[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow stabilizes my neck, properly supports my neck, and is shaped to accommodate the natural curves of my spine. I am very happy with this pillow. If you're looking for a fluffy pillow, this is definitely not it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to suffer from torticolis and was in and out of the chiropractor and orthopedic office. Ever since I got this ergonomic pillow I haven't had any flare ups. Takes a few nights to get used to, but highly recommended.

For the couple of years, Tempur-pedic neck pillows have been losing their support way too quickly. They are expensive and I had to replace them about every 6 months. The latest one that I bought is the hardest foam ever. It's not really even memory foam and has very little "give." It made my neck and head hurt. I'm trying to find a company that makes a firm, supportive neck pillow that is consistent and lasts a reasonable amount of time for the price.

I ended up swapping pillows with my GF. I WANT the full sized old Symphony pillow back. I loved it, but now only have it as a tiny travel pillow.

I've had to go back to using my old pillows which is a bummer. As a side sleeper, I was so excited to use this pillow but unfortunately it came up short.

This might have to do with its small size, which I believe if bigger would provide better support. However because of its firmness I would not recommend, unless you prefer it that way.

We are now on our second set of 2. These pillows have made all the difference in the world for my son's sleeping comfort. I would recommend them to anyone who has neck issues.

Such a great pillow. I broke my neck over a year ago. And thus pillow is the only thing that has allowed me to wake from sleeping with virtually no neck pain. I tried to do the bogo on the pillow. But I didn't I guess read the print to order 2 to get the bogo deal. Sucks! But I'll save the money up and get another for an xtra to have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed! I used their recommended size by measuring neck to shoulder and went with small. I can tell you that I would at least need a large. Cannot return pillows, which they were clear about, but it was quite a lot to spend on pillows I can't use and was mislead on per their instructions. It would work for a toddler. I have had constant neck pain since using the pillow, I have since stopped and am back to my old unsupportive pillow (which is somehow better) while I searching for another brand.
