. He clarified, suggesting the Tempur Neck pillow, emphasizing that not every model from the brand was suitable for everyone. Following his tailored advice, I tried the Tempur Neck pillow, and to my relief, I started experiencing restful sleep every night.

I bought the Tempur-neck pillows for some extra support to my neck and after using it for just 2-3 nights I started to have severe neck pains and now after paying that much for the pillows, paying to the doctor and massage therapists. Tempur won't take them back or refund per their policy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did the measurements before ordering to make sure I bought the right size. When it came it is too large and ends up hurting my neck. I contacted customer support and they would not help as they won't let you return it.

I've owned and enjoyed Tempur-Pedic mattresses and their wonderful Queen Sized Swedish Neck Pillows for over 20 years, replacing the pillows every 4-5 years as they were used. It makes zero sense to me that Tempur-Pedic has stopped making the Swedish pillow. This sad replacement is 4 inches less wide, and much less firm. It is no different than any of the other imitations on the market. I returned the pillow. Even my now well worn Swedish pillow is much better than the current version. I wish Tempur-Pedic would go back to the original.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tested (at my own expense) the $200+ Tempur max height and firmness and it worked OK for side sleeping. However this pillow gave a better nights rest when slide sleeping. The larger rounded end is a perfect fit in the large for my shoulder length. Other brands I've tried in the past similar to this shape were too soft and could not support the weight of a persons head effectively. Tempurpedic has the firmness perfect on this pillow, it supports the weight of a persons head nicely. I'm always a cynic with products until I value it's worthiness. I give this side sleeper pillow 2 thumbs up, it works for me and I'm tough to work for.

It's helpful and I wouldn't necessarily go with the sizing recommendations. You need one that fits you. However, the gym smell is rather off putting...after a month or so, it is lessening, even with the recommended airing. Don't remember that from my other 2. Was also hard to find!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i had a similar tempur pillow i bought in like 2014 or 15. it was great, complete awesomeness, never had neck or shoulder funk in the morning. this one feels like i'm sleeping on a phonebook, a very thin one. super disappointed that there is that much difference between a queen & a standard, this is like a child's pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Deeply disappointed with the product. I picked the "Small" profile based on the neck to shoulder distance as guided on the website. The neck profile is still too high and the back of my head was hanging in the air when I lay on it. Since the material is VERY stiff and NOT memory foam, it feels like my neck was hanging on a pointy edge. I attempted to shift the position of my head various ways and never got past 1 hour with it because it was so uncomfortable. Attempted many times and decided this is not for me. In reading some of the earlier posts, many commented that the product has changed in the material used. Not sure what I am going to do with it now -- it is not usable and the profile is not high enough to put under my knees.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Horrible. Over the years I have repeatedly ordered the exact same neck pillow. I ordered the last one with an agent at Tempur-Pedic online and the one I was sent was NOT the same foam as in all the others. It was hard as a rock and I threw the pillow away! In the future I will only buy that pillow at a store where I can TEST the foam before I buy it!

I like that this pillow is firm enough to give support. I really like that it comes in different depths, so that I can make it fit the distance from my shoulder to my head. Great support! One thing I would like that it doesn't have is I would like it longer. When I roll over I have to rouse enough to move the pillow with me (and it's kind of heavy).
