[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm disappointed with the product first it's much smaller than I anticipated it being, I must've got shipped a medium sized pillow. Secondly my neck pain has been worse since using this pillow. Hopefully tempurpedic reached out and can make it right.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the medium based on suggested measurements. Overall, the pillow was too hard and too small. It was not comfortable for me to sleep on. Because Tempurpedic does not accept returns of these kinds of items, I had to just get rid of it and did so after a week of owning it.

So so so small. Smaller than the twin sized pillows I was trying to replace on my king bed. I am sure there was sizing info somewhere in the details but I've never encountered such a small "large" pillow before. And even though it is still in the packaging I am now stuck with two of them. Annoying. I have no idea how they feel because they look like child pillows on my king bed so I can't use them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow has improved my sleep. I now wake up with less neck pain and I'm able to sleep longer. I ordered both a small and medium pillow. I alternate between the two and that has worked great for me.

The pillow is really comfortable but I tend to toss a lot at night and the pillow isn't long enough for my movements. I have a queen mattress and the pillow takes up about an eighth of the bed. The dimensions were probably in the description so that's my fault for not checking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in a car accident that changed my life. I cried daily with neck pain and headaches until I was given a Tempur-Pedic neck pillow. It made a profound difference in my ability to sleep and wake without the pain. I used that pillow for two years and absolutely loved it! It wore out so I ordered a replacement in March. I've been sleeping on the new pillow for 10-12 weeks now. I canNOT get use to it! It looks like my old pillow, it is 6" shorter in length, (which makes no difference) but the material is different. I'm back to waking up with headaches and neck pain. I believe the difference in material makes this pillow not as soft and yielding, making it too firm, which is creating the problem. I loved my old Tempur-Pedic pillow - newer isn't always better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THE Neck Pillow" is no more. For some reason, the size, quality and support has CHANGED. I've been using the neck pillow for decades. This new rollout and revamp is terrible. No support, the pillow flies all over the place because it's light as a feather and it is sized for a child. Worst of all, coming as a total curveball I am out the money. Tempur isn't doing anything to make this right. Don't make the mistake especially if you are familiar with the neck pillow and what it used to be. So sad because neck issues are a real thing and this pillow imo isn't going to help many people.

Both my husband and I used these pillows for about 1 - 2 weeks only to find that it was worsening our neck and shoulder pain, not improving it. They turned out to be a huge waste of money. We later found out from multiple friends that they had the same experience. Please ask around, and if you've had a bad experience please review these things!!! We wish we had known in advance.

I had to research an excellent pillow that would support my neck on the sides because I had a work related strain due to how my neck on the the jumpseat while working as a flight attendant. Let me tell you, the 1st night, my neck pain decreased all together. It is a life saver and never sleep on a regular pillow shape again. 10/10!
