The neck pillow helps me in having a comfortable sleep. With this pillow, my neck sits comfortably on the arch. because it follows the contour of my head and neck while in a supine or side sleeper position I wake up without any stiffness or discomfort. Hotel pillows are not comfortable for me so I try my best to bring my neck pillow when I travel. I think I should get the large size next time. I have had a larger neck pillow from a different brand and that fits more comfortably.

And instead of contouring my neck I woke up with a very bad neck pain. I don't know how people like this pillow as it was terrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised at how hard the pillow was when it arrived. After my first night my neck hurt much worse then before. I stopped using it and then read that new ergo pillows need to be "softened" first and customer support suggested sitting on it. It was a little weird, but I did it and it worked! Now the pillow is semi-hard (hoping it will soften more), but my neck pain is better. More importantly, my shoulder pain is much better (that was the reason I looked for a different pillow as my soft one was fine on my neck, but my shoulder hurt terribly after about an hour on my side).

This pillow was bought for my wife who has some stenosis in the neck. Since acquiring this pillow, her neck and shoulder issue has improved considerably. She tried the medium neck pillow first and the quarter-inch difference in height was noticeable. We just wish you sold (separately) pillow cases that would fit this product.

When I received it, it didn't fix my neck pain and actually caused headaches in the middle of the night and when I replaced pillow with a different one, the headache went away. I'm not happy with this pillow, and I wanted to exchange it for a different one but they wouldn't do it. I didn't even want my money back, just wanted another pillow. It was a hard NO!!!

I knew I had neck/shoulders aches but that first week of trying to adjust caused me to have some pretty bad aches. I had to constantly massage the knots out until I was able to sleep without any issues. But, the aches have not reoccurred at all since then! Also, I likely misunderstood the sizing because when I ordered a small (thinking the measurements had to do with the shoulder lengths, not size of the bed they'd be on), I got pillows that were so small, even our kids twin bed pillowcases are too big for them. & they look so tiny on our CA king. Because of that, I'm looking at other pillow options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had Tempur products in the past and this feels like it was made by a different company with no quality standard. It is stiff and small and I'll never use it. I asked the company for a refund or exchange and they don't do it on pillows.

I wanted to love this pillow, but the chemical smell was overpowering. I aired it out for a week -- outdoors -- and put a protective cover as well as a pillowcase on it, but I still couldn't keep my head on it for five minutes because of the smell. I'm not particularly sensitive to chemical odors, but this didn't work for me. And of course I couldn't return a pillow. Expensive lesson.

I didn't give a 5-star rating, however, since you have to get used to the pillow as it is very hard. After about 6-8 weeks, it isn't softening up like I thought it would.

I ended up swapping pillows with my GF. I WANT the full sized old Symphony pillow back. I loved it, but now only have it as a tiny travel pillow.
