I've been using this pillow for 30 years after getting a pinched nerve in my neck as a result of a job injury. Was recommended to me by my MD. This is the only pillow I ve used that doesn't give me extreme neck pain. I've tried less expensive knock off brands but they aren't the same quality. Thank you tempur-pedic.

The most comfortable mattress and pillow available. I've slept on a Tempur-Pedic mattress for many years and find it so comfortable, unlike any other mattress I've ever experienced. Now I'm using the queen-medium neck pillow as well. It's like sleeping on a cloud. I highly recommend Tempur-Pedic products and encourage everyone to try them, you'll be well satisfied with the results.

However, this time I ordered 2 and accidentally ordered small instead of medium. Opened one so obviously can't return, but the 2nd one is unopened, completely intact. Neither box nor plastic wrap has been tampered with. But, I cannot get an exchange. This is beyond frustrating as it is unopened! Will never order online again and may have to consider future purchases. Very unhappy.

So I purchased the TEMPUR-Neck Pillow. I put the tempur down first and on top of that a regular pillow and that extra support of the Tempur ended my morning neck aches.

Beginning then, and for the next 20 years, I have only slept on a Tempur-pedic pillow. It provides the perfect support for my neck and since I started sleeping on it, I have not had any neck or shoulder pain. I can sleep on my back and my side and it provides perfect support. I have a travel Tempur pillow that I take whenever I travel elsewhere! I can't recommend it enough!! The key is you have to get the right size so make sure you do the measurements as they advise..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like your pillows, had several. BUT, my fault, I ordered the wrong size. After opening the delivery box, I recognized the mistake. And did not open the plastic covering. I called to exchange the 2 pillows for the right size, but I was told because they were delivered, could not exchange them. Still sealed in the plastic but can't use them. So sad. Not happy.

I have been using a Tempur-Pedic small pillow for over 20 years. I have to replace them every 5 years or so, its well worth it. I have arthritis and have had whiplash from accidents twice over the year. This pillow helps me sleep like a baby and wake refreshed and pain free. No other pillow has been this comfortable! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pillow does seem to meet the specified design, and has slightly improved my sleep and neck pain, however, the pillow is much smaller than advertised. Whatever you are thinking, knock about 30-40% off, and that is the size it is.

However the pillow is very stiff, to the point where I am not very comfortable sleeping on it. I keep it on my bed and continue to try and make it my primary pillow, but I have not been as pleased with it as I would have hoped.
