I Measured as directed and ordered a medium as indicated by the chart. The pillow itself is tiny. I'm a side sleeper and the pillow barely touches my neck, let alone give it support. The pillow is also hard as a rock and crushes my ear. I wake up with a headache everytime I use this pillow.

It's most definitely not the correct size. When my neck touches pillow, my head does not make contact so all the pressure is on my neck. Maybe a different size would work but they don't exchange so I'm stuck with an expensive pillow I'm unable to use.

I bought this pillow before Christmas, and I'm so in love with it. It comes with me wherever I go. I've had neck and shoulder pain for years, and I had been interested in purchasing an ergonomic pillow but I got so many divided opinions on them that I just couldn't take the plunge. I finally got to the point where I would try anything, and I am so glad that I did. This was the best purchase I've ever made. It's made a huge difference! So worth it!

My regular pillow just wasn't doing the job any more. I also sleep on a Tempur pedic bed for the same reason. My only complaint is that I feel the pillow should be longer.

I bought this to replace an old one of the same brand and it is much different. Im very disappointed and tired of wasting money on pillows.

It has started causing me neck and shoulder pain so I have to stop using it. In addition there is no return policy and i basically threw money down the drain. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

I was excited but I went back to my old pillow. This was supposed to help and I think made my neck more stiff. Now I have 2 pillows that I don't use. Was confusing at first which side to use so I tried both. Sorry they just weren't good for my issue.
