[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was expecting it to be the same as my old pillow. Same model, it said "classic" so I assumed the tempurpedic foam would be the same. Not the same though. My original pillow was very hard, slowly softening with body warmth. In the winter, while camping, it was so hard in cold temps that you could easily knock someone out with it. Sounds odd but this is what I wanted. The new one is too soft. It feels like the one I already have that's had 10+ years of constant use. My old one got too soft so I thought I'd get another. But the new one already feels broke down. The shape is idential, so is the cover. The foam isn't. I like it, would even recommend it, but it's not "classic" if it's not identical, imo.

I have used this pillow for years. This pillow has been outstanding for both back and side sleeping. It has been a miracle for both my husband and I offering great support. My husband has sinus issues that are alleviated by keeping his head supported at a slight tilt. I have neck arthritis that requires proper support while sleeping. All other pillows I have used were not sturdy enough to properly support my neck during sleep. We have both been very happy with the quality of the neck pillow.

It was way to hard, too short and nothing like my other perfect tempur prefix neck pillow that I had for over 15 years. I was trying to replace that pillow but the new ones are awful not even the same type of material definitely not with the money. I have been trying to pawn the pillow off onto others but no one that has stayed at my house finds it comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality and comfort of the pillow is second and on but the size is ridiculously small! Out of the largest size and it's literally smaller than my kid's pillows. I compared it to my old memory foam pillow, which is a queen size, and it's about 5 inches shorter. I don't understand the sizing of their pillows. When you put it onto a king size bed like I have, it looks so out of place.

However using the guide online it told me to get the incorrect size pillow. This incorrect size pillow causes more discomfort than relief. Been using it for months in hope I will "break" it in but nothing is changing. Very expensive and a waste of money. Don't buy. If you do buy don't buy online buy in store since they don't offer returns.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I were excited when we found tempur-pedic due to constantly waking up with sore necks with many pillows. First of all, the quality is solid but it just didn't work for us. The first 5-10mins were great and we thought we found the perfect pillows. However, after sleeping on it for 1 night, we woke up with neck pain and back tightness. Now regarding the return policy, Tempur-pedic double charged my credit card and sent me 4 pillows instead of 2. While the pillows were in original packaging, sealed and untouched, customer service refused to offer any help and joked that I can give them out as gifts. Now I am stuck with 4 pillows. I have to say their sales strategy is creative though - double charging and sending extra orders but refused to take any return. Good luck and hopefully I am the only person who experienced this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did the measurement as described on the web page. I bought a medium, but it is too tall. The pillow is also very firm. I am not able to use it. Company policy says I cannot return it which is a shame as every other company allows pillows to be returned. This pillow was replacing a Tempur-pedic pillow I bought from the Sharper Image store. It is not the same.

The day after I received it I attempted to return it but was told that pillows are non returnable items. This was not clear during purchase. I donated the pillow. Will never shop here again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is nothing like the original Tempur-pedic pillows that gave immediate comfort and support to the neck and that I used to recommend highly to friends. Now the Tempur-pedic pillow is hard and has no conforming squish. I made the suggested measurements and ordered the medium but the neck roll is way too large. There is nothing I can recommend for this pillow. I will not be able to sleep with it and will give it away to anybody that wants to try it.
