[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Tempurpedic pillow several years that I literally wore it out. I loved it so much I got another one like it. Unfortunately this one is too firm and not loosening and conforming to my neck and head. I've had it 2-3 months and it's still too firm. Very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a disk issue in my upper neck that causes pitched nerves down into my shoulder. After sleeping on this pillow I've experienced a ton of relief from the nerve pain. It did what I was hoping it would do. Best pillow for neck support by far. Worth the money. My only complaint would be that it is a little tall when I sleep on my back but it's perfect when I'm on my side which I am majority of the time.

This pillow is unfortunately far too firm for me and hurt my ears between the weight of my head and no give with the pillow; I had to keep moving to relieve pressure. It might soften with time, but sleep was so poor with it, I could not wait it out. I was disappointed, especially given the inability to return pillows. I will stick with other brands moving forward. I gave it 3 stars because my spouse is fine with theirs.

Then, they won't let you return it even if you never opened the package. obviously, Temperpedic knows it's a piece of crap and they don't want it back. That really is a shame as we absolutely love our Temperpedic mattress.

Got for my wife who has lower neck issues and used to constantly toss and turn on her old pillow. This small pillow keeps her head and neck supported perfectly and keeps her a lot cooler than a regular pillow with its heat dissipating attributes. Wonderful product!!

It's been several years since I bought my last pillow and I needed a new one. The new one is so hard that I can't sleep on it. I'm so disappointed because I have neck pain and this new pillow is making my pain worse. I don't know what I am going to try next. Wish they hadn't changed, but it is definitely made with different material. My quality of sleep is suffering dreadfully.

I decided to try the TEMPUR-NECK PILLOW. We both have experienced better quality sleep and I love how the contour just fits my shoulder and neck perfectly weather I'm on my back or side. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very petite and this pillow was too small even though I chose the size by following their measurements. If I was a back sleeper, it would be ok but I read that this is good for side sleepers and I'm still scrunched up when I sleep on my side because this pillow is only about three inches high at it's highest point. It also doesn't quite fit in the nook of the neck. Costs way to much for what you get.

I bought this to replace an old one of the same brand and it is much different. Im very disappointed and tired of wasting money on pillows.
