[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used it.a few weeks now and still hasn't relieved neck pain. Measuring from the head to end of shoulder doesn't help when sleeping on your back. The bump is too big and does not cradle the neck.

I bought one (two for the price of one) and am sleeping so much better. I wake up with no neck pain! Put the second one in our camper!

After I started sleeping with this pillow, I have had almost no more of these headaches. I immediately noticed that my neck and head feels more supported using this pillow.

However that being said I think I should have ordered the smaller one since it seems I only use a half of the pillow instead the whole thing. I was skeptical at first but since I've been sleeping on it, I sleep better than I ever had with any other pillow that I had. If your a stomach or back sleeper I don't think I would buy this but since I sleep on my side 95% of the time it suits me.

I had been all over town that day looking for a pillow and my last stop was your store! I have a lot of problems with my neck so it needs to be Contoured! Interested to see how long it lasts.

Honestly this pillow really does help, since I got it I sleep great now I wake up with no neck pain at all and honesty feel rather refreshed my neck does pop when I turn it in the morning but it really is all good motion moving cracks and is kinda relaxing compared to what I was waking up to before the pillow arrived, the only thing I dislike is the tag placement. I switch from utilizing both sides of the pillow but the consumer tag is on the small side kinda annoying when trying to sleep all in all it has improved my sleep experience tremendously . Ps I thought I ordered the big large one when it arrived I compared it to my sister's pillow and hers was twice the size of mine . but it still is a great pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband loved his old Tempurpedic wedge pillow. It was disgusting! Washing the cover only helped so much. I ordered the new one and he didn't like the way it looked. I told him to try it, it's not returnable. He tried it and everything was great! Good thing, I threw out the old one. I do wish there was a pillow protector for his pillow.

I have been having chronic neck pain and regular pillows just don't work. I researched and decided to try this pillow, because it's ergonomically designed shape, the benefits of memory form, and availability of various sizes (so I can choose one that fits me the best!). So far it has worked great. It has really helped to alleviate my neck pain. I highly recommend it!

When I received it, it didn't fix my neck pain and actually caused headaches in the middle of the night and when I replaced pillow with a different one, the headache went away. I'm not happy with this pillow, and I wanted to exchange it for a different one but they wouldn't do it. I didn't even want my money back, just wanted another pillow. It was a hard NO!!!

My only suggestion is that the information about measuring the pillow left me between 2 sizes. I am a back and side sleeper so I chose a medium and it ended up being too big which is uncomfortable. The pillow is not returnable so I had to purchase another $100+ pillow in small (which is perfect!). Measuring for this pillow is not easy.
