I was wanting a good neck pillow as I go to the chiropractor already for issues and wearing orthotics for my TMJ. (FYI I'm 33 at 5'2 and weigh 113lbs) I got one size up from the smallest and they are right on how small this is. So if u change its direction there isn't a lot of space. But besides that this has no bounce back or cushion. It literally feels like cheap foam. I wish I would have opted for a completely different pillow instead. So im still using more mybold tempurpedic pillow from 6 yrs and using this as a filler pillow for my. Very disappointed

In 2000 I purchased both the original TemperPedic bed and pillows. It was time to replace pillows and this one said it was like the original. It is not! It is over 6 inches shorter and is not as heavy or firm as the original pillows. This pillow is the same shape and is comfortable but not the quality I was expecting. I have recommended TemperPedic to many people over the years. With this purchase it is clear that quality has significantly decreased and is not the original product I fell in love with.

I must say that it's been a delight to have a good nights sleep finally without any neck pain issues since using your product. My only regret is that I wish I had this pillow years ago. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm obsessed with this pillow highest proportion of memory foam and high-quality incredible for any side sleeping, it is incredibly wonderful is real good to accommodate multiple sleep positions. Lying on the Tempur-Neck Pillow feels like lying on a bouncy water balloon.

I have been a long time tempur-pedic customer and owned the original mattress and pillows and LOVED their pillows. The new ones are not the cloud that we used to sleep on. They are so hard that it feels like putting your neck on a rock rather than the original embrace. Those pillows are horrible and are unusable for us and of course not returnable despite never having used them.... VERY DISAPOINTING!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have three of these pillows in our house. Bought a new one and it is far too hard. To call it firm is an understatement. More like concrete. I don't like this new version, but loved the old version. Very disappointed and I'm now out $119. Argh!

This pillow was bought for my wife who has some stenosis in the neck. Since acquiring this pillow, her neck and shoulder issue has improved considerably. She tried the medium neck pillow first and the quarter-inch difference in height was noticeable. We just wish you sold (separately) pillow cases that would fit this product.

I have scoliosis and this pillow helps me sleep plus helps my back relax enough to be ready for the day. We have a temperpedic mattress too but the pillow is the perfect compliment. Enhances the mattress yet stands alone and does just fine on a regular mattress.

The 2 for 1 deal was a big draw, but I had to get two of the same size. I used the measuring chart and chose the large size. My mistake. I have two of the small size and I bought those many years ago, not knowing there was a size chart. I will not purchase again.
