Since you can't return it, now we are stuck with 2 insanely expensive pillows that we can't use. Many sleepless nights with this pillow. DO NOT BUY!!!

I'm sorry but you compromised the quality. I have cervical degeneration in my C4,5,6, and 7. And need support for me neck.sorry but this is just awful and I'm someone who knows better! I wasn't going to leave a review but decided I better. I remember I had one 30 years ago. It was exceptional, but this time around awful hard as a rick and m6 neck felt worse after sleeping on it. Migraines got worse. This is no5 the quality you use to stand for. Better step up your game. I see you have more than your fair share of one stars!

I really like the firmness but need something in between, like a half shoe size! If there is any way that I can get a pillow that is between a small and medium, please let me know. This is the best pillow I have found for me in the last 20 years. Thanks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this same pillow for many many years, but now it is only very hard density foam and so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep. Why not offer the two densities? Very disappointed and cannot return it so extremely upset.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pillow to replace my 10-year old TEMPUR-Neck pillow, which I really loved. This pillow feels harder than my previous pillow and therefore not as gentle to my ears. However, it's still as good for my neck as the previous one.

The pillow over the years has been my savior. It provides the support my neck needs. I wake refreshed and ready for another day. I can't tell u how many I have purchased over the years, it is the perfect one for me.

This thing is like I'm laying in a cloud of feathers (my brand new mattress) and using a river boulder as my pillow. I gave it 4 days and woke up in excruciating pain everyday. I even gave it away for free to another side sleeper. He also gave it away the very next day. I don't know who likes this, I'm sure somebody will love it but not for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a new pillow and thought I'd try an official neck pillow. The first night I slept the entire night through. That never happens. My Fitbit sleep score went from an average of 72 to 82 the past month. I can't recommend this enough if you're a side sleeper with an unsupported neck.

The neck pillow helps me in having a comfortable sleep. With this pillow, my neck sits comfortably on the arch. because it follows the contour of my head and neck while in a supine or side sleeper position I wake up without any stiffness or discomfort. Hotel pillows are not comfortable for me so I try my best to bring my neck pillow when I travel. I think I should get the large size next time. I have had a larger neck pillow from a different brand and that fits more comfortably.
