[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been trying to find something for better neck support. I didn't realize this product could not be returned when I bought it. I slept on it once with a sheet covering it and found it to be really uncomfortable. I put it back in the box where it is just sitting in my house. I get that others may really like this pillow. I wasn't bothered that it wasn't the right pillow for me. What bothers me is that I can't return it. For that reason alone I'll never buy Tempur-pedic products again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow was expensive and ordered to replace an older tempur neck pillow. Following the sizing guidelines I ordered a large size. The pillow was received in good shape, but proved to be extremely uncomfortable. It was too large and was very stiff - more so than my old pillow. I called to request an exchange, but was refused. I cannot use this pillow and am not happy with the poor customer service. I do not recommend this product or company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I measured the length of my neck as was suggested, and got exactly 4inc. I went with the Medium size pillow, because the description said up to 4" (small), and 4"-6" medium. The pillow is definitely too big for me. It's not super comfortable, and I wish I could reap the benefits of what it would be should it fit right, but the customer service rep told me that they couldn't send me a small to replace the medium, despite their website guiding me in the wrong direction. You can't return your pillow once you get it so be weary of sizing.

I ordered the small pillow as I have a smaller 5'4" frame and the ergonomics of this pillow just does not work. It's tolerable to fall asleep on my side, but laying on my back is basically impossible as the larger bump is awkwardly shaped and doesn't form a brace for my neck but rather holds my head raised in the air. I wake up with a sore neck and it's been in pain all day. I got this pillow and the Tempur-cloud pillow which I wish I just ordered two of. This neck pillow just is not flexible to a variety of bodies and if you aren't even allowed to return it after trying it once, it is a gamble and waste of money.

Be aware when you order this in the larger size it’s the depth of the pillow that’s larger not the width, I ordered the large size thinking it would fit in my king-size pillowcases, but it is a small standard size pillow that I paid extra to get the larger size.

I bought this pillow for my son So that he has one when he and his family come for a visit. Like me, he has used these pillows for years and we both love them. Personally, I cannot sleep well without my Tempur-Pedic pillow. I have a standard size at home and a Travel size for trips.

THIS IS MY THIRD TEMPUR-PEDIC PILLOW. ICOULD NOT SLEEP WITHOUT IT. I HAVE ONE IN THE BED ROOM AND ONE IN THE CAMPER. I LOST ONE THIS SUMMER DUE TO HURRICANE ARTHUR, WHICH TOTALED AND FLOODED THE CAMPER. PURCHASED A NEW CAMPER AND HAD TO HAVE A NEW TEMPUR-PEDIC PILLOW.

After the first night of sleep I noticed my neck felt a lot better and the curvature in the pillow helped in decompression. Overall I've been sleeping a lot better. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I sleep with a scrunched up neck and I have tried every kind of pillow to help me relax in my sleep. This is the only pillow that truly allows my neck and upper shoulders to be separated throughout the night while I'm sleeping so I have no pain when I wake up! I only wish there was a slightly softer version as well - some evenings I want more cushion.
