[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In 2004, I had surgery on my neck and had plates and screws inserted to repaired damaged vertebrae. Beginning then, and for the next 20 years, I have only slept on a Tempur-pedic pillow. It provides the perfect support for my neck and since I started sleeping on it, I have not had any neck or shoulder pain. I can sleep on my back and my side and it provides perfect support. I have a travel Tempur pillow that I take whenever I travel elsewhere! I can't recommend it enough!! The key is you have to get the right size so make sure you do the measurements as they advise..

After I returned and used this pillow again, my neck pain subsided. Last week I bought another one for backup. My dog also loves this pillow and tries to steal it from me at night.

I have been using a Tempurpedic pillow for years. Being a computer programmer (retired now), my neck would kill me after a day and night's work! The pain would affect my sleep. Tempurpedic made a huge difference. I still use it. I just bought a new one. I even take it with me when I travel! I wouldn't be without it!

Usually don't write reviews, but I feel I should for something like a pillow you use everyday. I got the pillow in December and maybe it's because I got the wrong size (I followed the directions when measuring my neck to ensure this didn't happen), but it hurts. My neck hurts always on whatever side I sleep on, and my chest also hurts all the time from sleeping on the side with this pillow. Im not sure this is the best pillow for a side sleeper. I wake up feeling sore, and because these pillows are so expensive I feel bad throwing it away. It's currently in my guest room.

Not sure what happened to it after she passed away but knew I wanted the same one. It is amazing & I'm not waking up with neck or shoulder issues anymore!

At first, this pillow seemed too hard to be comfortable. But my neck and back seemed to really like it and I have now been sleeping well on it for about a month. I'm a side sleeper and I would highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this ortho pillow. I have osteoarthritis in my neck. I've tried so many and they are always too soft and not high enough. This one accomplishes both. Very comfy and less pain upon awakening. I'm thinking you can make one even higher for men. I wear a small in blouses. Thanks for a great product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's hard enough for side sleepers. But it's too hard for back sleepers. And I fall in the middle of two sizes, so I chose the smaller one according to the size chart. I was wrong. The bigger one fits better. But it's not returnable.

Odd shape just didn't work out for me. 0% chance of return also and completely unhelpful customer service, be warned. Waste of $100+

We both love our neck pillow it does stop our neck pain and allows us to sleep better. We also have to twin long Tempur-Pedic mattress with adjustable bed frames and we love our beds and pillows. We will buy again.
