This pillow has saved several nights of my sleep and has saved my neck further torment at the hands of less qualified pillows. Thank you TEMPUR-PEDIC, my sleep has been saved thanks to you!

This pillow is only 20 inches wide/long. They used to be 24 inches. They decided, regardless of what "size" you buy, they are 20 inches wide/long. Returned as I got the buy one/get one. I had the original style and it was 24 inches very disappointed in product. When you have a King size bed you want a larger pillow. Tempur makes the best mattress, just wich they would reconsider their pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Deeply disappointed with the product. I picked the "Small" profile based on the neck to shoulder distance as guided on the website. The neck profile is still too high and the back of my head was hanging in the air when I lay on it. Since the material is VERY stiff and NOT memory foam, it feels like my neck was hanging on a pointy edge. I attempted to shift the position of my head various ways and never got past 1 hour with it because it was so uncomfortable. Attempted many times and decided this is not for me. In reading some of the earlier posts, many commented that the product has changed in the material used. Not sure what I am going to do with it now -- it is not usable and the profile is not high enough to put under my knees.

Having used the small neck pillow for many, many years, I no longer have stiff necks! It was so effective for me that my husband has begun using it too and is delighted with how much better he sleeps! We love everything about it!! Our only wish would be to make the small in a shorter version for travel. We have taken an old small neck pillow and cut it in two so we are able to take with us traveling. It works just great! We are a Tempur-pedic family as we also use their mattress and love it too!!!! Exceptional quality and comfort. A truly fantastic product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Helped with some of my neck issues. It works well for me to sleep on my back or side. I believe part of the reason it helped my neck is that it is super awkward to try to sleep on your stomach with this pillow, so it sort of forces you into more ergonomic positions and sleep habits. The pillow is really firm, until the foam warms up it is so firm it might bother your ears to sleep on your side. My only other slight complaint is the pillow is rather narrow width wise. If you are a person that "roams" all over your pillow and bed at night this is not a pillow for you.

I have a queen sized bed and it looks like a child sized pillow on my bed. I ordered one for my daughter, who has a king sized bed - she gave it back to me. I was surprised that while I was able to select the size of the neck area of the pillow, I wasn't able to select the bed size for that particular pillow. At the time I ordered it, I assumed that was because it was going to be a relatively standard sized pillow. It really is almost too small. Other than that, the pillow is comfortable and provides the support for my neck as intended. As long as you are okay with a fairly small pillow, it works well.

But I've ordered a small and medium to see which size would fit best and I believe there should be an in-between size between the two. The small is too small for my neck to shoulders, and the medium is too big. Overall, it would be the perfect pillow if the sizing was spot on.

Because I use a CPAP machine, it works best for me to use a very firm contour pillow. This one does not fit the bill. Too soft. However, there were 2 and I can use them both to create the same effect. And that is the only reason I didn't return them.

There is no ability to return our exchange, so I'm stuck with something I can't use. Measure twice, order once!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a side sleeper, I was having issues waking up in the middle of the night due to my arms falling asleep and some possible neck pain. I tried out the TEMPUR mattress topper and the neck pillow as a possible solution. Fortunately, this combination of materials has seemed to alleviate my problems, though I do have mixed feelings about the pillow. Be advised, the website is not joking about the pillow being firm. It is a bit firmer than I'm used to and it does take some getting used to sleeping on the contoured shape. Despite being firmer than I would like, it does seem to be doing the job and allowing me to sleep better. Consider trying one out in the store if you can before you commit to buying. Returns are unfortunately not allowed unlike other retailers.
