It is not even the size that is the problem, it is the actual shape of the pillow that does not fit the contour of my neck and shoulders. Gave it a month try, makes my neck hurt. Horrible product, no return policy. It is already in the trash. Don't bother.

I use to have one of these pillows and LOVED it......what I recently ordered and received was NOTHING compared to what I had. This pillow is so small that it drowns in a regular size pillow case. It is not very supportive compared to what I had!!! I am just blown away at the lack of quality. So disappointed.

Company policy says I cannot return it which is a shame as every other company allows pillows to be returned. This pillow was replacing a Tempur-pedic pillow I bought from the Sharper Image store. It is not the same.

When I tried to lay on it the first day it arrived, it was too big for me even though measurements for my neck and shoulder were supposed to be fit for this size pillow. Contacted their customer service, and the answer was that they do not accept any returns or exchanges for pillows. They only do for mattresses... That's very frustrating as I spend around 100$ for a pillow I cannot use and cannot even exchange for the right size, did not even want my money back. The pillow is not even used; simply tried laying on it once I received it. Not the best experience. Not sure if I will spend more money to buy a different size pillow or just get it from another company.

I own a Temper Pedic pillow like the one I just purchased but it is 25-30 years old. That is why I bought another one, for my fishing camp. However, the first night I slept fitfully and ended up with a neck ache. I found it was much stiffer than the one I already owned and slept on for years. Using the hand press on this newer pillow, I found it did not slowly rise up with the hand press, In fact, it was so stiff it was much harder to actually press my hand into it at all. It certainly is not as soft and resilient as my older one. So I an stuck with it as you have told me that pillows are not returnable. I usually sleep, on my original pillow, with the higher round section under my neck but this pillow I had to turn it 180 degrees and place my head on the flat side and sleep. After a few days, I was able to sleep but I certainly won't purchase anything else. I don't know why you changed the formula for this pillow's foundation. It looks the same but does not sleep the same as your original. Sigh!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For those who need very good cervical spine region and neck support, this is an excellent pillow. Yes, it is firm, but but malleable in the way all Tempur materials are. I use this pillow and have very good success with it as I have a special need for exactly this type of support.

The pillow is small! And the curved part that is supposed to support my neck does not. I selected medium size based on the measurements on the website and the pillow does not match the measurements. Plus, it is not firm like the website mentions. The pillow is as if it's meant for a child and I don't believe my neck and shoulder are staying supported all through the night. Plus, you're not allowed to return and get refunded for the pillows! Even if you don't open the packaging. Shady!

This was Not nearly the quality of Tempurpedic pillows from earlier years. Flimsy, cheap ... no real density or memory foam features. I still have a few tempurpedic pillows from a decade ago, and this new one couldn't hold a candle to the ancient ones. Sorry. What happened to your pillow manufacturing?

This was a replacement for the 10-yr-old contour pillow I got from Select Comfort. When I went to get another I learned they had "inproved" it and it was totally different. I found one that was even better at Tempurpedic. I'm a side sleeper and need the support for my neck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to love this pillow. I've had a Tempur-Pedic bed for years and will stay loyal to the brand. However, the neck pillow is too firm and is giving me headaches and jaw tension. Not what I was looking for. I wonder if it's just too cold out to use the pillow so I'm going to store it until late spring and see if it work better then.
