[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had used a tempur-neck pillow years ago and remember sleeping great with it so I wanted to try one again. Quality is wonderful, but it has not been as comfortable for me now. Since it is a pillow, there are no returns or exchanges. I may have needed a different size or just different style now but my neck gets stiff some nights using this pillow. The quality of my mattress is probably a component too (my splurge was on the pillow!). Not that I wouldn't recommend these products, just the specific pillow did not create the restful sleep I remember in the past so it wasn't conducive to my neck/body/sleep style. I understand the nature of the product cannot support exchanges but I probably would have tried a different pillow type if I was able to.

After opening and using ONE of the pillows for < week, I determined that the pillow was not an appropriate size... I was looking for TMJ & neck pain relief and it felt as if it exacerbated it. I reached out to customer service to ask about exchanging the second pillow that was still unopened in it's original plastic packaging AND box. I was stunned to receive a hard NO. I find it ironic that the company's reply included the line "As a zero-waste company, unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on comfort items like pillows due to their personal nature" yet the company accepts returns on mattresses? Again - I was looking to exchange an **unopened, unused** pillow and was declined. We have a Tempur-pedic mattress and sadly, the company has lost us as a customer.

Temperpedic does not offer exchanges or returns so I would suggest going somewhere you can try it out in person before buying. The measuring didnt work for me.

I'm 5'10" and 185 pounds. The medium pillow is perfect for me. This pillow is absolutely amazing for sleeping on your side or back. I also use it when sleeping on my stomach. I tried so many pillows trying to resolve neck pain on waking. This pillow solved it.

Since I started using the TEMPUR-Neck pillow, my pain has significantly diminished to the point where I rarely have any pain. It's just that comfortable and has helped me to sleep more soundly.

I am a side sleeper, and (as a result of a lifetime of contact sports and poor judgement) I have had multiple shoulder injuries that often make side sleeping uncomfortable. As such, I have been searching for a comfortably firm pillow for years, and this is the pillow I have been looking for. In the week I have had it, I have slept better and woken up with less pain. I recognize that every body is different, and every person has different preferences when it comes to sleep comfort. For me, this is the absolute perfect pillow and by far the best pillow that I have ever used. This pillow is so good that I am going to buy two more today incase the pillows are discontinued and I ever need to replace my current pillow in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing pillow especially if you sleep on your side. It's firm enough to hold your head position the entire night but soft enough that it's not uncomfortable. It's also easy to clean as you can take off the cover and wash it.

We've had a tempurpedic neck pillow forever and love it, but it was starting to deteriorate. After careful measurement we ordered two mediums. I don't even have words to describe how awful this new pillow is. It does NOT conform to your head/neck. Rather it's like sleeping on a rock. I'm beyond disappointed, having chosen to get the "real" deal rather than a knock-off for the quality. The company should offer other options than just "extra firm." Who would know that extra firm means rock solid! Waste of lots of money since you can't return them. Clearly, these are different than their old ones.

After years of neck pain, and tossing and turning I made a search for a pillow to help alleviate this. Looking back I should have gone to a store to try, but after the great reviews I figured I couldn't go wrong. I Measured, ordered a medium, and was really excited when my pillow arrived. It was much smaller than anticipated which didn't bother me too much, but the density and firmness are what did me in. I fell asleep fine after trying different positions, with the large side contoured in the crook of my neck. Waking in the night and turning over, the ear I'd been sleeping on was painful because of the pressure of my head on the pillow. I ended up switching back to my old pillow to try to finish sleeping. I was discouraged to find there is no return policy, which I understand, but I wish had been more evidently displayed. I'm out $100 and I know if I'd just gone to a store, one try on this pillow would have not had me purchasing it. I'm sure sure if you're a memory foam lover it's wonderful, as for me, I cannot give this a rave review.
