I should have dug a little deeper into the specs of this pillow before ordering. I was hoping for more of a queen size pillow by purchasing the 'Large' size, however it was smaller than a twin pillow when I received it. Also the foam is not very dense and is easily compressed. The search continues...

I bought the same model for my wife and myself and other models for my two kids. Love this particular model, still the same quality and gives you great neck support which is very important to me because I work on computer all day and always needed good neck support at night and this model was perfect fit for me. The sweet dream continues and looking forward to more sweet dream for next ten plus years!! Thank you for making great product!!

When evaluating cervical pillows for the first time, I was told that it would likely take time to adjust to sleeping on that pillow. But the first time I slept on the first pillow I bought, I slept better than I had in years and woke up the next morning without neck pain for the first time in years!

It still was great), this was my choice. I was surprised at how solid and stiff it is - way different from my old one. Ok, yes, it could just be because it's new, we'll see. I still say Tempurpedic is the best.

Having developed neck arthritis I have three types of Tempur-pedic pillows that I alternate between, depending on how my neck feels. When particularly sensitive, my go-to is the neck pillow as it provides relief. It truly helps. The next morning, there is usually less pain.

It seems to be just the right balance of firmness level and size to fit a wide variety of needs, and consequently, it has a long list of positive ratings. To top the list of positive attributes is the shape and contouring of the foam. This seems to be a favorite of back sleepers more so than side sleepers who say it feels as if it is stretching out their neck and providing shoulder relief. Side sleepers also like how well it keeps them in position through the night with many claiming it reduces tossing and turning.

This pillow is hard and your head will not sink in like memory foam. I'm a side sleeper and my ear hurts when I tried this pillow. No returns or exchanges for a softer pillow allowed either. Also, the larger contour is too large and the smaller one is too small. All around poor design, and the pillow has not gotten any softer with regular use.

A good night's sleep goes a long a way and this means I am a better person during the day because of it. I no longer have that tired after lunch slump, or walk around rubbing my neck due to residual pain from last nights "rest." I encourage anyone who suffers from minor neck pain, and sleepless nights to try this pillow for a better night's rest.

It was time to buy a new one and while I love the new pillow and how it supports my neck, it's on the firm side so I get pressure points on my ears. It's different than my old one where I seem to remember you had options in the firmness you wanted. This time it seems only one option.
