[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered a Large thinking it was a Queen or King size in diameter but the size refers to the thickness and this pillow is way too thick. I didn't remove the plastic packing it came in and wanted to return it but Tempur-Pedic does not accept returns or exchanges (even if it was never opened) So now I have a very expensive pillow that I cannot use. Will not ever be purchasing any Tempur-Pedia products... This rating does not deserve any stars. Feeling Ripped Off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't say enough great things about the TEMPUR-Neck Pillow! It provides great support but also is soft and plush at the same time. My neck pain has went away entirely since I've been using the neck pillow. I recommend TEMPUR-Neck Pillow to any and everyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My chiropractor recommended this pillow to help with months of neck and shoulder pain. While it seemed low and firm, it took a week and the pain disappeared. If I use a regular pillow it returns in one night. My daughter has had the same experience, although her pain disappeared in one night. I now take it with me if I will be sleeping over somewhere.

This pillow is too hard for me. The curve is perfect for my neck but then it's like putting your head on cement with a blanket on top or something to that effect. I've had it over a month and still hate it. Maybe I'll use it behind my back while sitting on the couch to see if I can break it in that way. Disappointed in this purchase. I have other Tempurpedic pillow which I love, but not this one!

Then, I woke up with a locked up neck for nearly a week straight and decided it was time to be an adult. I have had my Tempurp-Pedic pillow for several months now and I have no neck pain and wonderful sleep. I highly recommend this product, to everyone, now.

Life is better with this pillow. It may look like something strange but it has given me the deep sleep I have always wanted. THE BEST PILLOW. I also gave one to a friend of mine and he said it was a "life changing gift" and I don't deserve the credit, temperpedic does!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered a pair of Tempur-Neck pillows assuming they would be of similar dimensions as the much-used, well-loved old Tempurpedic neck pillows I was replacing. Nope, not even close. The new Tempur-Neck pillows not only seem to be made of a less dense Tempur foam, they are 10" SHORTER in length. They are so short that I cannot roll-over from one side to the other without my head FALLING OFF the pillow! I have to struggle to reposition myself and/or the pillow to change position which disrupts my sleep. Completely UNACCEPTABLE! There does not appear to be a longer size pillow-the large, medium and small sizes are all the same length. They differ in height only. So odd that Tempurpedic has so many choices in mattress sizes and materials but only makes small (short) neck pillows. I really need the neck support due to my spine/neck issues so the other pillow types (also rather short) do not meet my needs either. The worst part is I am STUCK with these Tempur-Pads as they are non-returnable even if never used. Cannot believe Tempurpedic SHRANK their pillows to SWELL their profits. Another quality brand turned BLAND.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried a variety of pillows and always wake up with neck and upper shoulder pain. This pillow took a little bit to get used too since I feel my head doesn't touch but it has been the best sleep with no neck or upper shoulder pain.

Then, they won't let you return it even if you never opened the package. obviously, Temperpedic knows it's a piece of crap and they don't want it back. That really is a shame as we absolutely love our Temperpedic mattress.

I have purchased Tempur-Pedic products for the last 12 years. I have loved every mattress (3) and all pillows (4) I have purchased, until I purchased this one. I have neck and shoulder issues and was looking for something supportive. This pillow is not it. It is small, unsupportive, and has flattened significantly in the last 6 weeks. I wish returns were allowed for pillows as they would have been sent back after day 2.
