[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow itself takes getting used to so let me explain. First, the shape itself takes getting used to. It's an unusual shape to begin with but you do get used to it after about ten sleeps on it. Secondly, it's a very stiff memory foam. Not a negative but again going from a worn pillow to this takes about ten sleeps to break in. Thirdly (which is why I only gave 3 stars) is the sizing is wrong. The website says if you're between two sizes, get the smaller one (between a medium and a large, get the medium). I did that and I've come to discover it's too small for me. I feel my neck could use the larger size and there's no return policy from Tempurpedic that would allow me to exchange and for the cost of one of these pillows, that's a major disappointment.

When I woke up almost daily with a neck ache, I bought a contoured pillow and found it supported my neck and alleviated the pain. I graduated to a TEMPUR-Neck Pillow and was glad of it; it provided even more support. When my husband began having neck pain, I bought him one and, again, it did the trick. My only complaint is that even the large size, which I got for him, is terribly small in our pillowcases. I hope TEMPUR-pedic will consider making them a bit bigger (but not raising the price too much!).

I am a side sleeper, and (as a result of a lifetime of contact sports and poor judgement) I have had multiple shoulder injuries that often make side sleeping uncomfortable. As such, I have been searching for a comfortably firm pillow for years, and this is the pillow I have been looking for. In the week I have had it, I have slept better and woken up with less pain. I recognize that every body is different, and every person has different preferences when it comes to sleep comfort. For me, this is the absolute perfect pillow and by far the best pillow that I have ever used. This pillow is so good that I am going to buy two more today incase the pillows are discontinued and I ever need to replace my current pillow in the future.

It has started causing me neck and shoulder pain so I have to stop using it. In addition there is no return policy and i basically threw money down the drain. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

I suffered for years with neck pain when I wake up. So bad at times I could not turn my head. This pillow has saved my neck. While it keeps me cool is 100% has relieved all my neck pain. I was very skeptical of this, I thought the price was a little high. However I gave it a try. So glad I did. I absolutely love this pillow. Best sleep ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hoping this pillow would help with neck pain being a side sleeping. It's a very flat low pillow. Much smaller than I expected making a pillow case fit forget it, they slide all over for standard fit. Given the shape I was hopeful it would help my neck issues but nope. It's too flat and I was getting headaches laying so flat. Maybe if I elevated it on another pillow but that defeats the purpose of this shape that contours to back and side sleepers if it's elevated I'd imagine. Overall I regret buying this and wasting that much money as these are a no return. I've owned pillows in the past from tempurpedic and figured this was going to be just as good a product but I just don't think it is by any means. I do not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was somewhat skeptical of this pillow when it first arrived.....I thought for sure I would not cozy up to this pillow (no pun intended) I tried for a few hours every night to see if in fact could help my sore neck. Now I can say for sure it is my go to pillow for proper neck position while sleeping. I will admit it is a hard pillow to get use to but hang in there and you will see the benefits. Beside the draw back that it is not returnable sort of keeps you in the game. I also have a tempur-pedic mattress so I do know the quality of their products!!

Recently, because I was chastised by my friend for having it so long and hadn't upgraded to a newer one. I knew it was hypoallergenic and wasn't worried at all. To appease her concern for me, I upgraded to your new neck pillow and have loved the experience! Since the new one had a different design,I was a bit sceptical, but was rewarded with the best pillow and sleep I've ever experienced. Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second purchase of Tempur-Neck pillows. We would take our home Neck pillows with us in our camper van, but forgot them once, so I bought regular tempurpedic pillows to just leave in the van. After a couple of trips, I had to buy another set of Neck pillows because I had to have the bump! It just isn't the same to not have the neck contour, for either of us (he is a back sleeper and I'm a side). They new ones do feel a little less firm than our first purchase, but still great - love that bump - and don't have to remember to pack them!

Because this pillow has a different shape than the older TempurPedic neck pillow I was replacing, I was concerned that it wouldn't be as comfortable as the original version. I am very pleased to report that my concern was for naught. This pillow is comfortable and supportive and I adjusted to it immediately. Make sure you do the proper measurements of the space between your shoulder and neck as described on the TempurPedic website to get the right size for your body. Love the comfort and no neck pain!!
