[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the pillows for my husband's long lasting neck pain, and after our first try of our new Tempur-pedic pillows, we were so surprised to see that his neck pain was getting slightly better. So far we have been using the pillows for a few months, and we no longer use any other pillows at home since the neck pain does not bother him so often. But I wish the pillow could be larger than what we have right now, with the same height but bigger width and length.

But Tempur pedic having multiple sizes specifically based on neck measurements made this pillow a wow pillow. It is far and away the best contoured pillow I have ever owned. I was even lucky enough to purchase during a sale so the price was beyond reasonable.

for all the years i have been buying these pillows, this was the first time i was so disappointed. I needed one and my daughter needed one so i bought the buy one get one free. these pillows are much too soft, I can't imagine what happened. All of my previous neck pillows have been firm, supportive and quite comfortable. These two are soft, weak and totally disappointing. I know I can't return them, so now I am wondering if i will be purchasing them again. Even my older tempurpedic neck pillow has more to offer than what I purchased. i have used these pillows in the past to support my neck and shoulders while i sleep. until now it had made it easier for me to sleep, helped my adjustments hold better and so on. Very disappointed in the new pillows

This thing is like I'm laying in a cloud of feathers (my brand new mattress) and using a river boulder as my pillow. I gave it 4 days and woke up in excruciating pain everyday. I even gave it away for free to another side sleeper. He also gave it away the very next day. I don't know who likes this, I'm sure somebody will love it but not for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these for my wife and I to help with neck pain. We figured they would pair well with our Tempur-Pedic mattress. I used the measuring table provided on the product page to choose the proper size for us. After a month, we both found that we were feeling more pain and discomfort than before. Either the sizing is not accurate or the product is not all they make it out to be. This wouldn't be so bad as Tempur-Pedic has a great return policy, right? Well not for pillows. So it doesn't matter what issues you have or that the pillows don't do as they say, Tempur-Pedic doesn't care so much about how well you sleep, just that you buy their next product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have horrible neck and shoulder pains from using the wrong pillows in the past. This small one is for my back sleeping position. It's not quite the right height for my side sleeping so I also purchased a medium for that. However, I still use it for both side and back sleeping since I switch back and forth throughout the night. It's super comfy but one con is that sometimes it does get kinda hot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I developed severe shoulder pain, and my orthopaedist told me it was a neck issue. At that point, I realized it had been caused by sleeping on my new Tempurpedic pillow. After discontinuing use of it for several days, the pain subsided.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a tempur-neck pillow for YEARS. Love it. Finally broke down and replaced it. These pillows are great, but this one is SO firm, it makes my face and ears go numb. I think I am going to have my kids jump on it to try and un-firm it. Maybe then I can use it. I ordered according to the size chart, and even measured, it doesn't fit me right. I'm female, 5'5." I'm so sad to have a very expensive pillow I can't use or return. I wish there was a return policy. My next expensive pillow will be from a company that lets me try it first. It's such an important item.

For the couple of years, Tempur-pedic neck pillows have been losing their support way too quickly. They are expensive and I had to replace them about every 6 months. The latest one that I bought is the hardest foam ever. It's not really even memory foam and has very little "give." It made my neck and head hurt. I'm trying to find a company that makes a firm, supportive neck pillow that is consistent and lasts a reasonable amount of time for the price.
