[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pillow because after a couple of neck surgeries I needed a pillow that would help me sleep comfortably and provide support and alignment for my neck and back. My regular pillow just wasn't doing the job any more. I also sleep on a Tempur pedic bed for the same reason. My only complaint is that I feel the pillow should be longer.

Life is better with this pillow. It may look like something strange but it has given me the deep sleep I have always wanted. THE BEST PILLOW. I also gave one to a friend of mine and he said it was a "life changing gift" and I don't deserve the credit, temperpedic does!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy the support it gives you. Most pillows are too soft and don't support our neck. I am a side sleeper most of the time, but even sleeping on my back this pillow is perfect. I have been using one of these for the last decade. I have tried others and have come back to Tempur-Neck pillow. It takes some breaking in but once it gets there it's the best sleep you can get.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So this pillow works and is comfortable in the foam firmness it just is way too small, I ordered the small after going off the measurements, wish I would have bought a medium or large. Tempurpedic does not accept returns on pillows so I'm stuck with an ok pillow.

She used it for about two weeks before very sweetly telling me it was the worst pillow she's ever had and was actually making her migraines worse. I thought well it might just be her and tried it out myself (we have the same measurements) and it really is terrible. I couldn't make it through the night. It was hard as as a brick and I had neck pain the whole next day. Definitely do not recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Somewhat smaller than epected even though I ordered the recommended size. More importantly, this doesn't provide 'fantastic sleep' and is even somewhat uncomfortable - and after several weeks it is definately NOT theraputic. Fail.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this pillow based on my excellent experience with a previous neck pillow with the same model number, but the sizing has changed. Tempur-Pedic refuses to accept a return, even though the customer service person noted that they change the sizes from time to time, while leaving the model number the same.For a company to change the dimensions while leaving the model number the same is unconscionable. You cannot buy online if the company doesn't inform the potential buyer that the sizing changes and they should not buy without trying the pillow in a store. Tempur-pedic has lost a loyal customer.

It's worth every penny, I love it! I have pain in the back for a long time and this pillow somehow does help a little. Every morning wake up, my neck won't feel tight anymore. One pity is I bought the small size cause I have a small head, however, I do feel medium size could support my neck better, because the higher side is supposed to hold your neck, not your head, and the small size has a low "high side" that is not enough for my neck.

Noticed while on vacation that they went away, so figured they might be related to my pillow and/or mattress. Tried a tempur-neck pillow and it worked to relieve the pain. I wake up feeling refreshed rather than sore in my neck.

I must say that it's been a delight to have a good nights sleep finally without any neck pain issues since using your product. My only regret is that I wish I had this pillow years ago.
