I had one of these pillows about 15 years ago and loved it, so I thought I'd get a new one. I was so excited when it was delivered! I got it out and thought why did they change it? It's ridiculously smaller (it's way to small for a normal pillow case) then it used to. My old pillow fit in a normal pillow case. Also this pillow is SO hard! I wish I could get my money back

I bought my mattress two months ago and I already feel a a hole even when I weigh 170 pounds. Had another tempur purchased back on early 90 that lasted me 20 plus years, but this one is another story. I was so excited to try this pillow offering neck support. I slowly incorporated it into my bedtime because it was awkward at first. After trying it a few times a week, my neck could not take it anymore. It's been about 4 weeks now and I still have the worst pain in my neck and shoulders from laying on this pillow. I wish there was a better return/exchange policy. This was the most expensive and uncomfortable pillow I have a ever purchased.

I can tell you that I would at least need a large. Cannot return pillows, which they were clear about, but it was quite a lot to spend on pillows I can't use and was mislead on per their instructions. It would work for a toddler. I have had constant neck pain since using the pillow, I have since stopped and am back to my old unsupportive pillow (which is somehow better) while I searching for another brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the tempur-Pedic neck pillow before living in Hawaii. I had it for over 3 years and loved it. I wouldn't get up with any stiffness or discomfort. I evenually also bought a full size tempur-pedic mattress which I love loved it there was no more back pain and every morning was a joy. And coming home from a stressful job and just being able to lie on my bed just melted away all the days havoc. Now living in Vegas and wasn't able to ship my mattress and I miss it everyday. During the summer in Hawaii it gets very hot and humid and the mattress had a cooling touch to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 3rd small Temper-Neck pillow I have owned. I have been using this pillow for over 15 years. It is well worth the money and definitely helps with neck pain from sleeping. I miss this pillow when I travel and don't bring it.

Not sure what happened to it after she passed away but knew I wanted the same one. It is amazing & I'm not waking up with neck or shoulder issues anymore!

A good night's sleep goes a long a way and this means I am a better person during the day because of it. I no longer have that tired after lunch slump, or walk around rubbing my neck due to residual pain from last nights "rest." I encourage anyone who suffers from minor neck pain, and sleepless nights to try this pillow for a better night's rest.
