[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow itself takes getting used to so let me explain. First, the shape itself takes getting used to. It's an unusual shape to begin with but you do get used to it after about ten sleeps on it. Secondly, it's a very stiff memory foam. Not a negative but again going from a worn pillow to this takes about ten sleeps to break in. Thirdly (which is why I only gave 3 stars) is the sizing is wrong. The website says if you're between two sizes, get the smaller one (between a medium and a large, get the medium). I did that and I've come to discover it's too small for me. I feel my neck could use the larger size and there's no return policy from Tempurpedic that would allow me to exchange and for the cost of one of these pillows, that's a major disappointment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new pillow is so dense and firm that when I roll over from my back to my side in my sleep too much pressure is on my ear and it starts to hurt. But on the plus side my neck and shoulders no longer hurt.

But Be very careful as to medium or small pillow.i didn't remember which size I purchased in the past I went with the measurement guide provided but the medium is too high and hard for me. I wake up with a neck ache. I have to order small. .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a physician and I have neck pain. I was a front sleeper. I had to stop that when the neck pain started. Nothing else worked. I used the TEMPUR-Neck Pillow and my neck pain is 90% better. I have not lived with chronic pain before - though I have watched many patients suffer. This pillow allows me to side sleep or sleep on my back. I have not had to use any pain killers, get PT, do neurosurgery. Just the right pillow. Maybe this is not for ever, but for the moment I am happy

I must say that it's been a delight to have a good nights sleep finally without any neck pain issues since using your product. My only regret is that I wish I had this pillow years ago. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is a curved neck pillow designed to support a side-sleeper. I have used this shape pillow for years, however this particular one made with new and updated material is very hard and doesn't seem to be contoured correctly. My ears get pinched on the very high round curve, as well as cause neck pain upon sleeping and rising. I have had it for over a month now and it still hasn't changed. I also wake up at times with my hands feeling asleep/numb. For the first time, not happy with this pillow. The only thing I like is that the material is soft to the touch.

It has started causing me neck and shoulder pain so I have to stop using it. In addition there is no return policy and i basically threw money down the drain. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

I have had several of these pillows for over 20 years and have always been very happy with them until this one. It is like sleeping on a cement block. What happened to the softness of the old ones? I am really disappointed. It is so firm that I cannot use it. Hopefully it is just a bad lot. Next time I will go to a store that has them and check them out first. I really don't want to sleep without one.
