It took a night or two to get used to the pillow. I was pretty sure I hated it. Its one of those pillows you sleep on and you don't feel like you're sleeping on a cloud, but when you wake up in the morning you realize you slept through the full night and you didn't have to adjust or flip your pillow. I bought 2 and am glad I did. This one has not gone flat or soft like many other temperpedic pillows I have had in the past.

I had and loved a TempurPedic neck pillow for years-so much so that it was the difference between waking up daily with neck pain or not-but the replacement one I recently bought is much more shallow under my neck. I have a fairly small frame, so I think the small size should be correct according to measurements, but it's completely different than what I'd been accustomed to and loved. No ability to return/exchange the product, so I'm stuck with it.

I really like the firmness but need something in between, like a half shoe size! If there is any way that I can get a pillow that is between a small and medium, please let me know. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the measure on the website to determine the size pillow I needed, but it was waaay too small. The no return policy took me by surprise. It would have been better to buy the Tempur-Pedic pillow at a big box store, where I could actually see the size and make a determination about the appropriate size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow works well for its purpose, but the length of the pillow is so very small. I have a queen sized bed and it looks like a child sized pillow on my bed. I ordered one for my daughter, who has a king sized bed - she gave it back to me. I was surprised that while I was able to select the size of the neck area of the pillow, I wasn't able to select the bed size for that particular pillow. At the time I ordered it, I assumed that was because it was going to be a relatively standard sized pillow. It really is almost too small. Other than that, the pillow is comfortable and provides the support for my neck as intended. As long as you are okay with a fairly small pillow, it works well.

I thought my neck pain is going to stay with me forever, and this pillow was a random try. It is so comfortable that i was not willing to leave my bed the first time i use it. It gave me sweet sleep and my neck pain was getting better every day, and it is gone now. Amazing, right? I recommended it to friends and hopefully they will get similar results. No need to mention, exercise is needed as well if you have neck pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was disappointed with the pillow when I compared it to my old one. I loved my old one and used it much longer than I probably should have, and finally decided I wanted to replace it. The new pillow is much harder than my old one but I had that one so long, (15 years) that I don't remember if it was hard in the beginning and got softer with time. for that reason, I am willing to give it a try for longer to see if it will soften up. The other feature I don't like is that the new pillow is narrower than my old one was, so when my head is properly positioned it is almost to the top edge of the pillow and doesn't feel the same. All things considered at this point I don't like it as well as my old one, but I will give it time yet to determine whether it is a good product.

I was told I needed to do that in the first two hours of ordering. I had bought a tempur pedicure mattress years ago I loved it. But the one pillow was too big . The other one was ok. All these years later I ordered the two pillows again I measured with a tape measure and still ended up with a pillow that was too big My neck was in terrible pain and I couldn't move it had to go to Chiropractor. I'm stuck with this pillow since I was told I could not return it.

Sadly to say that the quality of the pillow is not the same as it used to be. I would really appreciate it if they maintain the integrity of the quality. I would pay double the amount for the same quality it used to be. Please consider bringing back the top notch quality it used to be..... your customers like me would be more than happy to pay more for the quality. Everytime there is a sale for pillows I always receive defective pillows. I don't know what that is about..... I hope my sincere comments can help in improving the quality of your wonderful pillows that I 'used' to love so much. I am not the only customer who feels this way.
