She could not even make it through the first night of sleep with this pillow. She tried multiple times to use it but could never get through a single nights sleep. Worst of all is Tempur-Pedic does not allow you to return their product for a refund if you are not satisfied. Do not buy this pillow!

I have a different one bought over 10 years ago and it's not as high / thick and way more comfortable. Not sure if Tempurpedic changed something however love the old one and not using new one.

The first one I bought was the medium size, which turned out to be slightly too large for me. But the small size pillow is great for sleeping on side or on back. Will be buying more again in the future.

The quality is great- obviously it's a tempurpedic, but this specific pillow was a total let down. I was using the Tempur pillows that were included with our mattress for the past 6 years. Over time they broke down and lost shape, but that's expected when they're 6 years old! I recently started having side/back neck pain so I figured this style would help being a side/back sleeper, but I was wrong. It's not thick nor firm enough (I did measure correctly). I would definitely not purchase this pillow again and I would also advise you to not waste your money on one. If you're looking for a pillow stick to one of their normal styles of pillows.

I have been using this product for well over two months. I wake up everyday with a stiff neck. I followed the instructions for measuring what size to purchase and purchased a medium pillow, however, I think it raises my neck to high which causes my neck pain. I think a small would have been much better. I am very unsatisfied with my purchase.

Unfortunately it appears that pillow is irreplaceable. This pillow is absolutely awful. It is rock hard, even after weeks of attempts to soften it (warming, beating, standing, walking, sitting). I wish I had read the negative reviews before I made this purchase and saved my money.

When I tried to lay on it the first day it arrived, it was too big for me even though measurements for my neck and shoulder were supposed to be fit for this size pillow. Contacted their customer service, and the answer was that they do not accept any returns or exchanges for pillows. They only do for mattresses... That's very frustrating as I spend around 100$ for a pillow I cannot use and cannot even exchange for the right size, did not even want my money back. The pillow is not even used; simply tried laying on it once I received it. Not the best experience. Not sure if I will spend more money to buy a different size pillow or just get it from another company.

I bought one of these about 20 years ago and I loved that pillow. this one is good . I guess it really depends on your firmness preference

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a back and side sleeper with a neck that's been bothering me for years (C5/C6 herniated disk about 5 years ago). My shredded foam pillow had been working pretty well up until the time I started feeling daily neck aches in the morning. I tried adjusting the fill softer and firmer but it never seemed quite right. I decided maybe my neck just needed more structured, firm support than I realized and bought this pillow. Fortunately, it was just what I needed! Between this pillow and my new ergonomic desk chair, I swear my life has changed dramatically with hardly any headaches. If you are searching it is worth a try. It will be firmer support than most pillows but sometimes that helps. I don't have any issues sleeping on it due to the firmness but it did take 1-2 weeks to really get used to it so hang in there my fellow humans with neck pain.
