[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this pillow for two days. The reason why I bought this pillow was to get extra support for my neck. After two days my neck got really tight and painful. I was unable to look up or down without feeling a lot of pain. I then went and bought another pillow that I could try out before buying it. Over all it took 2 weeks until my neck started to feel better. Overall this is the worst pillow you can buy. Because tempurpedic does not let you return pillows I will never buy a temperpedic product again. What also does not make any sense about their return policy is that you can try a mattress and return it if you are not satisfied, but a pillow they treat it like you are trying to return used underwear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a Tempurpedic pillow for years and it was great. I bought a new pillow and it was way too hard to use. It hurt my neck and felt like I was sleeping on a cement brick. Since you cannot return it, it was a waste of money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to wake up multiple times per week with severe neck pain; it seemed like I couldn't properly align my head on a typical pillow sleeping in my side. The Tempur-Pedic Neck Pillow keeps my head and neck aligned and in place!! Way less neck pain these days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is quality made however the small size is too high / thick under my neck that I am unable to sleep with it. I have a different one bought over 10 years ago and it's not as high / thick and way more comfortable. Not sure if Tempurpedic changed something however love the old one and not using new one.

Great product, had one before and will always have one to help with neck pain. This was my first purchase in the US and with the measuring system for H/M/L. I went medium based on measuring comfortably in the middle of the range but after a few nights felt I could have done with the high. The pillow is also extremely small length ways - it drowns in a standard pillow case - and doesn't leave much room for turning. If they fixed this it would be a 5* review!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this pillow based on my excellent experience with a previous neck pillow with the same model number, but the sizing has changed. Tempur-Pedic refuses to accept a return, even though the customer service person noted that they change the sizes from time to time, while leaving the model number the same.For a company to change the dimensions while leaving the model number the same is unconscionable. You cannot buy online if the company doesn't inform the potential buyer that the sizing changes and they should not buy without trying the pillow in a store. Tempur-pedic has lost a loyal customer.

When they arrived, they were much harder than his current one, to the point that he couldn't use one. Unless you really like your pillows hard, do not order online, see if you can try one at a store.

I originally bought one of these pillows many years ago on the advice of my chiropractor. It eventually wore out and I was in a hurry so I just bought a conventional pillow at a local store. I went through several regular pillows and still I was having neck problems. I finally pulled the trigger on a new Tempurpedic contoured pillow and the very next morning my neck felt better than it had in years. I mostly sleep on my sides but sometimes flip to my back. Works well in all positions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered a large-sized pillow according to the measurements provided by Tempur-Pedic. When I tried to lay on it the first day it arrived, it was too big for me even though measurements for my neck and shoulder were supposed to be fit for this size pillow. Contacted their customer service, and the answer was that they do not accept any returns or exchanges for pillows. They only do for mattresses... That's very frustrating as I spend around 100$ for a pillow I cannot use and cannot even exchange for the right size, did not even want my money back. The pillow is not even used; simply tried laying on it once I received it. Not the best experience. Not sure if I will spend more money to buy a different size pillow or just get it from another company.

This pillow really supports your neck. The size small is perfect for a woman. I like one with the down Sleep Number cover, and one for back sleeping. I use silk pillowcases. I've had it for years, and tried others, but none is like this! It lasts a long time too.
