But since the new pillows aren't returnable I am using them by putting my head on the lowest corner. I assume the old ones were medium too, but the tags didn't say and unfortunately I tossed them out before I tried the new ones.

With two fused discs in my neck, I have a hard time using other pillows that leave me with a sore neck and numbness. It can take time to get used to the pillow as it is so different from standard pillows, but it is so worth it.

I called Temper-pedic to report that new pillow, reported as delivered, had not arrived. Your rep. suggested I contact UPS, but I was "sure" the pillow had not been delivered. Later I was surprised to find out my neighbor had seen the package on my doorstep and took it home for safekeeping, but forgot to let me know. I was happy to get the pillow. I was even more surprised when a week later UPS delivered another pillow, which I assumed was Temper-pedic's very kind replacement for the "lost" pillow. I had the UPS driver return the pillow to you. Thanks for the extra mile of customer service. By the way, I am very pleased with the Temper-pedic pillow and would heartedly recommend your company and product.

The Neck Pillow is helping me sleep better. I got into a motorcycle accident and went to therapy multi time and they recommend me to get a neck pillow. After 4 years the Neck Pillow help me sleep better without any pain on the neck since my neck was straight and not curve.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a new "large" pillow and was shocked when I opened the box and saw one at least 1/3rd smaller than the same exact pillow I ordered 5 years ago. And the price was higher. I tried to work with customer service and they were less than helpful, only saying "that is the correct item@ and not answering questions on the size difference for the exact same pillow. Very disappointed here, Tempur-Pedic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1 bought 2pillows .for me and my husband for our previous neck injuries to replace old nk name contour pills that had lost there support The pillow is firm which I like . I am using the larger end for my neck support.Slowly breaking it in to become a little more form fitting for my neck My husband found it too firm. Once I soften mine , I will pass it on to him Then I will have the second pillow for myself

I bought the same exact pillows a year ago, but recent purchase for guest room arrived for visiting family with "same" pillow (left at home) and they were unable to sleep on it; caused neck strain and headache. Something has definitely changed and not for the better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was not prepared for how hard it is - as a point of reference it's like resting your head on the console or armrest in the car. Also, I measured for sizing and the size is not true to what the website indicates. My neck lays on it and I have to actually bend my neck for my head to rest on it too. Very expense and I cannot tell a noticeable difference in my neck strain.

We had Tempurpedic in the past but switched to another brand for awhile and it was not a good experience. We are glad to be back!

I got spoiled from my prior Tempur-Pedic neck / back pillow (lasted 10 years!) Quality is just not there with the new one - the substance just isn't the same. I bought a medium and it was too high so I bought a small still have a hard time sleeping on it -!I've spent a lot of money for these two pillows only to have difficulty sleeping on them. Not happy :-( please bring back prior pillow - it was wonderful
