[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon receiving the pillows, I noticed they were so small, like for a child. Not medium at all. And the "hard" pillow is not so. Very soft and small. A complete waste of money. I'm really sad I spent that money on pillows I am not using.

I got spoiled from my prior Tempur-Pedic neck / back pillow (lasted 10 years!) Quality is just not there with the new one - the substance just isn't the same. I bought a medium and it was too high so I bought a small still have a hard time sleeping on it -!I've spent a lot of money for these two pillows only to have difficulty sleeping on them. Not happy :-( please bring back prior pillow - it was wonderful

I've been seeing chiropractors for over 40 years and as my neck evolved have needed to switch to different orthopedic pillows. They weren't working very well anymore so tried this Tempur-Neck pillow, so glad I did, Happy Neck returned.

So so so small. Smaller than the twin sized pillows I was trying to replace on my king bed. I am sure there was sizing info somewhere in the details but I've never encountered such a small "large" pillow before. And even though it is still in the packaging I am now stuck with two of them. Annoying. I have no idea how they feel because they look like child pillows on my king bed so I can't use them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have bought Tempur-Pedic neck pillows for years and they have been wonderful. The last pillows I ordered are awful. They are so stiff that you have a hard time sleeping on them. I have been trying to break one in by sleeping on the little side (big side is too stiff), but pillow is still very hard. I would not recommend this pillow and my husband and I are so disappointed that we cannot use them, especially since they are not returnable.

I bequeathed my Tempur-pedic neck pillow to him 15 years ago, and he used it every night...until it needed replacing due to age and the fact that the pillow case that wraps around the the pillow was threadbare. I had feared he new one would not be as good because companies tend to change things very often, but I was pleasantly surprised that this neck pillow is just as good as the old one. I guess Tempur-pedic had it right from the start and didn't need to improve om something that was already perfect! The neck is in perfect alignment when he lays on his back or on his side!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Tempur-Neck pillow for my significant other. He's a side sleeper with really bad back and neck pains. He, like myself, had a very old pillow that was rock solid in comparison to our new ones. After one night, he immediately started noticing improvement. We've now had the pillows for maybe a month and neither of us have any of the issues we had prior! I definitely recommend investing into Tempur-Pedic ANYTHING! Our mattress is also Tempur-Pedic and it is fantastic.

After it wore out I tried buying every pillow that would come close to the neck pillow. Nothing ever worked like the temperpedic pillow. That's when I saw the BOGO and I got 2 for the price of one. They are absolutely amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a disc replacement in my neck at C5 C6 in 2022 & it has taken multiple purchases of different pillows until I finally pulled the trigger on this one. Best thing I have done for myself. I am a side sleeper & this pillow hands down relieves my aches & discomfort. Finally able to sleep through the night & wake up feeling refreshed. I highly recommend this pillow.

I bought this neck pillow about a month ago - I was having a lot of neck pain every morning from my head not being supported well. I debated awhile - it's a lot of money to spend on a pillow!! But after paying for massages to make my neck feel better for just a few hours, I decided it was worth it. And it is!! My neck feels so much better every day! No more spasms! The only down side - I ordered the Queen size, and it really is not any bigger than a regular size pillow. But - all things considered, not such a big deal
