[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Tempurpedic pillow several years that I literally wore it out. I loved it so much I got another one like it. Unfortunately this one is too firm and not loosening and conforming to my neck and head. I've had it 2-3 months and it's still too firm. Very disappointed.

But my son in law, who had neck surgery came to visit, and he has slept on it every night since. Swears by it. Says it holds his head just right so he gets a deep sleep.

I always had this stiff neck every morning felt like I slept on the wrong side of the bed . I thought I might try neck pillow . My neck felt fine next morning . So I have one at my daughter's house so I can sleep good when I stay at her house. Now I know why this neck pillow shape looks like this . No more stiff neck in the mornings. I told all of my friends about this pillow .great neck pillow.

The pillow is using different material compare to the ones I got a few years ago. it is too soft and it does not support the neck as strong as the old one. I used to buy this pillow one per year and loved it. I decided to come back try this again but very disappointing and I wish they did not upgrade the material.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For many years we used the large neck pillow. As we've aged, it started to feel "too high", so we went with the smaller pillow. The height is fine on the smaller pillow, but had we known that the overall size of the pillow was substantially smaller, we never would have bought them. There are no specifications (sizes) listed on the website so we had no idea what size it would end up being. VERY DISAPPOINTED. LOOKING FOR SOMETHING WITH WHICH TO REPLACE THE PILLOWS.

I need support to relieve stiffness, soreness & limited range of motion; of my neck. I have purchased less expensive contour pillows in the past, they were not effective. Nor was a regular pillow folded. I purchased this one at the recommendation of a Dr of Chiropractic's. It is a much smaller pillow - based on the Dr's assessment of my body frame size. I thought at first that it was not going to be adequate. It is firmer then any other I have tried & conforms to my frame. So far retaining its shape & firmness. It is expensive, but for me money well spent. I am very pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in a car accident that changed my life. I cried daily with neck pain and headaches until I was given a Tempur-Pedic neck pillow. It made a profound difference in my ability to sleep and wake without the pain. I used that pillow for two years and absolutely loved it! It wore out so I ordered a replacement in March. I've been sleeping on the new pillow for 10-12 weeks now. I canNOT get use to it! It looks like my old pillow, it is 6" shorter in length, (which makes no difference) but the material is different. I'm back to waking up with headaches and neck pain. I believe the difference in material makes this pillow not as soft and yielding, making it too firm, which is creating the problem. I loved my old Tempur-Pedic pillow - newer isn't always better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THE Neck Pillow" is no more. For some reason, the size, quality and support has CHANGED. I've been using the neck pillow for decades. This new rollout and revamp is terrible. No support, the pillow flies all over the place because it's light as a feather and it is sized for a child. Worst of all, coming as a total curveball I am out the money. Tempur isn't doing anything to make this right. Don't make the mistake especially if you are familiar with the neck pillow and what it used to be. So sad because neck issues are a real thing and this pillow imo isn't going to help many people.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So this pillow works and is comfortable in the foam firmness it just is way too small, I ordered the small after going off the measurements, wish I would have bought a medium or large. Tempurpedic does not accept returns on pillows so I'm stuck with an ok pillow.

The quality and support are great but it’s insanely stupid not to make these in at least something close to traditional king/queen sizes (like every other pillow in the world)!!! You’ll never find a pillow case to fit these so the extra material just gets bunched up somewhere, usually under your head at some point.
