[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow lasted less than a week before losing all support. My head literally hits the bed in some weird dip in the pillow. Contacted customer service to request an exchange, which required uploading a fair number of photos, only to be denied because there wasn't a "visible" dip. I had heard great things about this brand - something must have changed. Don't waste your money.

In all the 10+ years I have been purchasing this pillow, this is the first time I have ever been disappointed. From the get go the neck pillow was too soft, support is lacking and I would not recommend this to anyone. I have always used these pillows to support my neck, they have lasted a good amount of time. But this time the support is not good. Be careful when you purchase the pillows I have no idea what went wrong

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these pillows for relieving neck and back pain. The small is actually smaller than I'd expect but it does still work for me. I was having back and neck pain every night before deciding to buy these and they were definitely worth it. I have shoulder pain from an ac joint separation and the pain extends to my neck sometimes so I'm glad that this helps lessen the pain, I'm going to have surgery but for the meantime this makes it a little easier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this pillow to replace a Tempurpedic size small pillow that I had used for years. When the old pillow needed replacing, I ordered the same size and brand, but it is a lot thicker than the old one. Had I known that the new pillow would be uncomfortably thick for my small neck, I would have looked into other brands (or looked into an extra small option). The quality of the pillow is excellent, but I am not able to sleep very comfortably with it.

I know it is the pillow because I do stretch every day and by nighttime my neck doesn't hurt as much as when I recently wake up. I called the customer service line to see if they could help me find a different option and "Exchange" or get a voucher for another pillow, but they said no. I'm very disappointed, I ordered this pillow because my partner has one from years ago that is very comfortable. I'm afraid they changed it and now this is "Bait and switch".

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tempur Neck Pillow provides solid support, especially around the neck. I have the medium one. Because of this pillow, I no longer wake up with neck or back pain! However, it is a little hard on the head. So sometimes, I wake up with headaches because of how hard it is. It sometimes hurts so much that I often have to switch between pillows in the middle of my sleep. But perhaps, this is because I have only had the pillow for a short while (~2 months)? Hoping it gets softer in time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a fan of the TEMPUR-Neck pillow since the last century (literally), travelling around the country with my pillow to use it at hotels, family visits, and overnight stays since I was in my 20s. Without this pillow, I have neck pain from the lack of support provided by regular pillows. I sleep on both my back and my side routinely, and it works for both positions. When my last TEMPUR-Neck pillow finally gave out, I ordered a new set online and was thrilled to find it is the same great product with a more sturdy cover. Highly recommend this product, even at full price. Worth every penny!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used Tempur-neck pillow almost 2 decades ago; and really loved how adjusting and comfortable the material they were made of back then. However, these recent ones I got are definitely not how they use to make them. The material used are a bit too hard and not so conforming; causing discomfort to my cervical spine. I am disappointed. Still searching around to find the right pillows..
